0 stars if I could give them any.I wanted coffin nude nails. I was told it was going to be $35 he charged me $40 and my nails look TERRIBLE!!! They are all different shape, polish is uneven I honestly can’t believe I just paid money for this. Do not go there. Not to mention the place is filthy!!! I didn’t notice until I sat down. Bad vibes all around I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Literally the worst salon. The first time they did my gel nails they started peeling the next day. So they agreed to redo them and then now the color is changing which means their products are old or tampered with. Go anywhere else and spend your money.

Not even a star. I do not recommend this place at all! The attention was too bad, since you arrived at that place it seems that they do not want to attend you, it has been the worst place I have been in my entire life, even the man who attended me told me to shut up while I told him that I was hurting what he did to my nails, bad attention and the result even worse! I just went there yesterday and that’s how my nails looks today.

Yesterday was my first time getting my nails done at Hemera and they did a good job,, I will be coming back.

I have been getting my nails done here for almost six months and have always been pleased with the work and service. I broke a nail hours after getting my nails done, no fault of theirs but they got me in right away and fixed the nail, she even remembered my colors.

My wife had to go back a second time to fix their mess up. Also after the first service he told her that they only take cash. Massive inconvenience

They were rude in a sneaky way and charged me for pedicure that I did not get

I got my gel nails done by Henry on Friday. The nail color was beautiful, unfortunately They started to peel on Monday. On Friday Henry was more focused on watching TV, he ended up cutting a small part of my skin and I had mentioned it to him but didnt seem to care. Once he was done my nails didnt feel right at all. It was rushed since they had appointments. I was very disappointed since I barely ever get my nails done.. I wouldnt recommend.. go to your local nail shop! Save yourself a drive!

Facilities are clean, though a little cramped. Service was nice, albeit a little brash. I dont recall being smiled at by my technician even once. As someone who has worked in the salon industry I was hoping for a little more in the way of making the customer comfortable.One great thing Id like to point out is that the liquid gel nails here are IN FACT liquid gel artificial nails. A lot of places have tried to tell me that a powder gel will become liquid gel. This just isnt true. So kudos to this one.Only downside to the actual service is that my gel nails showed a lot of lifting two days after the application and a week in, 2 of my nails have completely come off. (This didnt leave too much damage to the nail bed, which is why I prefer gel to acrylic). I dont expect gels to last TOO long, but certainly longer than a week, especially for 50 dollars.All in all it was satisfactory. I would maybe go here again, but I would prefer to spend the money somewhere I would be welcomed more.

Within 4 days 4 nails popped off and on one the polish completely wore off. It has been 9 days and only half of the nails are still in tact. Horrible quality and will never go back and will never recommend to others.

Went here on a whim because the location was convenient. I was very impressed with the precision and attention to detail by my nail tech. She was very receptive to my requests and made sure that I was happy before moving forward. Which I greatly appreciated. I felt comfortable here even though it was my first time here. Ive already referred a few friends and I will definitely be back. (:

Stopped in because they were convenient in the mall. Was a little nervous because of the condition of their location. It was very dirty, cluttered, décor was old and falling apart. Their selection of colors was lacking also. I received a gel manicure. During my manicure the woman barely filed or worked on my nails. She was talking to a gentleman and also making phone calls on her cell (speaker phone) She did not pay attention to what she was doing, nor did she seem to care about the subpar service she was providing. My nails looked as they did when I had come in and the gel polish, that I paid $30 for, chipped on multiple fingers after 3 days. I contacted them and they said I would need to come back in as my only option to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, that isnt an option for where I live. I am not going to drive there again for another horrible manicure. I would suggest to venture out of the mall as I am sure there are several better places nearby.

I love this place! They do a great job and make conversation while they are doing your nails. My toes turned out so cute with a little flower on each big toe. My daughter got her nails painted teal and was so excited to show her dad.

Surprised by all the bad reviews here. I thought they did an amazing job and were very kind and pleasant. Much better than most nail salons I’ve been to. It was very relaxing. I do agree with the past reverie that the lotion smell is outdated and doesn’t smell good, however my experience was great! Thank you much. I will return

The manicurist who was doing my nails, was the worst that I have ever been to. It took him 3 times longer than it should have. I got acrylics and they ended up being crooked and oddly thick. Not to mention, they’re overly priced. Acrylic nails usually last me about 3 weeks before I have to go get them filled.. it hasn’t even been a week since I got my acrylics put on, and 3 nails have completely fallen off. Almost all of the other nails are loose as well.

BEST LASH EXTENSIONS IN THE CITIES! I have been to several salons, including Amazing Lash Studio, and Tra at Hemera Nails is by far the best extensions Ive ever had. They last so long and are the exact fullness that I love. Tra is amazing at what she does. Ive been going to her for months now and I wont go anywhere else! They also do an amazing job at nails and pedicures.

Not sure but my daughter loved getting her nails done today, they look great!

Ive been here twice now, once for the luxury mani/pedi and once for the basic mani/pedi, both times Ive been helped by Fiona and I must say she has the skills to pay the bills. Ive been to quite a few shops around Minneapolis but by far this one has been my favorite. Would highly recommend and can say Ill definitely be going again and again!!!!

The owner was completely rude. We had an appointment and she claimed we didnt, when her employee told her she forgot to write our appointment down she started yelling at her in front of every one in the salon. Then the owner said she would fit us in in 15/20 minutes, and then she decided she wouldnt help us and basically asked us to leave. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. After reading all the reviews of the salon, I guess we dodged a bullet. Apparently their services are as bad as their customer service!

I just got gel nails on last saturday evening. It is now monday and they are already peeling off. 🙄 I don’t recommend the service was also not highly appreciated. The cleanliness was also very bad and things were falling apart.

Instead of paying $15 for a basic manicure, I paid $250 for doctors visit plus antibiotics for my infected nail from the basic manicure. Do not go here unless you want to do the same.

The employee who did my nails was very rude. he would make rude remarks, he was not gentle and took a very long time. if coming to this nail salon do not the man that is very short ( cant recall his name) he also wears classes

I was disappointed with the service. One lady had a fever and continued to work there that night which made feel uneasy. The lady who did my nails did them very quickly and carelessly. They told me it had gotten too late to do acrylic, after we had waited over an hour for service. I had to have her fix a few of them and the massage was very short. The next day my paint chipped on one nail already. Frustrating.

Good friendly service. Would recommend it. Received a pedicure and acrylic full set. Lasted around two weeks for acrylic and was up to my standards. Enjoyed the service!

So we went in to get out nails and toes done. All gel. I wanted white toes with gold on them. So did my sister in law. We were trying to match for a wedding. We showed them a picture and they said yes yes we can do we sat down, nothing like I have had before they both did things differently for the same kind of pedicure. I usually get my feet dipped in wax as well they didnt do it. We got the most expensive package and it was horrible and then they busted out the 1999 2000s smell of the decade cucumber melon lotion to do the fricken leg rub. The hot rags didnt even reach my legs. Just my feet. I was so disappointed I paid 55 dollars on white toe nails. No way was I getting my nails there either.

This is the WORST Nail salon I have ever been to! Do not be deceived by the friendliness of the staff - technical skills are not up to par and quality of acrylic nails is very poor. I decided to drop in late one evening and was pleased that they were willing to accommodate my impromptu visit. Right away I noticed the nail technician did not know how to provide a proper pedicure. She literally scrubbed the HEEL (only) of my foot, did a poor job of cutting my cuticles and then attempted to polish my toe nails. Oh and she rubbed some kind of scrub on my legs. I proceeded to ask her if she was going to scrub the remainder of my foot with the pumice bar and she looked at me puzzled as if that was not standard. After going back and forth about it with her and the other technician I finally decided to go home and do it myself. Next I received a full acrylic set of white tip nails, in which I was charged an additional 5 dollars to cut my cuticles (which she did a very poor job of doing). The technician did not shape the nails at all and they had air bubbles all throughout the nails. The next morning (not even 12 hours later) my nails already appeared as though they were going to pop off (literally). I went back in with the intent to have them fixed, but instead was treated as if I was trying to rip them off and receive free services. After being accused of attempting to get free nail services and going back and forth about my dissatisfaction and the poor services that were provided to me, I requested a refund and left the store. As I left the store and entered the mall, the woman who did my nails yelled out to me to come back in the store and demanded that I allow her to clip my nails down. Initially, I was willing, but then realized she literally just wanted to take a finger nail clipper and clip off the tips of my nails! No thank you. I ended up having to go to another salon to have the nails removed and done correctly. Every technician that looked at my nails, could not believe they were done professionally. One of them even said, These are very bad! Thank you to Golden Nails in Golden Valley for saving me!! As for Hermera nails - poor service, poor quality, unprofessional, and not worth your time if the services were FREE! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Ill start positive...I was greeted with a smile, my polish looked great and the massage was good.My pedicure felt rushed and the sea salt scrub felt like she used an electric sander. She did have to take an extra step by taking off my gel polish. I paid extra for that but she looked annoyed.I will not come back unless its a polish change only because I know of better shops. This was a last minute stop before heading out of town.

This place is great. I am new to town and have tried out several nail salons in the area for pedicures in the last 6 months and have been disappointed by others. This one has a great location (in the mall near JCPenny, easy parking), is open, bright and clean and I got the best pedicure Ive had in a long time for a very reasonable price. I will definitely come back!

I brought my mother to the nail salon as a gift for her birthday. During and after she got her nails done, she kept on complimenting the workers who were very nice, and the work that they did. Aside from the service the nail shop looked very clean.

Went here a few times and each time my nails were rushed and poorly done. I got a powder dip and it turned out horrible and the girl had the worst attitude. I was offered a free nails next time, so I came back and the owner who sits right in the front had an attitude the entire time huffing and puffing. She had real bad energy, and rushed my nails. On top of that she made me pay $15 for my “free” nails for adding gel which wasn’t fair to me because previously I paid $40 for the dip I shouldn’t have had to pay for anything. On this visit I brought my daughter and Fiona took really good care of her, she is one of the best there! I will never go here again just because of how rude the owner was and how bad she treated her employees in front of me.

Extremely over priced. Was cut/jabbed on the side of pinky then had acetone or something put right on the fresh cut. Left nail glue all around the nail bed. Bumpy paint job. Within the hour of leaving the mall the gel nail polish was smugged. Two nails are crooked. Pinky nail is very long in comparison to the others. A few pieces of glitter are on the matte finish. The tech grabbed the wrong color, similar but not what had been picked out. Some of the paint was put on so light you can see right through them. Overall awful experience.

I went to this location on impulse with a friend because it was in the mall. I got my gel nails done on a Sunday. Monday my index fingernail tore and broke by just picking up an object. By Thursday, 4 other nails have chipped. While I was there, the customer service was sub par, and I will forever be loyal to my regular nail service who take the time to make sure my nails last for about a month.

I got gel acrylic nails there and the lady doing them was rushing. Therefore, she did an awful job. I had glue and acrylic gel all over my fingers which made them itch so bad I couldnt sleep. The nails themselves were also very rough feeling. I then went to another nail salon to get my nails fixed. They were in such awe on how my nails looked that they had to show all the employees on how bad they were. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I was greated with a smile. I told them just wanted a pedicure they asked me to pick out my Polish and choose a chair. They kept trying to push me to get gel and made me feel stupid for not choosing it. The massage felt good but my pedicure felt rushed. I told the person preforming my service I wanted a design on my nails when she finished with the pedicure portion another person came over to paint my nails and she told her I wanted a design. Then when my nails where painted the original lady came back to do the design than I was told she could no longer do the design as the other girl had but top coat on my nails. So I am bumped and just wondering why a person would not complete the whole service .

I’ve gotten my nails done here about 3 times while shopping. It’s super convienent in the mall, but my gel manicure only lasts about a week, where other places they last about 2+ weeks.

The woman doing my nails was not friendly, I should have just walked out by that alone but i figured shes having a bad day so I had her do it. Not only did she look at me like she wanted to murder me the entire time, my gel manicure ended up looking pretty bad after 2 days. Worst place Ive ever been to.

This is the worst pedicure I have had in my entire life! I am surprised they’re still in business, after spending $55 and having still ruff feet and horrible paint job. I am more than disappointed. I told her I was not satisfied and wanted the big toe fixed before I even left and then she acted as if she couldn’t speak English . So we couldn’t get very far I was stuck paying the $55 and having to pay to get them re-done at another place . I would not recommend coming here even if you are unable to get in elsewhere waste of time and money . Wish there was an option to post pictures ....

Im not sure if my technician was inexperienced or unskilled but my cuticles are still healing. Two toes bleeding and a below average pedicure.

My names Ye’Senia Johnson. (I use this account so I don’t recive spam in my actual email) My sister said the place was really good and she had a man do her nails and that he was friendly and talked to her the whole time. I was greeted with a smile and nice complements with one of the staff she was soo nice. I got the same man she got he didn’t even acknowledge me. He also cut me 3 times. On 3 different fingers to the point where I was bleeding. He kept pressing on the spot he cut me the worst with his nail like he was trying to push my skin off the nail because of the glue. I was close to tears. But I work in customer service and I didn’t want to make a fuss.. I told him I wanted dark gray nails and showed him the exact color off the nail example which he set to the side. However he gave me purple. .I said,”is this gray? I don’t think it is” and he just replied with a half assed quiet “yeah”. I Always tip so I did tip him anyway.. If the color would have at least been right I’d be fine. But he didn’t give me a choice.. after getting home I realized he didn’t like me and gave me purple nails because he most likely didn’t like my style. Dark clothes tattoos and piercings.. my sister is the complete opposite from me... I wish I would have talked to the lady but my fingers hurt and I just wanted to leave.. I believe his name was Mike.

Yesturday i took my mom here to her our nails done for her brithday. We came here and it was nice! Nice setting and very relaxing! My nails were fantastic!! I love them! My moms nails though were horrible... Her woman was rushing so she could help the next person... When my mom came and say next to me to show me her nails i said seriously?!?! she didnt wana to make a big deal of it she said they are fine enough but thats rediculous. They were all over the skin around the nail i couldnt believe it. Like i said... The man doing my nails did a fabulous job... But the lady doing hers did horrible!
