Was able to tour the facility today, thanks to Charles, and was truly impressed. The place was clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. Plus the friendliest of people. Highly recommend.

Industrious North Loop is truly a fantastic space. Laurel & Mallory go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need. The free breakfast, snacks, drinks and happy hours on top of the buildings amenities (gym, rooftop, bike storage) create an office that I love to come to daily. Clients are always impressed and jealous of the office. The location in the North Loop makes it an easy skyway walk into the heart of the city while being in a more laid back part of town. I highly recommend Industrious North Loop!

What a lovely place to come each morning. We are well looked after by the Industrious team with genuine kindness. We enjoy our office space and feel confident in hosting important meetings in the shared meeting rooms.The heating/cooling can be problematic, especially with large exterior windows, but we have not one single complaint otherwise.

I love Industrious North Loop! Since Ive started working here, I actually enjoy coming into the office. The amenities are too great to pass up, and Laurel and Mallory are amazing. Theyre incredibly friendly, so the space is very welcoming for both guests and tenants.

Where should I start with Industrious North Loop? The vibrant business community, the amazing staff that takes such good care of us, or the physical space that makes every visitors jaw drop open? Amazing, amazing, amazing. Half the reason I love my job so much is because I get to work in this space. I almost dont want to write such a good review because I dont want everyone and their brother to take up the space. But alas, its too awesome not to talk about. Perfect location just outside Ramp C, and added perks of having an amazing first floor in T3 with the gym and Dalton and Wade. Who wouldnt want to work here??

Industrious North Loop changed my mind on co-working. Cheers to a chic, grown ups club/adult daycare that allows for creative collaboration, deeply meaningful discussions with diverse perspectives, and a sense of shared adventure amongst hard-working, cool kids. I feel challenged, inspired, taken care of and respected in this special place. Cheers to Mallory and Laurel, in particular, for their brilliant work creating community.

The feel of the North Loop Industrious office space is very welcoming and very mod! The amenities are numerous and top notch. The staff is incredibly helpful and always coming up with fun ways to engage their clients. Working here at Industrious is fantastic!

Industrious is great space and has great amenities. We looked at other competitors like Wework/Coco, but Industrious has a much much better vibe where you can actually get work done and also bring in your clients to your office.It’s nice a spacious and easy to get to if you don’t want to be downtown.

The staff is amazing at taking care of their tenants. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The building amenities are great - gym, locker room, even the rooftop with grills are all included. Free daily breakfast, snacks, endless coffee and refreshments are also nice.

Ive worked here for about seven months and couldnt be happier. Its a beautiful, inspiring space with excellent amenities and top notch staff. Most importantly, I have made many business connects with both creative partners and actual projects. There is a great tribe of thinkers, doers and makers at Industrious North Loop.

Im a member at Industrious, and want to share the value I receive as a result. As a busy entrepreneur, and servicing professional clients, I needed a space that was designed with high quality interiors, multiple conference room sizes, cozy areas to connect casually, as well as, places to find some quiet downtime. What I appreciate is the luxury service they provide, too! They provide unlimited LaCroix water, Dogwood Coffee, condiments for coffee, breakfast, mid-afternoon snacks, and social hour opportunities to connect with others. Several of my clients comment the space feels like a high-end cool hotel in NYC. The T3 building we are located in, is state of the art. The building has beautiful sitting areas you can use, and a gym & spa like locker room that are part of the office membership. Bike storage, lockers, and area to put air in your tires, too! Located on the Cedar Lake Trail. The restaurants in the north loop, and shopping are at your fingertips. The staff are so professional, and are present when you need them. I am a RAVING fan of Industrious North Loop!

Industrious North Loop is a big part of the reason I love to go to work each day. It has great amenities including a fully-stocked cafe area, communal fridges and kitchen, meeting rooms, private phone/focus rooms, comfortable public spaces and is visually appealing with the set up, decor, and color schemes. The staff who run it are always helpful and are more like friends than staff!

The front desk team makes the space work. The offices are well-lit, clean, and just plain cool. From parking access to the efficiency of the workplace to the well-thought out breakfast and afternoon snack parties, Industrious rocks. WeWork should be worried.

We were hesitant to move to a shared work space after working in a traditional office setting for years and years but its hard not to like Industrious! Its a really cool space and the energy is great! Glad we made the switch!
