Love the Fremont!! We have been so pleased with the management here. Amy literally spent an hour helping us jump our car on the coldest day of the year. They have been so helpful whenever needed. Great knowing were renting from such kind people!Really close to some great restaurants and beautiful lakes. So much to do nearby if you like being active! Small enough so its really quiet even in the midst of Uptown.Love the apartments, love the location, cant say enough good things. Will not be moving anytime soon!

My wife and I have lived at the Fremont apartments for almost a year now and only have good things to say about the location, staff, and accommodations. Maintenance is always so quick to respond, while Jenny and Amy have been great management who are always there to help. I would highly recommend!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible management company. Not personable whatsoever! If you travel for work or leisure do NOT move to a property operated by Steven Scott. I am out of the country for work and am unable to move my car from the property parking lot where I pay $50/month to park for their plow. I am away for 2 weeks and called them as soon as I saw the notification that cars needed to be moved. I have no way to move my car until I return, which is parked safely in my apartment assigned parking lot. Management told me that they will tow my car and it will cost me $500 and that there is nothing I can do to avoid it! This is NOT the first issue I have had with them in the 2 years I’ve been a resident. I’ve lived in many properties across the US never have I dealt with one so inhumane.

Lived here for over two years and would recommend it again. accommodating land lords, building is well kept and prices are great for the location. responded to work requests promptly and received full security deposit back.

When covid-19 hit they rose the price for laundry. Horrible people.

These apartments looked nice, but I made an appointment to see a studio and was told to meet outside the building and no one ever showed. I called and left messages and no one returned my calls.

Laundry onsite rarely if ever works.
