I have been a tenant of MoreLaw Minneapolis for almost ten years. MoreLaw is a great legal community. They only rent to attorneys and other professionals immersed in the legal profession. There are really good attorneys here and they are great neighbors and colleagues . MoreLaw creates their community by screening prospective tenants and allowing present tenants to be part of the screening process. It is important to MoreLaw that new tenants will be a positive addition to the community.Pre Covid MoreLaw hosted CLEs and I expect that they will get back to that when the pandemic is over. MoreLaw has been proactive with tenants needs during the pandemic, installing hand sanitizers and such. They have equipment to turn each of their 4 conference rooms into Zoom hubs for court appearances and mediations. By for the best office space I have had for my solo practice.Did I mention the convenience, walking distance to the Hennepin County Government Center, The Family Justice Center and The Juvenile Justice Center and connected by skyway to the federal Courthouse.

Excellant downtown office space, convenient to courthouse and firms, with clean offices, exceptional staffing and service.
