If I could give a negative review I would. I live here and they dont fix anything or answer the phone ever. They are the worst!

My friends lived here at the Bryant for about two years and in that time it’s severely gone downhill, and management has made it clear that they don’t intend to do anything about it. People blast music late into the night, and they can’t even get packages sent to their address because the packages all get stolen. Management is aware of this but doesn’t install security cameras, and it’s been an issue for at least half a year.

Parking was a nightmare here and I paid for a spot. Even if you have a reserved spot people still park in it and when I called the office to report it they do not do anything. There was no penalty for parking in a spot that you didnt pay for and not once did I see anyone get towed. I came home late with people in my spot multiple times which left me having to park blocks down and walk alone at night and its not the safest area. Be aware of the parking situation before you rent here.

We have really enjoyed living at The Bryant Apartments for the last 2 years. The building is kept pretty clean and any issues that we have brought up to staff has been taken care of quickly. We love our apartment itself too. We have nice new appliances that work great and the rest of the apartment feels updated as well. I cook a lot and I really like our kitchen. Lots of cupboard space and a good amount of counter space too. Closets are big too. Its nice to be able to buzz people in from your phone, have working laundry machines, free downstairs storage, and indoor bike racks. Ive lived in sketchy apartments and this one is not sketchy at all. We absolutely love the location but parking does suck. The free parking is VERY limited; we recommend renting a spot and if there are none available at The Bryant, the apartment across the street rents spots in their lot too. Overall, we really like living here! A bit spendy for the size but I dont think you could get a nicer apartment at this price in Uptown. Highly recommend!

Our family has rented here for several years. Perfect location (coffee, dining, art, groceries, parks all within a couple of blocks; literally on a bicycle boulevard and near several bus lines, and not far from I-94 and downtown - and Uptown), responsive management, nice neighbors, good heat, water pressure, etc. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend moved out recently from this building. The management was awful, never followed up on anything. Cheap appliances broke constantly and the remodel done to the apartment is not worth the hefty price. Good luck finding a parking spot when you come home from work, seems like everyone including their friends or multiple cars per unit would park. Be prepared to smell cigarette smoke as well throughout your unit - people smoke in their unit and it spreads through the vents. Glad to be moved to a house and out of this place.

Lived here for over three years, pricey but hey thats uptown. Great management, great remodeled units, quiet building.
