I live in a Rapid City complex, have for many years. Every year it is more run down than the previous year. The ceiling on my patio is falling down, when asked, I was told there is no money and it doesnt affect the quality of living space! Really??? Now we are being charged for watering the lawn in the common areas, my thoughts are that that is not needed as it doesnt affect the quality of living. I have no control over the sprinkler system but I have to pay for it. We were given no notice of this change and I do not want the sprinklers on! The water bill has gone up $40 that I shouldnt have to pay.

Centerspace is so fun to work for; it is growing and changing everyday. They are encouraging to all, very inclusive, they promote from within and one of the keys is to do the right thing. They take great pride in their properties and it shows. They also really care about their team members which is invaluable.

Just stay away. Ive been at the OXBO for 4 years, and an leaving. Ive been trying to speak with management for the past 3 days and nobody has been there. Our hot tub has been out of order for almost 4 months. Shelby Steele is clueless as to what she is foing. She is not ever at the office. Tent at Irvine Exchange or Arlow. OXBO used to be great but now is pure garbage

I’ve tried to write a detailed review a few times, but the list of issues I had while living at one of IRET’s properties was too long to be submitted.This property company is so obviously underwater financially, it’s almost comical. Unless you’re renting from them; they cannot handle even the most simple maintenance request in a timely fashion. The management on the complex level was clueless most of the time, and often never got back to me when I reached out for help with something.Then there’s the opposite problem which was privacy issues. I’ve never in my life rented from a place that would send maintenance workers in more than twice a year, and somehow this company had people in and out of our homes almost once a month! It was absolutely ridiculous. They would give these huge windows of entry from Monday at 9am-Wednesday at 5pm. I can’t even remember the number of times it would get postponed until the next week, too.I would highly recommend you look for another property company to rent from. Unless you like being ignored when you need something, and constantly pestered while you’re at home. They only care about the absurd amount of money they make you pay in rent, not about you’re happiness and wellbeing.

Ive rented from this company for 2 years and they are not helpful at all. They dont care about their renters only their money

Corporate was very helpful with my complaints of one of their smaller offices. The smaller office of theirs that ive had to deal with is terrible and poorly ran.

They are making people pay full rent when they cant even enjoy the entire building as every amenity is shut down. They even said that the amenities are free for people to enjoy. Not at paying almost 2k a month! What is the incentive to live here?I lived in an Iret property in another city. It was awful. This is now another terrible continuation of my previous living arrangement.

We were told not to shampoo when we moved out. “Don’t worry about it we shampoo anyway.” So we don’t aha pop then get a $2,000 bill for replaced carpet. Will stick you on the move out. Just look at the website. Their stock price is listed big and present. Shows you what they care most about.

If I could give them no stars I would. They re the most rasicist. Property management company I have every heard of that lie through their teeth Even to officers. The are poorly managed and they over priced for things that are broken they don’t do anything to make anything better I feel bad for whoever moves into my property after me and pray they get better treatment.So long southfork Townhomes

I moved out of an IRET property in July of 2019, it is now February 2020 and I have still not received my security deposit back. Completely unacceptable turnaround time.
