I just moved in, and I have to say that this apartment and its management have surpassed all my expectations. The leasing process was relatively easy and pretty fast. Holly was amazing to work with and responded to all of my questions. When it came time to move in, Tarek was more than accommodating to help me move in earlier than scheduled. Super nice, you can tell he cares about the property.As for the apartment, it’s much bigger and nicer than many of these so-called “luxury” apartments. Space is well designed and is overall beautiful. A previous resident lived in my unit, but maintenance did such a great job cleaning the unit that it looks as if it was built yesterday.I live in the pet-free building which is definitely a plus (not much of an pet person). The building is very quite.Overall definitely a 10/10.

I just moved in and I’m totally blown away. This apartment is SO well designed, and there are a ton of smart details! Things I never would have thought of like outlet placements, layout, storage. Holly and the staff are super helpful and made it all feel really welcoming to move here. Also, I’m in the pet friendly building, and there are several really sweet friendly dogs that like to say hi in the hallways. The underground garage parking is definitely worth it, but there is always street parking out front. The light rail is nearby but pretty quiet background noise when it passes by. Super close to Minnehaha Falls! Overall, dream apartment.

Oaks Minnehaha Longfellow has been my favorite apartment ever! I really enjoy how close we are to the dog park, and Minnehaha Falls. The office staff is AMAZING, they are so personable and I love the community they have built. I am looking forward to staying here for a few years until I buy a home nearby. The neighborhood is amazing, wouldnt want to live anywhere else!

I recently toured here and completely fell in love. It is so beautiful. The staff here is absolutely amazing, specifically Joey! I had an issue scheduling a tour so I kind of just showed up and he showed me multiple units on an impromptu tour, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to help me through the leasing process. He was so understanding and helpful. Cody was also great and stayed late to show me a different unit during a snow storm. Best experience I’ve ever had while trying to find an apartment, hands down. Thank you guys!

Great place to stay with an awesome manager. Tarek is very friendly and goes out of his way to problem solve/find a solution. He even helped me jump my car when I left a light on!

Living here is the best! The staff is friendly, and the finishes in the building, especially the kitchen, are so modern and sleek. The gym is smaller but has everything I need, and there is a fenced dog run on site! I live in the Minnehaha building that is pet friendly so there are a lot of dogs. As a dog owner and lover it is great to live with people who love their pets as much as me. There is periodic barking because of all the dogs so if you do not like dogs, the other building would probably be a better fit.

The community car amenity is awesome! I’m new to the area, car-less and able to explore and run my errands with ease and efficiency.
