Ive been here a few times over a couple of years. The attendants are always nice despite being so busy. The woman at the cashier was also incredibly helpful and nice to my son offering him a smaller mask since she noticed the one he was wearing was slightly too large. Rated this place a 4 because Ive had both somewhat good and great carwash service here. I love detailed work on the interior of my car so youll at least get it in that range. Id give this weeks wash a 5.

Outstanding job !!!My car didnt look this good when I bought it.Took about 45 minutes on a holiday which I considered fast for the thorough job they did. Price was very reasonable about $30 including tip.

I go here because of habit but I could do a better job myself. Last time they didnt even vacuum my trunk. Too many obvious spots. I just kindly ask them to do it and they kindly respond and I tip them anyway

The main concern was to vacuum the back seat. I shouldve checked out the backseat before leaving but i was trusting since the guy looked at my backseat when i first arrived and seemed reassuring. ):Everything else was fine and everyone was super friendly.

Went to Island for the first time and was very pleased with the result. My car was especially dirty and came out sparkling clean on both the inside and outside after purchasing The Works for $27. Overall a great value, I will be back.

Pretty good car wash!Stopped by because didnt have the time to wash the car myself and they are local.They use an automated wash system and do the detailing by hand. They advertise that their washing process uses Lambs wool scrubbers instead of the rubber type you see at other places (see photo). I cant comment on whether or not this helps minimize swirlsI purchased the top package The Works and it was $23.99 which is a bit expensive for an automatic wash.Overall I thought they did a good job. Typically car wash places like this do a sloppy job on the detail after the wash but this place had pretty good attention to detail.Overall, this place was good but I think they should lower their prices a bit, especially since its not a full hand wash.

The lady who took my money was very nice, but I did notice this and the last time I was here, that even though the price was 16.99, they dont give you the penny back when giving your change. It might seem like a small thing but if they do that to everyone who comes through, it adds up. Also, after I looked at my car and got inside and looked out the back window I could still see debris on the rear window so I called the guy back. He was wiping it off and commented that I only got the regular wash implying that if I paid more it would have taken it off. I told him the wash is the wash and shouldnt have anything to do with it. I felt that instead of appreciating my business and mind you I was the only customer there the whole time, he had to comment that I bought the cheapest service. It doesnt make me want to go back there, thats for sure!

I’ve been bringing my truck here for over a year and half and all of sudden my tires are to big, even though they have done it many times before. They keep trying to charge me extra for the wash, even though they end up washing it with the machine and not hand washing it. Dudes are crooks,place sucks now.

Love this place.Very nice safe place to come get your car washed. Very nice different shaded areas to wait as your gets washed.People hare are always friendly and polite .And they practice safe guidelines for your safety too.Always glad to come here.

This is really part my fault for not examining the job before I tipped them. I paid for the special, $25 for everything. When I got home I noticed they did not wash my rims, at all, and one of my windows or lift up my foot mats. I would have been better off paying the kids next door

I went in asking if they could remove some tree sap and overspray on my 2018 mustang. The detail guy proceeded to tell me it would have to be clay barred and polished. I never saw any of that transpire. When I asked him why it didnt come out, he played the no speaka engrish trick.. that was a very expensive car wash. I wont be back.

Gotta admit I felt disappointed. They did a great job on my drivers side. Wasnt until I got home and gave my truck a look over that I realized I paid 14 bucks for them to only wash one side of my truck and completely neglect cleaning the passenger side, windshield, and rims. I wont be going back. So glad I didnt tip. What a rip.

This had been my go to car wash for a while and due to consistent, rude customer service from the cashier, I went elsewhere. I decided after 6 mo to try it again and was given the same treatment. As I was getting a soft drink, I let the cashier know she could help the next customer waiting. Instead, the other customer waited and she rudely stated, I’m waiting for her! I apologized to the customer and paid. I noticed signs everywhere, stating a claim check was necessary, but did not receive one. I went to the cashier and asked about it and she rudely snapped back that she had given me one. I went through the change she had given me and let her know I did not have one. She wrote some information on a slip of paper and handed it to me, sighed and said just use this. I gave it more than one star because there are hard working people here. There is a sign outside that says we take pride in the service we provide. I don’t get that impression. I will not be back.

$18 for a wash inside and out. They have these awesome massage chairs $1 for 5 min. So three back rubs later, youre feeling relaxed and your cars clean! Cool little Mexican shop next door to kill time too!

They did a fantastic Job. I work in a Rock Plant and my Honda Element gets very muddy and dusty inside. They did an outstanding job inside and out. Ive been to many car wash sites and no one does a better job then Island car wash does . What takes me 2 hours to clean it inside and out they did in a half hour. Car wash was cool, why I am rating this place one star is because they charged me two times when they shouldnt have and it was not cool. When I confronted them about it they said we didnt do that and they kept ignoring me. Were beyond rude and idiotic. They made a mistake on purpose and didnt want to hone up to it. All I can say is screw this place my car is getting washed elsewhere👊

I came to get an estimate on a car detail on Wednesday and an employee told me it would be 140. Nonetheless, I came on saturday and another guy told me it would be 160 after arguing on price we settle on 150. After I arrived at thw place the car was not detailed and I had to request them to clean the back of the car and other spots. Obviously thw car was not detail. They say they so do certain steps and they end up making changes. I will never get a detail here ever again.worst place ever.

After a trip to the beach, we decided to get our car cleaned. Our watches that we had placed in the console during our beach trip were taken while our car was being washed.

I didnt notice until I got home how bad of a job they did on my car, I would just never go back again, and I even tipped the guy.

I dont recommend this car wash because there a bunch of thieves. I had just came from the DMV and purchased my tags and decided to go wash my car before applying them on my licence plate. So I placed them in my glove box washed car went home low and b hold no tags...i drove directly back to talk to manager No one spoke English No Manager. If u want to keep ur things u have in ur car after a wash take pics. Would Never go there again. Remember take Pics first before wash..
