Our time living at Continental has been a great experience. The property manager Ed, is the kindest and most reasonable landlord you could ask for. He is professional, transparent, and helpful. We are moving into a home now, but will miss the staff at continental. Plus, we really appreciate the accommodation for our big dog! Thank you! It is not always easy as a renter to find such outstanding management.

I absolutely loved my apartment here. The management was awesome and maintenance always showed up on time. Unfortunately I had to end my lease, but I would definitely recommend renting at Continental apartments. The apartments are spacious for a reasonable price with a beautiful, peaceful view of the golf course. I will definitely miss renting here.

OMG, where do I start? I really wished I couldve given these apartments a negative five stars. The management company is totally unprofessional. The maintenance team is very slow and unprofessional. The building is predominantly Caucasian and they are very racist. When I was showed a unit, it was very well still occupied, uncleaned and all the appliances are at least twenty years outdated. The garage space I was worn down, the landscaping of the building is very much so terrible. The tenants currently in the building unit where I was showed were very loud and obnoxious. I was totally not into the fact that not only do they have a last one in first one out attitude but I also cant get with how high the rent is, you have to pay a friggin water bill, and pay for parking that anybody can take even if they dont live on your side of the building. DESPICABLE!THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST UNIT IVE VIEWED NEXT TO EDEN PARK APARTMENTS, AND THOSE ARE THE WORST IN THE COUNTRT IN MY OPINION.

Place is overpriced, smells, has bugs, and the management are snakes. Avoid.

Too expensive! Water bills evey month just one persorn pa $70 plus.
