I have been going to Merite HOB, formerly LILI, for a number of years. I have found the service to be excellent, the staff creative and talented and the management all about client satisfaction. Could not be more satisfied

I made an appointment for Wednesday and they called and said stylist wouldnt be in. I then made an appointment for Thursday, and again they called and said styylist wouldnt be in. Really unprofessional.
