Had A pedicure with Justin.. He was amazing, very personable and easy to talk to. The business is very clean well organized youre nice and very comfortable to be in. I highly recommend to anybody.

I’ve gone here about 5 the times now and will continue to do so. I just got done receiving a gel pedicure and dip nails done by Justin. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The environment is very clean and relaxing! It’s also nice they chat with you while you are there so that your not sitting there in awkward silence. I also very much appreciate how they are appointment based so you don’t feel rushed so they can move on to the next person. I would highly recommend them as the best place I have found in Wilmington!!Update: still going here and love it!!! Justin never lets me down always makes my nails amazing!!!

Pedicures were great, but dont bother making an appointment. While the staff was mostly friendly, communication is not key. Had two children waiting for their manicures that were booked the day prior only to never get said manicures. Or have anyone ask why we were still sitting there waiting after the completion of our pedicures. Very disappointed.

Unwind is the perfect name for this salon that welcomes you to relax while getting your mani-pedi. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself! Life goes by too fast. And we all need to take the time to unwind.Ask for Justin for personable and kind care.

I visited this salon with a recommendation from a friend. My last nail tech retired.I was promptly and kindly greeted by lady closest to the door. I washed my hands and sat.A lady then came over took my temp and motioned me to sit to have pedicure. Never spoke or anything. (I should have left then)She never said a word just began to work. Needless to say 8 minutes later she was attempting to apply lotion. I say to her, my feet barely feel touched. It takes a lot to upset me! Ive had way too many pedicures and know with a good one your feet feel refreshed! I just finished her job at home.

I walked into this salon a year ago, and havent GONE anywhere else since. I have Angie do my nails every time! When I decide to get pedis I ask for Justin.... This is hands down the best nail bar in all of Wilmington. From the smiles at the front door, warm Energy radiating from the environment, fantastic mimosas, and BEST service from all employees. Plus, the aesthetics are on point. I highly recommend Angie, Lisa, Justin, Vani, Danny, Morgan and everyone else!!!!!

My 14 yr old got black matte ballerina nails with crystals for her formal. The design was perfect freehand done by Shawna B! Not only were we both thrilled with how they turned out, I was also impressed that it was all pain free (even with cuticle work)!!! I look forward to visiting there again for MYSELF lol

I found Unwind shortly before I was moving out of town but you bet I still come here every chance I get to get my nails done. They do a fantastic job every single time. They have fantastic customer service as well. Can’t wait for my next time in town to get my toes done again! Justin and Vani are by far my favorites!!!

I live in Charlotte and I make the trip here when possible to get my nails done. Justin has done my last 2 pedicures and does a stellar job every time! This salon is fabulous. It is open and roomy. They take the covid cleaning very seriously. I had a wonderful mani and pedi from Danny. Love the holiday artwork i received on my fingers and toes. I have found my new nail salon.

This place is perfect for a bridal party! I came in the day before my wedding with a group of 8 and everyone wanted different services. Unwind was so accommodating. Every technician was friendly and conversational. They provided mimosas and wine. We had so much fun! They were very sweet to my 7 year old niece as well. I really enjoyed my experience here. It was so cute inside too! Very clean and decorated well. Would recommend this place to anyone, and especially bigger parties. Our nails were looking fly for my wedding day, no question!!!

Had a SNS manicure and regular pedicure done at this location! Love it! The staff is beyond friendly. I was offered a complimentary drink and spent the rest of my time speaking with my nail tech who was really sociable. I enjoyed that! My foot massage was amazing. She really focused in on the rough spots and I felt super refreshed when everything was said and done. If I am ever in the area, again, I will be returning. 😊

The best nail salon Ive been to in Wilmington! Justin was so nice and did such a good job (gel mani and pedi)! The salon is clean and the mimosas were a perfect touch. Booking online is really convenient also.

I got my nails done by Justin today and he did a beautiful job. I don’t get my nails done often and don’t know very many terms and whatnot. He was extremely patient with me and explained it in a very professional manner. The environment was well decorated and inviting. I most definitely will be back.

I always leave unwind relaxed and happy 😃 my nails always last . Angie is so sweet and does a beautiful job . I also love Vani for my pedicures and brows 💕💕 place is always super clean and they have an amazing color selection!

Went there today while vacationing here. Justin, Shana, and Morgan were all so kind an amazing. I seriously could of sat there forever and chatted with them. The place is cute, SUPER clean, and service was outstanding! I would go back 100%! This place is the jam!

Got a gel mani and pedi a few weeks ago and was so happy with the service! They took their time to make sure my nails look great. Two weeks later, both are still going strong with no chipping! My nails NEVER last this long; I’m so pleased and excited to go back! This is the place to go for great nails.

I had a gel pedicure done about a month ago and all of the polish chipped off already. After 5 days I had 3 nails peel completely off. Then every day after each nail started peeling. I am so angry because you pay a lot of money for gel nails and expect them to stay on for at least 2 weeks and they didn’t even last 5 days. I get gel pedicures all the time and this is by far the worst I have ever had. It is a beautiful salon and getting a complimentary drink is nice but totally not worth it if the nails are terrible. So disappointed especially because I had the owner of the salon do my pedicure. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this new salon.

Best nail service I have had since moving to LA. I was frustrated by having to wait to and ask for a glasss of wine, when that is really the draw of coming here to unwind. But the service made up for it entirely and my gel mani lasted 2 weeks

Terrible customer service, had an appt they wouldn’t honor because they were too busy.

So disappointed in the quality of pedicure. Took about 12 mins for the service. Nails don’t look good. The manager was unfortunately very rude which didn’t help.
