I called to enquirer pricing for a haircut and all over color. I was quoted $61 for haircut and $66 for a all over color. Imagine my shock when I went to pay and was told it was a total of $187.00.Mind you, my stylist McKenzie was great but I won’t be going back due to this error.

Sunni was amazing!! I have thinning hair that has been hard to style on my own for some time. Her cut was perfect! More volume and Ive found then when you have a good cut, it is easier to style on your own. Highly recommend Sunni!

I saw Jason for a haircut about a month ago. He did a fantastic job and I was very happy. I have very thick hair and it needs to be thinned out regularly. I called to make an appointment to just have my hair thinned out but I did not want a haircut as I was just there not long ago. The receptionist didn’t know how to book this so she put me in as a bang trim. When I saw Jason he was extremely rude to me and stated that he didn’t thin people’s hair that it would be considered a haircut and that if he thinned people hair nobody would ever come for a haircut. At $100 a time I could never afford to get a quote…what he calls a haircut every month. I said that the receptionist should have told me this and he stated that they are not hair stylists. If this is the case book your own appointments! I drove 30 minutes to have him tell me sorry to waste your time! My mom and I both went to him and neither of us will ever return!! I will not refer anyone! Totally rude and unprofessional. He could have helped resolve this matter by making an exception. I was asking for him to do this for free but just not charge for a full haircut.

Sunni does a fantastic job!! She always asks How was the last cut? then from there makes any changes or accommodations to make the next cut even better. She comes up with new ideas that will suit my hair type while keeping it professional and trendy. I highly recommend Sunni!

Great place to get a haircut and beard trim. Clean and bright. Staff at front desk are extremely professional. If interested in their best hair stylist just request McKenzie. She is an Excellent Licensed cosmetologist. She Listens to needs while also making styling recommendations. Wonderful collaboration. She does wonders with Wifey’s hair too. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is a review on colorist Karen and style/cut with Sunni. I have been back to see Karen now 5 times and she is an amazing colorist. She listens and she knows hair and color. She is truly a specialist. I have gone now to Sunni twice after my color with Karen. Sunni is talented and I received probably the best style/cut I have had. Let her work her magic.

Your website should be more honest. On the website a regular haircut is labelled as $38. Not bad, when you go to book it, $48-$98. Not interested in spending money at a place that cant be honest about prices.

I just had my hair colored by Dana and cut by Jason. I’m super happy with the result! Both of them were amazing to talk to and the atmosphere is wonderful in general! I finally found my place! :)

I organized a birthday party for myself last week (for one of those really significant birthdays) - and invited five friends for a “Girls Night Out”... What a fantastic night we had! We had champagne and delicious treats and each of us got a visit with one of their stylists as well as a conditioning treatment and blow out in a new style.The entire team, starting with owner Mary Anderson, assistant director Bradley Beahen and a team of six stylists made sure we had a warm and wonderful welcome. A special thank you to the wonderful stylists that helped with the party as they spent time working with each of us to get a great result. I also came in early before the party for a deluxe pedicure with a friend and again, everything was perfect.Our champagne glasses were never empty and they let us sit and chat after our beauty appointments to enjoy the crackers, cheese, salami, fruits and chocolates they provided for the party. All of my friends called or wrote to comment on what a unique and special way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion which was fun for me.We had no prior connection with this salon other than a recommendation when I set this up. I contacted Bradley, he jumped on the idea and put everything together for me working with just emails. The salon exceeded my expectations in every way with this event. Great experience at Lili! My heart was cut very poorly at the place I had gone to previously, and Amelia was able to help make it 1,000x better. She gave me her 100% attention and made sure I walked out of there completely happy with my haircut. Awesome service, reasonable pricing, especially with the discounts you get for your first few services. (As of the date Im posting this they do $10 off $20 retail on 1st visit, $20 off your 2nd service visit, and $30 off your 3rd visit in a new department.) They also have a referral program which is awesome. (So you can absolutely feel free to mention my name, but no pressure. Ill be going there with or without any referral vouches. I trust Amelia with my hair too much at this point to go somewhere else!)

I had one very specific thing I asked for and when I turned around and looked in the mirror my color looked exactly as it did when I came in. I do believe the gentleman that did my hair had genuine intentions of making me happy, but I wasnt and when I returned home my fiancé said I thought you were going to get your hair done. I feel like I paid $180 to look exactly the same. I wont return. I feel like I lost $200 (with tip bc I do believe he tried) to not look any different and will have to go pay once again to get it done as soon as I can. Not happy... its hard enough to find time to get my hair done.

This salon has been around for a long time, under new Management since over a year.Their selection of products is excellent, they carry Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble, Shu Uemura.I love the coziness and their friendly service.

Very disappointed in my coloring experience. I scheduled a base break, and colorist asked me did i want to lift or color, i said I dont know, i just always get base break and thats what i want. when i went to pay, i was told shed put me down as full head color and when i could see my hair in my normal lighting, i realized Id lost all my natural highlights and had flat golden color, much redder than i like or am used to. everyday i notice this in the mirror and it really bothers, but i dont want to fry my hair trying to correct it. Really pissed.
