Diva Nails is a wonderful place that gives wonderful service. They have the BEST pedicures for their price. The heavenly pedicure by Kay is well worth the money and the massage. It was so relaxing. Kay does a wonderful job on dip and gel nails. I recently moved to WA and wow, you don’t know what you had until you’re gone. I come back here everytime I am home because they do such a good job.

My first time visiting Diva nails and I loved Lucy 🥰 in my opinion she did an amazing job with my pedicure.

I came in for a pedicure. I get pedicures about every 2 weeks and know what to expect. The tech was done with both feet in 10 min. Left my nails sharp on the ends and did not even 10% of what other shops do. The polish section was limited. When I said I would like rainbow for pride she huffed. Maybe it is because Im male or gay I dont know but I will pay my money and never return. Beware.

I am a man who works in the trades. I had a pedicure from a gal named Lynn. It was the best my feet and legs have ever felt after a pedicure. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself a little. I would highly recommend this place.

I came in with a very intricate design in mind, aware that lots of shops don’t have the time or supplies to do it. They were upfront that it wasn’t something they could do, but we’re super happy to help on another simpler idea. They let me know along the way what would be an up charge and I knew exactly what I would be spending. Kay, I believe that’s her name. Was so detail oriented and patient. Didn’t get irritated when I had to switch one of the 5(yes, 5!) colors I was doing. And the set is beautiful. She got my cuticles too! Highly recommend this salon. I got a full set of almond shaped acrylics with 5 pastel colors. Each nail different. Just be sure to bring cash for a tip!

I love diva nails!!! I got my toes done a week ago, and my nails done today. Super clean and sanitary with covid - 19. All staff is extremely friendly. They have great relaxing music playing as well. Awesome environment! highly recommend! The woman who did my nails took her time, and was very thorough which is always great! Lots of color options as well.

I have been to this shop 3 times and I wont be back. The first time I had gel manicure and it was nice so I came back. The second time my gel manicure chipped right away. The terrible thing was the nail technician burned the skin underneath my eye lids with the wax. I did not realize it at the time and just thought my skin was sore from the wax. I contacted them from out of town but no attempt was made to reimburse me or anything. Although the picture is ghastly, I did not scar. The third time I came in I had a gel manicure and what was supposed to be a regular pedicure. The nail tech put gel polish on my toes. Im glad I checked it before I left. When the gel rubbed off they fixed it without an apology for wasting my time and in a very rushed manner. So I will be moving on and not coming back to this establishment.

Lucy was so personable and efficient, you can tell shes really good at what she does! Never had anyone more skilled and confident at what theyre doing! Each step of the dip process she did with ease and to perfection. I feel lucky I got her today. I will only see her from here out. Thank you Lucy!

I went in today and Kimmy did my nails, I get tips with dip powder and I haven’t had a better set of nails like this.She listened to what I wanted and took the time to make them smooth and perfect. You can add paraffin wax for 5$ and it smells very good.I will be back, great service and convenient parking.

I have been here once before about a year ago and really enjoyed my pedicure. After going again yesterday, its fair to say this is going my go-to place for anything nails. The staff is friendly, the space and equipment is clean and they do great work. Prices are great too!

I was hoping for a relaxing environment but the salon was busy and felt hectic. My basic manicure lasted about 3-4 days and my cuticles are dry with some hang nails. It was very reasonable, but I have had better elsewhere.

Rated poor-fair due to being ripped off. Loved the atmosphere. Lighting is perfect! Relaxing! Ideal nail salon. Only thing concerned me; I wanted to have gel nails applied instead of acrylic. I heard they last longer and are better for your nail bed. I got gel nails for $10 more and found out later it was acrylic nails that they used a gel top coat on instead of actually applying gel vs acrylic. I found out if they use bring out a powder during a gel nail application it is actually acrylic and a common nail salon scam? Gel would look like gel. There is no gel nail application in powder form at all. If it was a true gel application they would apply once, UV lamp, apply again, UV lamp etc. Which was not the case for me. I did ask the person completing the service who assured me this was a gel nail application instead of acrylic. I will definitely return. I just thought that was a little sad to pay extra for the wrong application. My nails do look wonderful and I enjoyed my time there. Just wish I received what I asked for...

Not sure why all of the bad reviews. Ive been consistently getting my nails done here for 2 years and the owner Todd is AMAZING! Shop is very well kept and they treat their customers well. If youre trying this place out, please ask for Todd. Hes a perfectionist!

I have been coming to this place for several years. Besides the great service, I loved that it did not smell bad (chemicals). The pedicure area was dark and relaxing. Today I walked in and was told it is now under new ownership...all new staff. I will miss Todd, and many others. I asked where they went and only got smiles. The minute I walked in the door the place had a strong chemical smell. I will not go back. Now I have to go through the hit and miss process of finding a new salon.

Nails touch has great service and staff. The price is good and the salon is very clean and organized. I really recommend this place to get your nails done.

This is a great place!! They do great job with my gel manicure!! Place looks so clean and sanitary and very well organized! The lady was so gentle when clean up my calluses and cuticles!

I went there based on the good reviews but one apple can spoil the bunch. I purchased a luxury pedicure and it was mediocre at best. There was gel polish all over my skin, my toe nails were filed crookedly. The menu says it comes “sea mask or parifin wrap” I wasn’t givin a choice. He literally rubbed a quarter sized amount of mask on the top of my foot didn’t spread it all over my foot the bottom of my foot NOTHING. All the while he was watching YouTube videos and not paying attention to what he was doing. I had to go home and file my toes myself.

They gave me a gorgeous ombre gel designs and i was pleased with it. Polite staff. Great prices! Friendly working space. Ill continue to support them

Chau is a wonderful nail tech! She worked very carefully (and successfully!) to take care of a couple painfully ingrown toenails. That alone was a huge relief. But she also made sure my Heavenly Dream pedicure was exactly that. What a marvelous treat for my feet and legs. Diva Nail Spa is my new mani/pedi spot. So happy to have found such a great place in our new neighborhood.

Horrible customer service. I called in before I went there to ask them how much they charged for a certain nail shape, and the lady on the phone was being EXTREMELY rude. It was hard to understand but her and she was getting mad at me for no understanding. Took me by surprise. I’m paying you, and the least you could Do is be respectful.

This was always my go to place. Just remodeled the start of the year and under new management. New equipment and new chairs. New menu of services too. A little sterile feeling compared to the previous but got a great pedicure.

I used to enjoy getting my nails done at Diva, but this time was not pleasant or relaxing. It took 80 minutes for an express pedicure, which began with a 15 minute soak although they were not busy and nobody was waiting. The first technician was distracted and talking to the others, and then midway through after one or two managers came over, she eventually got up took her tools and walked away. Five minutes passed an another technician took over. After an hour I stated that I could not stay for the full treatment but would like polish. Another five minutes passed and I again told the technician that I had to be going. This time she quickly applied the polish, which turned out nice, and then we were done. I would like to be treated like a customer and not cattle. If there is going to be a wait, please let me know. If there is a mixup or issue with a technician, let me know that as well.

I found Diva Nail about a year ago. I didnt feel pressured into buying a more expensive nail package like some salons do. The young staff sooo patient & funny. She did an amazing job for my hands. Its super nice and clean. Would highly recommend you make an appointment :)

Great place so far! Very professional staff, clean salon and peaceful atmosphere. I have been about three times now and will continue to go. Kimmie is my favorite as she takes her time to provide beautiful results! I usually get a regular pedi and gel mani.

They look to be busy all the time but unfortunately the service now is bad. The person that did my manicure and pedicure was in a bad mood all the time.. . did not let me go to wash my hands before applying polish, not massage as I used to receive in hands... I though she must be in a hurry, but when she finished to my surprise she was just sitting and talking to her coworkers... polish was not durable, it was out in some of my nails two days after.

This was my 4th visit to this location. She did a great job on my nails and they did it in great time! SOOO happy with the results! Well for sure recommend the, to all of my friends.

The atmosphere inside is really relaxing and nice. The service, however, is not. Ive been here on two occasions, one to get a set of acrylics put on and one for a pedicure. I came in the shop with very little acrylic left on my nail from my last set -- you could hardly tell, but I was charged for the removal of my nails ($10) without my consent. If I would have known that taking off a few minuscule pieces of acrylic would have cost that much I would have did it myself prior to the appointment. Second, the pedicure. I basically felt like I had soaked my feet for 5-10 minutes then had my toenails filed, buffed, and painted. Mind that this was a deluxe pedicure... I thought they would have scrubbed your feet and did a little more work for $35... 3 stars because the environment inside is really relaxing... at least I got to do that!

Thought Id try them out - had gone too long without a pedi. A great value in a convenient location. The owner/manager is also very nice and accomodating. They took their time to perfect my beat up nails from the previous horrible job someone else had done. And I always leave very happy with clean toes! Ive had good luck with this nail place. I have been calling in before coming in and will continue to do so.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t that great. This was my first time getting a nail extension, so i was hoping to get suggestions from the staffs. They didn’t have any magazine or catalog from where i could choose a design. Instead, the staffs started talking in their own language between themselves, that made me feel more uncomfortable. When i asked the lady to re-do one of the nails, she got irritated. The place was clean, but customer service was really bad. I won’t go back again.

My favorite place for a mani pedi. Its always busy, which is a good sign, and Im always happy with the results. They have a nice selection of services, from a basic pedi to the luxe.

Then guy did what I like to call a pulling my leg move bc when I left they looked like they needed a fill already one finger wasnt like the rest nd polish was gel n it chipped off. I spent 65 for a full set plus tip. Only to have to return bc nails really looked like he purposely set my mail to need a fill in a week. VERY RUDE, N UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN THEY TALK N THEIR LANGUAGE N LAUGH MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE ITS ABOUT YOU!!!! THEY SHOULDNT BE SPEAKING THEIR LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS BC ITS RUDE N MAJORITY OF US KNOW THEYRE TALKING/MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE. I WONT GO Back

Horrible Service!!! Shame on you for treating the elderly so poorly! The owners need to go back to Customer Service 101 and learn a few things! I will never refer you, or use your establishment ever again. One thing you should know, plenty of nail places around... yours wont be for long with the terrible service you provide!

NEVER again!! Just bc they over charge ($65 a full set) doesnt make them better. Not only unprofessional but rude. The worst spa Ive EVER been to. First, theyre unsanitary. Every time I get my eyebrows waxed, I leave with pimples on my skin days later.. and I never usually get acne. Also, they are ALWAYS late for my appt--without fail--even when I mention that I have somewhere to be. One time I was waiting there for an hour and a half for my appt (on a busy Saturday, when all other salons were full and I had a big event later). Finally, they are extremely rude and unfriendly. Diva is so not worth your time OR money. They dont even really do a good job! I will never, EVER, EVER go back to Diva Nail Spa--worst service Ive ever had, not only in a salon, but in customer service in general.

Got the gel nails which were supposed to be amazing for my natural nails. Paid extra and I know now it was acrylic ...They fell off within two weeks and my natural nails are all jacked up... Never going back.

Went in to get my gel polish removed and get regular polish. The lady doing my nail smudged it while painting my nail, got paint all over my fingers and you can see the brush marks plus its not painted evenly. Also when taking off the nail polish she broke 2 of my finger nails. Cant beleive I paid for such horrible service! I have been going there for 2 years not anymore the new management does have the quality of service has the old one. My advice is to find another nail salon. I should have learned my lesson last time they messed up my nails but now lesson is for sure learned.

I have been going to this salon for YEARS, clearly they gave me the service I wanted and I was very happy. I always got the same mani/pedi and was pleased every time. Now the salon has new owners and I finally found the time over the holidays to treat myself to my favorite place. I should have skipped it. I got the worst mani/pedi EVER. the nail technician did not even clip my cuticles and when I left my pedicure was feeling like it was half finished. To top it off the new owners charge almost $30.00 more than the previous owners for something that was not even close to the same quality. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I wanted to get a gel manicure, the kind with the fake nails. I see them on the girls at work all the time, and I just got a promotion so I wanted a set. What I ended up with was just the base and top gel coats over a red (regular polish) tip on my short stubby unattractive nails. by the time I realized they didnt understand what I wanted, it was apparently too late. so now I just paid quite a bit of money for something i could have done at home.
