Just went here for a fill and was turned down because “they have 2 appts”, 3 workers, and close in an hour. If i could give 0 stars I would! On top of that, i was outside looking up other nail shops while I watched them lock the doors and take their work shirts off. Saying they wanted to go home an hour early would’ve been a better excuse. I don’t recommend this place at all!

I am from NC & here in Minnesota for business, Tina is the best! The shop was clean, everyone was so friendly & my nails look amazing! I told Tina o wanted to take her back to NC with me.

Went for a Mani/pedi before vacation and this was the worst ever. The polish was already wearing off the tips the next morning. I didnt really pay attention to the layers but I guess I should have. Also, she said nothing the entire time and looked miserable doing the 30 seconds of massage. I wont be back even though I can walk there.

My nail tech was rushing and I didnt get s good look at my nails until I got home. Sloppy job. Each hand is painted different and it is noticeable. Also she didnt push back my cuticles and the way she placed the nails on it looks like I already need a fill! Spent $100 and it was a waste of time and money. I will not be returning.

Ive been going here for years. They take me without an appointment and have always done a great job, although its safer to have an appointment. I had them do my nails for my wedding, and they were beautiful. Ive had acrylic, gel, and a regular manicure all of which turned out lovely. We started taking my mother-in-law who has Alzheimers there for her manicures (acrylic with gel polish) and pedicures (regular polish) and they are kind and patient with her. They repeat everything multiple times and answer every question she asks. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ask for Tina, John, or Anna.

My first experience will be my last. I walked in and was the only customer, the 3 ladies that were there faught over who would have to do my nails. The young girl I got completely butchered my nails. Cut them but didnt shape them and at the end if my visit held my hand up to her coworkers to show them and laughed.worse salon experience Ive had. Rude employees and not worth the price.Will definitely not go back. Ever.

They always take good care of me. I get gel manicures here often and they do a good job.

Rushed service, rough with tools, cheap on product use and barely a soak or massage for my pedicure. Never came back to check on me while after nail drying step. Was not even a walk-in, scheduled a time so there should’ve been enough alotted time for services requested. Disappointed.

My friend and I went in for pre-vacation pedicures. WORST. PEDICURE. EVER.First off, they filled the basin with cold water. I asked them to re-fill it with hot water. So one gal came over with a drinking glass and bailed my tub out one glass at a time, while the other turned on the hot water. It worked, but they were talking away and clearly laughing at me. My gf didnt bother asking them to warm hers as well if thats how they were going to do it.The massage and pampering part of a deluxe pedi? Barely happened. She was too busy yakking with the other techs there. Barely clipped or shaped my nails - might have hit a couple of them with a grain or two of sand from the emery board, but thats about it. The white buffing block? She just vaguely passed it over the top of each nail, barely touching the surface - wayyyy too distracted with the conversation going on. The color went on fine, but when I asked if she could do a palm tree? She responded with some reply neither of us could understand. When she came at my toes with the white color I requested for my palm tree, I pulled my foot back and asked - Youre doing a palm trees, right? To which she replied - no, I dont know how. So I had to make due with a flower.She directed me to put my feet under the drying light and left me there, but it didnt work until one of them came over and banged on it with her fist! Good lord, TAKE CARE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT!No tip was given, nor will I ever return. If I could give 0 stars, I would.#worstpediever

I dont recommend this place at all, the owner is so greedy.... she wanted to charge me an extra$10 to take off my acrylic nails, even though after I paid what she asked for and did a new acrylic set the next day two of my nails got broken for no reason and when I went back the next day asking her to fix them she refused... she was so rude and mean with me, she really doesnt know how to keep her customers or to run a business. She is the most unprofessional person Ive ever seen

Horrible customer service, made an appointment at 2pm, spent 5 mins looking for a parking spot, only to be told that I was 5 mins late and would now have to come back at 4 if I wanted to be helped. Then when I came back I ended up having to wait for +20 mins because they were running late!

They say walk-ins welcome. But even though their books are open and 5 people are sitting doing nothing they have turned me away 3 separate times.

Do not go to the guy. he sawed my fingernails and after 2 days the gel nail polish was lifting and chipped. the manicure did not last a week. my friend went to a woman and her gel manicure is great.

Reasonable price for a manicure and she did a great job. They got me in without an appointment.

Owner very rude. Does not want her workers to speak. Always arguing. Very unpleasant.
