Fast service and always nice employees. Have used this bank for years never have anything bad to say. Best bank to use in Palestine.

Since this posting, the service has improved greatly. Time in and out is much faster and staff is still friendly. Ive happily changed from one star to four. Well done! Original Review: Slowest drive threw ive ever experienced. People are friendly but obviously not enough staff to handle customer volume.

WORST absolute WORST bank ever to bank with! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache stay clear of this bank. If there were negative stars I would give negative stars! So glad this branch is closing!

I actually cant stand this bank. We have a credit card through yall and all I have to say is you have some of the worst people working the counter I have ever encountered at a bank! Very bad customer service! If I could remember the name of the long blonde at the counter Id say it. Every time I came in to pay on our card she was always very rude, judgmental and very short with me. Trust me when we can get a credit card else where we definitely will. Ive had capital one years and years ago and had bad experiences with them even then. Sad to say their tactics and customer service still havent changed!

Great Service

Great, Fast service. Its very nice that the ATM is also sercure yet accessible at night. Great, reliable service. Not the fastest, however worth the wait for reliable service.

I went in to open an account and the female that came out after 15 minutes wait with no one in the bank had a severe bad attitude. “What is it you want?” I asked if they brochures to show what was offered at that bank, “No, we’re digital” I left and went down the street to a bank that treats a customer like they want their business!

I used the first atm at this branch. I went to withdraw $420. The money gave me my receipt showing the money was withdrawn but the atm never gave me the money. I then preceded inside to speak to the branch manager Jessica Edelman, she was very rude and found the situation to be arrogantly funny to her and would not offer any help. I then tried to call the claims department which they are unwilling to help as well. I also, went on their facebook page and made mention of the incident. When they replied, they gave me a 1-800 that goes to voicemail. I left a message but of course have not heard back.I now have a police report filed and this branch and manager Jessica Edelman is now under investigation for theft. If I was able too I would give capital one zero stars. I would not suggest this thieving establishment to anyone.

HORRIBLE bank. tried to use thier atm. took our card. said we couldnt have it back then proceeded to say it probly because of fraud..bank was full of customers....stay away.

Worst bank ever!! You have to pay 7.00 to cash a check that belongs to a client of thiers. You you have no account you can not use the drive thur and plus you have to give the your whole life story to cash a check.

Not very happy with this bank. All our money is deposited into this account and we couldnt even get a personal loan for home repairs. Had to come out of pocket and pay cash for everything! Put a real strain on our budget! Will be changing banks soon.

Worst bank in Palestine. It takes over 30 minutes to get through a lane with a teller on a good day.

This bank is the worst. Drive thru took 35 minutes. Counter clerks are slow as a turtle. Its one excuse after another about poor service.

Terrible service and the drive-through banking is the worst! No matter what time you go through there is never enough tellers and usually only one. Changed my personal accounts and am now changing all my related business and associated non-profit accounts!
