Not a good value.I lived in the Original at West Lake Quarter for a year, during construction project. Some things were fine (maintenance orders usually filled in a week or two, no holes in the ceiling etc.), but overall, building management do not show much care for tenants quality of life. Several short-term (3+ month) tenants on my floor played loud music at all hours of the day and night, slammed doors so loudly the reverberations could be felt throughout the entire floor, and once woke up several tenants on the floor due to banging on an apartment door and screaming at 3am. Multiple tenants smoke on their balconies (tobacco and other substances) despite the lease stating smoking is not allowed. Management response is to say they are frustrated that tenants are being disrespectful/breaking rules, but seems like no meaningful action is taken (just emails asking tenants to be more respectful). With respect to the ongoing construction project: seems to be little regard from management about construction noise, parking, or work from home considerations. Construction noise is very loud and goes from early in the day to rather late (~7am to ~5:30pm on weekdays). Its hard to have a Zoom meeting with piling or tamping going on in the background. Temporary parking lot has enough spots for all the tenants in the building, but management gives out temporary parking tags, which overfill the lots so tenants have nowhere to park. Parking spots are so tight that multiple cars have gotten scratched and dented. There is also no guest parking nearby, unless you want to pay $10/day for a guest tag. Water & electricity gets shut off for hours at a time due to construction needs, with

Elements on France: I tried to share photos of the filthy carpeting in the hall ways of this building. Reported almost a month ago after waiting a month. Nothing has been done. I’ve lived here a year and have only experienced the hall carpet being cleaned one time. Disgusting. My rent is $2495 a month . Not worth it!

I couldnt tour the actual apartment until it was vacated due to COVID. Understandable. My move in date was October 5th instead of Oct. 1st because they asked me to give them a week to replace the carpet per Robertta Warnpeh the assistant manager. After being homeless for five days, paying for a hotel, movers, and storage, I come to the CLEAN apartment as you can in the photos below. Disappointed with what I saw, I spoke to the property manager Rhondijaah Mafe who condescendingly replied the apartment was cleaned and she approved it. I asked her if she looked at the photos, and she said No, Im Busy, You need to make an appointment. I asked her if she walked the apartment herself, and she said Yes, and I approved it. I told her that she should be ashamed of herself, and her response was Shes giving the same energy. Robertta then got up and closed the door in my face.I attempted to contact the regional manager Aimee Golden-Sorrell leaving multiple voicemails, she finally responded by text. After an extensive text session, Aimee finally called me after 5pm on Friday October 9th to tell me that she would meet us at the site on Monday and walk the apartment herself and offer a different unit after Rhondijaah confirms it. Rhondijaah never confirmed.Today, Aimee walked the apartment with us and of course, she justified Rhondijaah excuses and agreed that the apartment was cleaned, stating they would clean the living room carpet again, and replace the carpet in the other areas, or refund our money. Rhonjidaah, rolling her eyes while standing behind Aimee, I told her that I felt it would constantly be an issue, so I would take a refund. Aimee told me that my money would be refunded by 12pm, and I still have not been contacted back. I contacted Stacey Neameyer last week, and I still have not heard back from her. Not only has Steven-Scott and Ridgebrook not lived up to their Do the Right Thing saying, the staff is unprofessional, and has contributed to me being homeless, in addition to still holding all my money. This company is represented by people who lack integrity and are not held accountable by their supervisors. See photos below.

Horrible management company. Didn’t even move in either. I applied for the apartment and put down a $300 deposit. Got approved for the apartment two months before moving in. My mom got sick with covid a week after. I told them I couldn’t move in due to my mother getting sick and DID not sign the lease. Then they stated that the deposit is not refundable. Besides my deposit not being refundable (which is ridiculous) they are terrible at responding and very unprofessional. I would not sign any lease that is managed by this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The apartments are ok for the price. One star is for the property manager Ana, who ripped us off. Rented Calhoun Fuller 3 years ago. It happened that ones we signed lease renewal we found out that we are relocating to California and need to get out of the lease. The lease agreement itself was 1 page long. It stated that if we break the lease we need to inform them 60 days prior and pay for those 2 month ONLY. So 1 weak after we signed the lease renewal I contacted property manager Ana to see if we can cancel it due to relocation. She was not only refusing to accommodate us but decided to charge additional 60 days penalty on top of 2 month rent. No matter how many times I asked to show me this fee in the lease agreement, she kept showing the part where it says we have to pay for 60 days (ONCE) if we break the lease. But it never said to pay for 60 days + another 60 days. Again the lease agreement was only 1 page long and I read it many times. It clearly said if we break the lease we pay only 60 penalty. Anyway ANA made it clear that we dont have a choice and if we dont pay she will retaliate and it will be hard for us to rent a next apartment because her retaliation will affect our rental history. She was clearly taking advantage of our situation and seemed to enjoy it.

If I could give 10 stars I would!I rented at 3N for over 4 years, and only moved out because I bought a house. I was one of the first residents who signed after the building was built and LOVED my experience throughout my entire stay. The management and staff are always kind, empathetic, and quick to resolve any issues. Maintenance requests were always quickly addressed and fixed, and the entire building was spotless 24/7 (even though it’s a dog/animal friendly building) - which is pretty impressive!Mary Swanson - the property manager is THE BEST in the industry. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. During a hard time in my life, she cared and went above and beyond to make sure I could stay there as a resident. I am beyond thankful. I have referred multiple close friends, and ALL have had an amazing experience.Thank you 3N for making the last 4 years easy and enjoyable!(I am not associated with 3N nor being compensated for this review.)

I never see any big company and ignorant like this one in my lifetime. I apply for one bedroom apartment at blue line flat and no one tell me it’s an affordable place. The manager over there she told me to feel the application and pay the fee for background check $90 and $1000 deposit, the rent for one bedroom was $1048. But affordable for one bedroom is 500 plus when I check on there website. After 5 days she call me and told me I am approved and send me email to buy property insurance and I bought and email her. After two weeks she call me ask me to fill a paperwork and I want to the office and fill that paperwork. The next day she call and left voicemail when I can move on? Because of they don’t answer phone call I want to the office to tell when I can move on. But she told me something odd when I’m there, I cannot move in this place. Because of I’m financially higher than there qualifications. Imagine when 13 days left to move I already gave notice 47 days ago my old place. I try to contact the corporate manager something no one answered my call, no one call me back my voicemail and also for almost one month now they didn’t return my $1000 deposit.

I used to live in the Earle brown farm apartments and my lease was about to be up in 2 months before the on-site property handler told me I either had to renew my lease or write a statement saying that I would no longer be renewing. Mind you I had to give the written statement 3 months in advance but got told a month late. I still wrote the statement for non renewal. Come the end of my lease the on-site handler of the property left notices about my rent going month to month but I didn’t get a notice about the rent changing until the next following pay period when rent was due. On the day of me leaving and turning in keys in November because my lease was up September 30. The on-site handler tells me I never turned in a written statement for a non renewal lease and that I would still be charged for the additional months but I know I turned in a written statement and even asked for them to check the cameras running back on said date. I’ve reached out the Cassandra to handle this matter and she has not responded to none of my emails. I have an $8000 debt on my credit that you guys have falsely accused me of owing ( by the way that’s a whole year worth of rent that I am suppose to be responsible for because of you guys mistake) me and my one year old child have been suffering for 8 months behind their actions due to no landlord wanting to rent to me having such a huge debt on my credit I do not owe and won’t help to get the matter resolve. I have a letter from Cassandra still trying to swindle me out $1000 more of what should be my total if anything. What are you going to do about this matter? When are you going to get to it? How much longer do me and my child have to bear waiting on you guys? This is beyond not fair, with poor customer service at its best.

Horrible rental company. My car was towed off of the private apartment lot because of a parking pass situation after we had JUST received new ones over the spring. I had to pay over $300 for a misunderstanding and when it was brought to my landlords attention, I was yelled at. I didn’t yell at her, and I didn’t raise my voice. She raised her voice at me for no reason, and I still had to pay to impound fee which I think is ridiculous. Obviously I’m a tenant if i have the so called “old” parking pass AND my license plate and car make and model is on file. I can’t wait to not renew with you guys. We have told management 3 times and each time we are told we should have told them sooner for them to do anything about it. You are forced to pay parking on top of your lease even though there is a parking lot. Halls do not get cleaned unless the vandalism is so bad something must be done. Not sure what stars to give. However, it needs to be brought to someones attention. That upon an individual moving in and applying for tenancy at one of your properties. I was completely honest about a dispute I had on my credit going on. Mind you, Im debt free. Disclosed this info. Then was told it was used against me, however, within a week it was removed. Credit score boosted 162 points mind you. I contact the property manager in writing and provide the info and say, so in Minnesota it is my understanding tenancy screening is covered under Federal Credit Laws. Not only should I have a copy that she confirmed she viewed with exactly what I told her was there. Which is no longer there. I was asked to give a additional conditionally deposit of 1170.00 in addition to 500.00 because of that. If there is a change to your credit report in that short amount of time. Its my understanding upon my request for reconsideration it shouldve been reevalued. Again, I told her all this from the beginning. Well, I was told nope were going off the day you applied changes dont matter. Ill be calling the corporate office today regarding this matter. Debt free, no bad rental history, and up 162 points roughly around 700 FICO score doesnt amount to a $1670.00 deposit.... Also, I explained Im not signing a lease to a unit I havent seen because its occupied I want to look at it for damages. Well Im getting sent the docusign documents every two days. I havent been impressed with the rental office at all and I havent even moved in. If it cant be resolved. Id prefer to just have all my money back and move to Rooftop 252!AND the response is not correct I never asked to hold an apartment for 2 months. Its occupied. After I declined moving in the apartment that someone was murdered in back in July 2019. In addition, Ive been in contact its all in writing. Its also verified. That anytime an adverse action was taken via credit. Upon request, its suppose to be revisited. I work too hard to settle for anything. Again, not many folks can be proud of being DEBT FREE. But hey, As long as I get all my money back that I requested minus the application fee. I am satisfied. Not very welcoming for Steven Scott Execs. to talk to people rudely either. But, it was the reminder of why I moved to Arizona 20 years ago. Glad my journey has been met with another property well worth it. Up to date. Not old. No lead. No murders. And friendly.... The property management does not give a damn about the residents. When I moved in in August, they told they were going to renovate the building. Little did I know, though, it would take them ages to complete the work. It is December now and they are still not done. This means we, residents, have to put up with daily noise and prattle of the obnoxious workers. The building has basically been turned into a construction site.. Especially if you are a student, getting enough sleep and a quiet environment conducive to studying are a must. This building does not provide any of this. I cant sleep properly in the mornings after staying up the whole night studying and cant concentrate on my school assignments with all the noise outside. What the management did was to lure the residents shamelessly into the building before the start of school when apartments were in a high demand and started the renovation after the fact. So that everyone knows which particular building I am talking about I will indicate the address: 410 6th St. SE Minneapolis, MN 55414.

I am away for 2 weeks and called them as soon as I saw the notification that cars needed to be moved. I have no way to move my car until I return, which is parked safely in my apartment assigned parking lot. Management told me that they will tow my car and it will cost me $500 and that there is nothing I can do to avoid it! I can’t believe the situation I’m in. I have been renting for almost a year coming up in a couple months and the entirety of living in this apartment I have been telling management about the moisture issues going on inside my apartment, which has been shrugged off for the most part. Well I have an infant daughter and young toddler living with me as well. So we did an air quality test through a professional company and when the test came back elevated we had nobody reach out with any plan to take action or anything whatsoever. Not even a simple “sorry”. My family has been living in hazardest conditions for months, and the mold professionals told us we need to leave immediately. After offering money for us to leave I feel horrible, after letting my kids live there, and now they want us to leave in the middle of December around Christmas. I feel this is completely unethical and I don’t know where to go from here but I just don’t understand how a company can work like this and not offer any kind of solution other than take your money and leave. Be aware of the conditions your moving into, as a first time renter I was oblivious to the red flags that were there.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Steven Scott does not care about their residents. Half of my outlets dont work. Half of my burners dont work. My bathtub drain doesnt work. My toilet runs. My keys didnt work when I moved in. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in your neighbors apartment. My boyfriend works nights and can barely sleep between our upstairs neighbors and the constant construction (funded by our exorbitant rent). We have had cars towed twice for $300 each time, once while we were home without so much as a phone call to ask us to move it. Our hallways smell like cat pee and cigarettes somehow even though its a non smoking property. We spend probably $50 a month on laundry. We are forced to use a secondary pay service for our utilities that barely works and charges a $7.99 fee for using a card. Oh and our rent is $1355, for that we get nothing. I could go on and on about the ridiculous costs and lack of service. Stay away.

I am sorry but you cannot call the new Live at Liberty apartments and townhomes pet friendly. I was extremely excited when I learned of the new townhouses. However, I soon found out that you cannot have a pet bunny. Dogs and cats are fine but not bunnies. You should not be calling yourself pet friendly. I just have a hard time understanding why cats and dogs are allowed but not bunnies. I think whoever made this rule has a misconception about bunnies. Mine is litter box trained and stays in a cage. How is that more destructive than a cat or even a dog? I understand the argument may be that rabbits chew on everything. That is 100% false though, as long as you train them they behave. No different than a cat or dog really. However dogs and cats have free range of the house and can easily cause more damage. Very disappointed.

The last 6 months, Eagan Place apartments have been renovating all of their units. Yes, you heard that right, ALL of their units, including the ones currently occupied with tenants. We were told, not asked, to pack all of our belongings and live in a construction zone for over a week. I spent tens of hours packing, unpacking, and cleaning up after the construction crew. They happened to leave small pieces from the light fixtures they replaced and broken tiles from the back splash all over the floor that my 13 month old actually choked on. Talk about horrifying. We arent just talking about little mistakes here and there, this actually endangered my children! -5 stars for that. I woke up in my underwear to fix my youngest child a bottle at 7:30 am only to find a construction worker on my deck. They had provided me no notice of the work being done and this continued for a week. The office even admitted they did not give me a 24 hour notice yet continued to work. Catching me in my underwear (embarrassing) and no 24 hour notice. An additional -4 stars. The gym, sauna, business center, etc have been closed for 6 months plus, but are offering no rent reductions for the loss of amenities. But when construction is finished the rent will be increasing $300/month for just the apartment and an additional $90-120/month for amenities. -3 stars for that. Fire alarms go off on the regular. -1 stars. Doors never closed so apartment is accessible to all, including those you dont want to be in your home. -1 stars. Packages and cars stolen here, frequently. With no security cameras. -1 stars. Total of -15 stars if it was possible, instead of the +1 star I was forced to give. Beware of this place at all costs. They have no respect for their tenants. They update their apartments at our cost so they can over price them and those of us that have been living here for 5+ years can no longer afford to do so. Not to mention - for the prices they are trying to rent their units at everything should have been replaced and updated. The shower has no water pressure. The base boards and doors are cracked, chipped, and painted horribly. The ceilings in my apartment are about 3 different colors with yellow stains everywhere. So much for a good nights sleep here If you live directly above the garage! You will hear it squeak loudly open and shut all day and night whenever anybody opens it. It wakes me up in the middle of the night when people are leaving and entering the garage. Anyways, the list goes on and on with complaints. Only positive - Stacy the manager is great! On top of everything else, heat is the only utility the apartment pays and they shut it off the soonest they legally can. My two small children under 15 months have been freezing in our apartment while its been around 30 degrees because we are unable to adjust the temperature in our apartment. They literally are having to wear two pairs of pants, two long sleeve shirts, jackets, and boots while in our apartment because it has been so cold. Their solution was to turn on the oven as if its safe with two littles ones running around with the oven running. And I also dont feel like paying more electricity bills that are $100 + like they are during the winter. Just ugh. Everything about this place is irritating. They make my blood boil. Worst environment to live in especially with children. Avoid this place at all costs.

I lived at Creekside Apartments in Plymouth, managed by Steven Scott for one year. This review is for both Creekside and Steven Scott. I would advise from renting at Creekside, let alone any Steven Scott property in general. I have advised everyone I know who is looking to rent to never get desperate enough to rent at a Steven Scott property. Everything from their horrible customer service, to making threats, to completely ignoring tenants. Please continue reading to be more informed.Steven Scott motto: Better apartments. Better service. Better life.Well, thats so far from the truth its unreal. Read this review while you can, because they delete almost every bad review.BETTER APARTMENTS:The amount of money you pay for these mediocre apartments is astounding. They make every unit seem like theyve been newly updated and/or they instal new appliances/carpet after every renter. If that was the case, how come almost ever cupboard in the kitchen was being held together by packing tape? Along with the shelving in the refrigerator.BETTER SERVICE:This is actually comical due to the fact that these people are nearly impossible to get ahold of. If you question something that they are charing you, especially when you know for a fact you shouldt be charged for it, they will just ignore you. They only respond when money is involved. When it comes to managing and running an apartment complex, that is technically a 24/7 job that you cannot ignore. Being a manager for multiple tenants homes and lives is not a 9-5 job, sorry.BETTER LIFE:Not only did Creekside make my life miserable, but Steven Scott as well. They are only money hungry and will have no problem taking advantage of you. Renting here made me learn a major lesson: no matter how friendly and nice someone may seem, they will never hesitate to take advantage of you. Money is the only thing that matters. They talk down to their tenants and have no problem making threats and false claims they cannot prove. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never been so unhappy in my life as I was living here. I was looking for a place to stay for a few years while I started in my career but being here and dealing with the management makes me skeptical about any new place I would like to rent in the future.

But that happened days before Steven Scott signed the papers. I paid the buy-out amount that I was required and gave more than 2mos, notice. I had been living there over 3years as a great tentant. I was clean, drug-free, paid my rent evey month, and no neighbor complaints. My exact apartment was featured on the website for the building, my furnishings, everything. I was asked on dozens occasions to show my unit to perspective renters.Over the years I asked for carpet cleaning, many many times, especially at lease signing I was usually told yes, but it never happened. I was always very particular in the cleanliness of my apartment. I moved out 12/31/17. I spent 10 hours cleaning everything, had 2 neighbors from the same building and 2 more friends help me clean. Moved appliances, blinds, washed walls, inside of closets, everything. I bought brand new drip pans for stove. Except for discoloration of an old carpet(stained and old before I moved in, everything was great. Nobody can scrub a carpet new. I get charged from my damage deposit: $35 for an hour of cleaning and $97.22 for carpet cleaning. There motto should be, dont expect your deposit back, WE WILL, charge you for something, we promise. It is just enough to bite, and morally shady. But not enough run to the neatest court house. Not illegal. I will make sure I post this many places, and make sure I steer people away. I know it may not sound like a lot to some people, but I am low income and disabled. I cleaned probably 95% more than most people leaving that building. I did the right thing. I probably dodged a bullet by not staying there. ALSO, NOTHING was said to me during my walk through. If a walk through was done without me present, that is not legal. Maybe I should take this to court.

STEVEN SCOTT MANAGMENT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME..THEY REALLY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!! I HAVE TWO CARS AND THEY HAVE MADE A POLICY THAT SAYS THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE GARAGE PER RESIDENT...AND SO I ASKED FOR A PARKING PERMIT FOR MY OTHER CAR...AND SHE SAID ITS LIMITED SPACE 🤬..SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH MY OTHER VEHICLE?? WHAT A NIGHTMARE.

This is a horrible place! I paid my rent for this month and put it in the drop box and now the manager is saying they dont have my money! They wont review the cameras so I can show them that I dropped the money in the box or nothing! They just put me out of the office and told me I had to move!! The manager there is really rude! I need to talk to somebody in corporate and no ones answering!! This is a lawsuit and I will be talking to my lawyer because its obvious that someone is STEALING BECAUSE SOMEBODY IN THAT OFFICE HAS MY RENT MONEY AND I NEED ANSWERS!!!

I lived at the 3500 Dupont Avenue apartments. I would not recommend this apartment to any prospective renters. Location was good, however the Steven Scott Management, Inc. personnel were and are very unreasonable. When I moved out, I was presented with a statement of account from Steven Scott, stating that I owed an additional ~$1,300. When I first sent inquiry to Steven Scott for the outrageous balance they believed I owed, they admitted that they had over charged me 7 hours of cleaning instead of the 5 hours the cleaning crew actually spent in my apartment. They did bring down the charge to 4 hours instead of 7 hours, however it still leaves room for suspicion of how many of their residents that they untruthfully over charge. In addition to the overage for cleaning, Steven Scott is trying to collect ~$1,100 from me for the repair of the bathroom due to moisture build up in the bathroom. It is important to note that the moisture build up is due to poor ventilation in the bathroom caused by the lack of fan in the bathroom. When I provided this justification, the management replied saying that I was to be held accountable for the damage, because I didn’t leave my door open after taking showers, which is purely based on assumption and not at all true. In addition to the poor ventilation in the bathroom (caused by lack of a bathroom fan), there was a pipe burst two floors above my apartment, which caused extensive water leakage in my bathroom. When I brought this to the attention (multiple times) of management, nobody even acknowledged that this is the reason why there was damage to the bathroom walls. I have been going back and forth with management since May 14th in regards to my move out statement and finally management has stated that they are firm in their decision and that they are going to send the balance to collections. Overall, I have been a good resident at multiple rental properties the last few years, and I have never run into an incident where a landlord accused me of damage to the property. I’m disappointed by how management handled the situation and will be taking additional measures to rectify the issue.UPDATE TO MY ABOVE POST: I attended small claims court on September 6th to refute the charges for the bathroom. The judge provided his response by September 10th, which was in my favor. The judge ruled that I was not to be held responsible for the charges to the bathroom.

I lived at a Steven Scott property apartment building Haven on Fairoak. I was told to call the police if the people above me were to loud and they were always loud after 10 at night and the manager we had tried to stop them and they would smoke pot which would come into my sons room. Well the manager that we had said keep calling and calling me well Leann got let go and we got a new manager and this one said they talked to them which I dont fall for it. Well we got our apartment remodeled and there was stuff wrong the vinyl floor had bubbles and I complained and we were heading out of town and got told it will be fixed while we were gone it was not and to get to the story a week later we got a notice on our door saying we are sorry but we are choosing to not renew your lease you have until August 31st 2017 to move and here to find out its because I called the cops on the people upstairs due to loud music and smoking pot and allot of screaming and yelling to. So after I found out this I was told being it to court well I never did which I should of. We are low in come lost section 8 because we can not find another place to live because its a lease violation to call the cops I guess never found it in the lease in the first place. But we are getting denied now due to this and living with my Father in Law but would love to have our own place but cant because the manager flagged us and we no longer have section 8. Still get told we should bring this manager to court. So its going to be a year now and stuck where we are due to this manager at haven on fairoak. Hope she is happy because she wrecked our happiness for good.

I had the honor to work with Steven Scott and live at Shoreview Grand for over four years.I took on a position in the office after I had lived there for a while. I had first hand experience with all of the property staff and a large amount of the corporate staff. There was not a single time I went to work without a grateful heart, knowing that I was surrounded by love and people that openly care.I watched the owners and both, past and current, CEOs personally come to our property to see what else they could do to improve it, taking every concern seriously. I watched the staff pour their souls into the site and residents. I was blessed to watch the transformation of Lakeshore Oaks turn into Shoreview Grand and millions of dollars invested into my friends homes and property. So when you read the other reviews, know this. I am no longer an employee, I always spoke the truth: I did not consider myself a favorite because of this. I always felt respect, listened to, and treated fair. I always felt that the residents were listened to and immediately direction was given to the office staff. To say that I was blessed to work with such a giving and loving group of people, would be an understatement. I am Eternally grateful for every moment they took the time to teach me

I was supposed to move in one of Steven Scott apartments yesterday . I did a walk through with the lady. I didnt like what I seen. The refrigerator was dirty, the sink was not clean, the kitchen drawers was filthy and they tried to cover it up with floor paneling. The toilet nasty and the tub dirty. Dust mite on the ceiling. The air conditioning is filthy. How could you even show me and apartment in this condition and think it ok!!!The only thing I like about the apartment was the carpet and the stove.**The address at the top, is not the address I’m talking about.FyI

Moved into our Apartment owned by Stevens Scott last Fall and this past winter we started seeing mice in our apartment. Maintenance has been in our Apartment twice since then to eliminate the mice issue but we still keep catching mice in glue traps weekly. We cant believe Stevens Scott expects its tenants to pay $965 a month to live with mice running underneath their kitchen table. We will not be renewing our lease next month and will not rent again from Stevens Scott10/9/2016Stevens Scott thank you for your response. Two different neighbors in my building reported having mice in their apartments last February to the on site rental office manager. Pest control came into their apartments that week to patch holes and put down poison bait stations. One of the neighbors moved in May / June the other neighbor is still catching mice in glue traps in their apartment as of 3 nights ago. Since February I am aware of 4 other residents (apartments) that have reported having mice in their apartments to the rental office manager, One resident on the second floor said they caught 7-8 mice in glue traps during the month of July and had pest control come in to try and eliminate the mice, They are still seeing mice in their apartment as of last week. Back in the Spring the rental office started stocking glue traps to hand out to the residents. So if you are telling me you are unaware of which of your properties has had a severe mice problem for the past 9 months, that means :A) You have more than 1 property with a severe mice issueorB) You own and are trying to manage too many propertiesorC) You are aware of the issue and now that it surfaced on the internet for potential future renters to see you will actually do something besides throwing poison bait stations in apartments and around the buildings.

I moved to fountains in the park in June. Since ive been here theres been so many caretakers plus a new manager. It has became very strict im just not understanding why we need to show our auto insurance, license, and also the title. I am 22 I have the title under my name, but im under my dads insurance policy which i told the manager. The manager told me she is not going to give me the new sticker until i get my own insurance under my own name. I honestly think that that is super ridiculous and I already cannot wait to move. I have never experienced such terrible service from an apartment. When i need something fixed it always takes 1-2 months to come fix and when i first moved in my closet door was broken in the living room, my daughters closet was broken, the bathroom had a terrible odor, the floor has a huge crack in it, the floor has a huge bleach stain which the carpet should have been replaced before i moved in, the fan in the kitchen never shuts off unless i actually turn it off and since its getting cold theres no way to turn it off because we need the light to eat our meals. Also, when i email them they take forever to respond and i have always told them i work 8-4:30 by the time i get home after traffic there closed so i can never go in and get my things that have been delivered.

This is the second time my car has been towed from terra pointe apts in saint paul, the permit sticker fell off of the rearview mirror SOMEHOW, the towing company stated instead of a $300 charge it will be $80, i feel like i should not have to pay anything because upon getting these new cars that me and my wife got we had to give info about the cars to the office and with that exchange of info about the cars then in return the office gave us a permit to hang off of the rearview mirrors of our cars. Now tell me why isnt this same registration info not given to the towing company, that may not be the procedure but i feel like in case this may happen again, Ill park with my permit still visiable and take up one of the spaces in the visitors spot.Im not a fan of the manager and her chastising me like a child about the visitor spaces when they towed my friends car after dropping me off from the hospital, because of lack of knowledge of where the visitor parking was on the lot. When the lease is up in august i am going to look for somewhere else to live. This is ridiculous!
