You will love living at 222 Hennepin! The entire staff is super friendly, kind, helpful, and caring! The atmosphere is amazing! You will feel right at home! You will also feel safe! Hey: the first floor is amazing for moving in!!! Super easy! Also, you can go right out the door to the garage, especially if you are in a hurry for work, want to take out your trash, or head out for a walk! The area is very walkable! You can do your laundry right in your home! Lots of eats and shopping; salons and grocery shopping! Tons of storage! My hubby loved being able to clean the windows easily. LOL! So much sun coming in! Just a side note: Even the shower head is up super high; this is a plus if you are tall! Double sink! The high ceilings are also sweet! Walk in closet, and a spot for a book shelf( see picture) Ask for room 105! It’s the best!! Well, any room really, but seriously, please consider!Plus the amenities are top notch: the JAG room, work out gym, pool table, pool, fireplace, the hot chocolate or tea, special activities for the whole complex, etc! Enjoy!!!

Rick and staff are wonderful and attentive to everything you could imagine. We were nervous to move in this area but the staff and security are top notch and we never had any issues. We loved living close to the Whole Foods and other restaurants in the area. The apartments are high quality and beautiful. Service requests were completed either day of or next morning. We loved living here and highly recommend it over the other apartments in the area.

I strongly recommend 222 Hennepin if you are looking for a nice and secure place to live in downtown Minneapolis. When I first contacted them to look for availability, both Rick and Danielle replied super promptly and answered all my questions within a few hours. Unit was looking the same as what I saw on a video tour and I am happy with my unit. It is very quiet and has all the appliances I need. All amenities are well maintained and packages are well handled (big thanks to the 222 Hennepin team). Its location is +++++++. It is close to everything. Many nice restaurants & shops are all within a 5-10 min walking distance and direct access to Whole Foods is super convenient!!

We looked at many different apartments in the North Loop area before deciding on 222, and we were not disappointed! The thing that really sets 222 apart from the other buildings is the extremely friendly and helpful building management. They make living there a very fun a pleasant experience, from the activities they organize to the free pastries on Sunday mornings to a smooth move-in and move-out. I’ve lived here for over a year, and this has been the best place I have ever rented from! When I was moving from out of state trying to find a place in March 2020, the leasing team went above and beyond answering not only my questions about my apartment and the building, but about the city too! So sad I have to move because I am relocating to another city for work, or I would stay.Pros- the staff knows you! Rick and his team are thoughtful and always quick to answer questions. This is truly the best location, easy walk to downtown and north loop. Although not sky way connected it’s only a block away! Communications from the building are always transparent and informative. Throughout the pandemic they have hosted grab and go events for residents when we were not able to gather, which was beneficial to an introvert like me. A major item for me was security and safety being a woman moving to a new city, and the desk/ security staff is wonderful, and on site 24/7. Packages are brought to your apartment, by the building staff (THANK YALL) it’s great that there aren’t delivery drivers going all over the building, and when you’re out of town they will hold packages for you or place them in your apartment. They offer several different lease lengths which can help with budget! Yoga, cooking classes, and other events were also scheduled during the pandemic which was a great to connect with people outside of work. Maintenance is amazing! The maintenance team responds to things quickly, and keeps the overall building looking great, you can tell a lot about a place by how the corridors look.Real talk (not really cons, but just other stuff)- the pool is tiny, and when others have guests over, the pool deck can be crowded. The staff does a great job of asking all residents to limit guests. Fees, there is a parking fee and other associated fees for living in an apartment, there are several here that I am not used to (so maybe they are common in Minnesota), but Rick does make common sense decisions about fees, are they always waived no, does he treat you with respect and answer questions about them, yes (and that is a huge plus, as a renter who moves to new cities regularly).Overall, highly recommend! Great value in the city and close to everything!Check out the amazing views, its so nice to sit out at night and see this, makes working from home easier, and it doesnt feel like you are right in the middle of downtown!

I just moved to Minneapolis into 222 from Oklahoma and I absolutely love it! Building management as well as the community who live there have been so wonderful. The pool deck is such a fun place to hang out and the building has already hosted quite a few events. The amenities are wonderful and the walls are pretty thick as I have not heard any noise from neighbors. Not to mention the location is perfect. Cant recommend this apartment enough :)

Ive lived at 222 for a year and enjoyed every single day here! Building management is professional and responsive. They always go an extra mile in making sure the community provides a safe and fun living environment, and that all facilities are well maintained for all residents. Lots of fun activities are planned every month, even throughout Covid. Residents here are very friendly as well. Would highly recommend this place!

Great experience overall! Friendly staff, fun resident events/freebies, and great location. The only main “con” was that my room in my unit specifically didn’t have a window, which I knew about before signing the lease, but seems like maybe the unit should be considered as a 1 bedroom + den at a lower price instead of a 2 bedroom unit.

From the moment we spoke to Rick and his staff prior to moving in everything about this place has been nothing but AMAZING! Place is beautiful, staff is beyond friendly. Security is great also. We couldn’t be happier living here and there isn’t anything we don’t love. The common areas are sparkling clean and the amenities are great also. It’s so comforting and nice to live in a building where you are a priority and seriously treated so well! Other mini perks too are the monthly activities that they set up for residents. Very cute and thoughtful. I could go on and on about this place! I would recommend 222 to everyone and anyone because it truly is the best place to live in the north loop!

222 Henne is one of the nicest communities to live at hands down! There management team is so friendly and helpful and have 24 hour security. They have a good sized gym a really awesome rooftop pool and grill area where you can relax, and so many other amenities that a lot of other apartments don’t have. I would definitely recommend setting up an appointment to see one of there spacious apartments with one of their great team members!

Not to mention... how could you hate living on top of Whole Foods!!! The management is amazing! The building is super secure with amazing security. The communication this place is the best as well. 222 is hands down the best spot in the North Loop. Management is extremely thoughtful and know every tenant by name (dogs and all), and absolutely go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The apartments are great, plenty of amenities, extra storage in the garage, and a designated dog area. There is 24 hour security which makes living in the Northloop/Edge of downtown feel very comfortable. Weve been here 2 months and are looking forward to the remainder of our lease.

My son picked the perfect match at Hennepin 222 Apartments. Rick, the Manager and his staff were the main reason. They became like an extended family. Every person we met, either in the elevator, garage, lobby even the people at the coffee station all times of the day, each one was so welcoming and friendly in a family type of way. I am so grateful that my son and his girlfriend are there and with all of them. Its been almost two months now and being their first real Home away from home as a Mother I could not be more happy. Each phone call to me back home is filled with each new encounter of the awesome animals, people and staff. They love the Whole foods, being able to go out to the farmers market, seeing the Joker at an historic theater and their very own event for Halloween brought out their neighbors and they had a blast! The excersise room 24 hours is another gift that is unlike so many we saw online. Its big, bright and makes you want to go back and my son loves it! The most beautiful apartment I have ever lived in, and awesome staff!!

We are newlyweds and my husband chose this apartment for its convenient location with a great access to the Whole Foods downstairs and lots of dining and hanging out options around the area. I couldn’t ask for a better location to live! Especially since I moved here from Korea this past summer, I’m used to walking everywhere and this apartment is perfect for someone who likes to walk and explore the area. My husband walks to work too and it takes him about 15min. I mean what’s better than a short commute?Other than the great location, the apartment staffs including the maintenance guys are very helpful and friendly. When I made a request to replace my refrigerator lightbulb, the maintenance guy came within 30min to fix it and he even happily helped me with carrying the cardboard boxes downstairs for recycling. 👍🏻 Also, the staffs are putting a lot of efforts these days to plan different community events, which i like a lot. I’ve attended all the free fitness clsses so far. Oh and that reminds me, 222 Hennepin has a very nice gym with all the equipments you need. It’s always kept clean and it is never crowded. They also offer yoga classes every week too.Overall, I’m very pleased with our choice to live here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in downtown north loop area.

222 is a premier building in an excellent location in Minneapolis’ trendy north loop neighborhood. The building not only offers excellent spaces, but the staff are both the most supportive and welcoming I have interacted with in Minneapolis. You have to consider 222 if you’re looking to move.

We have lived here for just about 2.5 years. We toured a unit during Explore Downtown Living, and after the tour we could not stop thinking about how great it would be to live here. Im a bit ashamed to say prior to here we tended to apartment hop quite a bit. Now, we cannot imagine living anywhere else. The units are beautiful, the amenities are perfect for what we need, and the location is just the best. But most importantly, the staff is the absolute best of anywhere we have ever lived. Easily. Rick and his team are engaged with the tenants, enthusiastic about hosting community events, responsive to questions or maintenance requests, and just all-around pleasant. They have made this place feel like home. If 222 is on your list of potential places to live, seriously dont even bother looking anywhere else.

This community and its management has by far been the most interactive and helpful weve ever experienced. The location is second to none in the fact that you feel youre in the heart of downtown, while still feeling safe as if you were in the suburbs. This is without a doubt the best apartment I have ever lived in. The staff is friendly and understanding of tennants, apartments have great layouts, the building is well-maintained, and Rick (community manager) will make sure youre taken care of. Small community events (such as sunday pastries) are hosted often and really makes you realize that the staff care about you. The location is also directly above Whole Foods and close to lots of good places is the North Loop.

We moved into 222 Hennepin Apartment Homes about 5 weeks ago and have found this to be an amazing place. We were going to just stay a few months while looking for a place to buy but have decided to stay here indefinitely. The manager Rick and his staff are great. It seems they have the attitude of the answer is yes, what is your question. They were very progressive in adding a security person to walk the building in addition to the front entrance staff. The facility is well-maintained and all the staff are well trained, courteous and friendly. Thanks to the 222 team for making this a great place to call home.

First and foremost, the management team is spectacular. Theyre super friendly and courteous with a smiling face and always make you feel at home. All of my maintenance calls have been handled in a quick timely manner. Even small issues (eg. light bulb) have been taken care of pretty fast. And above all its quiet, which is hard to manage in most complexes in DT Minneapolis. I have lived here for almost 9 months and overall two thumbs up! A definite must see for those looking for an apt.

My wife and I moved to 222 a little over 2 months ago and we absolutely love it. The location cannot be beat. My wife works downtown and I work in Golden Valley. Both of us have a breeze of a commute. I really love that you are so close to down town and the North Loop that you can walk anywhere, but just far enough away that you dont feel like you are in the middle of chaos all of the time.The building is also super pet friendly. Considering how many residents have pets, management does an unbelievable job of keeping the common spaces clean.The rooftop is amazing. The view of downtown really cannot be beat! The pool is small, but it does the trick when its hot out and you need to cool off.All in all we are super happy here and plan on staying for a while!

I moved here from the DC area two months ago and had to make all arrangements remotely. I cant say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff were during the entire process. There was absolutely no stress related to the move in, which was such a relief after a long distance move! I love living here; location is great, the building is well maintained, and the staff continue to go the extra mile for residents. Having lived in several apartments I can say this is by far my best experience.

I just moved out and they were extremely accommodating with my move out needs out of state, and were always handling covid-19 with ease and classy communication. We have lived at 222 for 4 years and we seriously cannot imagine a better apartment building. The rooftop deck, common spaces and gym are outstanding. Some of my favorite nights are grilling on the rooftop with that incredible skyline view. And the location cannot be beat. Every weekend we can choose to walk to the river, to farmers markets, to shopping, and numerous bars and restaurants.However, the thing that truly sets 222 apart is the responsive and lovely staff. They help with every need, keep things so organized, and are transparent communicators. I’ve been impressed with their response to keep our community safe during COVID-19 and that is just one example of four years of incredible management. BEST apartment I’ve lived in!This apartment is in a great location next to nightlife, trails and a dog park. The complex is updated, well maintained with great amenities and a rooftop pool and patio. Last but not least, the staff is the best. They know everyone and their dogs by name, and at one point, even saved my dog’s life (Shoutout to Cheryl, Cody, and Erin!).Anyways, save your self the trouble of looking if you need an apartment in the twin cities. This is the spot.

Lived at 222 for 20 months. Amazing location if you want to be near both downtown and northloop. Also, great facilities including the pool/deck area with grills, the gym etc.But the best bit is the community. Its a great place to make friends facilitated by all the regular activities that are ongoing. You can see them make a big effort even with covid making it harder.Couldnt recommend it more.

222 Hennepin has been a fantastic location that my girlfriend and I have been able to call home for about the past 2 years. It was the first place we moved to after coming to the Twin Cities and we couldnt be happier that we picked here.We wanted a great location and this one is hard to beat as it is placed right in the middle of the action between downtown, the warehouse district, and St Anthony Main and sits on top of the Whole Foods.The staff is very pleasant and always willing and able to help with anything you need. The team here at 222 Hennepin also do a good job of having fun events organized throughout the year to kick back and meet some of your neighbors and the staff.The custodian crew as well as the maintenance team are all very friendly and they do a great job of keeping the place spotless and running smoothly.Finally, there are some great amenities here including a workout room with all the essentials, a sizable entertainment room with a pool table, a free Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby, and the rooftop with a few grills, lawn games, a small pool, and a killer view. The free pastries in the lobby on Sunday mornings is also a great touch.The only bad thing about living here is that there is a high chance we will be disappointed with future homes after being able to have this view and apartment the past few years.

My company rents several apartments here and we can be a little high maintenance but the team is always very friendly and helpful. All maintenance requests are responded too quickly as well! After a few months here, Im not sure Ill ever be able to leave! Ive recommended 222 to friends and family already, and if youre thinking of moving into the North Loop area, youll definitely want to take a look.

I am employee that lives at 222 Hennepin part time. The team here rocks. They are friendly, very communicative about events and building issues. Maintenance is very responsive and housekeeping top notch. The location gets a thumbs up, perfectly located between US Bank Stadium, Armory and Target field with great restaurants and bars in between. Rick, Taryn, Reyes, Jill, Michael are the bomb! If you dont live here, you need to check it out. The building is timeless.

We’ve been residents at 222 for almost 3 years now and I can say that we totally love it!! The building itself is beautiful as are the common spaces and the units are designed tastefully with classic fittings. The staff is superb!!! Everyone from management/front desk to nightshift, maintenance & cleaning are just the nicest people ever and they really care for the property and all the residents. We moved from out of state and they have made us feel at home from day 1 :). The building seems to cater beautifully to all different types of residents from single to couples, families and retirees... it’s a great mix of people and everyone living here that I’ve met has been super friendly! The free yoga classes they offer are great and the gym has everything you’d need for a solid workout. They have lots of super fun & catered building events and I couldn’t recommend this place more!! We appreciate everything that Rick, Jill, Taryn, Danielle, Erin, Joe & the entire staff does!! Thanks 222 for making living in downtown Minneapolis easy & fun!!

The staff here is by far the most down to earth, most friendly staff I have experienced in Minneapolis. The property itself is immaculate and has every amenity you could ever want. With a Starbucks just a few steps away, I dont know why you would want to live anywhere else. They deserve a 6th star.

Making the decision to move into 222 was one of the best decisions I made when moving to Minneapolis. Not only is the location ideal, but the community feel within 222 is immeasurable. The 222 team does an amazing job at holding events to bring people together so residents can become neighbors. Additionally they are so friendly and always so helpful! Highly recommend 222 to anyone looking to move the North Loop!

We love living at 222 and have enjoyed all of the amenities the building has to offer! The management & front desk team and all the staff, maintenance, and housekeeping are top notch and they are also extremely kind and very thoughtful. The building is terrific and the location can’t be beat! Tons of restaurants, shops, theatre, etc. all within walking distance and having direct inside access to Whole Foods when it’s -20F outside also helps a lot!! The garage is heated and they even have complimentary Sunday morning scones, cakes, etc. near the Starbucks coffee machine (also complimentary!) which is always a nice treat at the end of the weekend. My wife loves the yoga classes. The rooftop is spacious and is especially fun in the summer. If you’re looking for the place to live in downtown Minneapolis, look no further... 222 Hennepin is it!

Excellent property! I’m very impressed with their staff in the front office and how responsive the maintenance staff of regarding any issues I may have. They go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met. Great location too!

I love this apartment complex! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. There is a dog run for our dog that is covered so we don’t have to wait outside. They have a nice Starbucks fresh coffee machine and they do a LOT of tenant events so you get to know your neighbors. I would highly recommend this place :) there is also a great gym across the street and it’s right next to the bridge so there are plenty of ways to be active.

This place has the BEST property management staff. The amenities are great, and the building is maintained extremely well.

The team at 222 Hennepin is such a joy to work with. Prompt responses & great customer service is what you can expect at all times from them. The community is gorgeous, and the apartments are spacious and nice. Highly recommend them!

Best value apartment in central Minneapolis, hands down! If it weren’t for a cross country move, we would be going on 4 years on our lease.Management is not only engaged in the community but they also Create an engaging community with activities, mixers, and encouraging sharing on the community boards.The amenities are top notch and you cannot beat the commute to any office downtown.Also, breakfast pastries every Sunday morning in the lobby!You can’t beat 222 on the value for the community, location, amenities, or layouts!

Best place Ive ever lived in a big city! Super clean, and the convenience of everything being really close definitely sets it apart! The staff are so kind to everyone, and love to plan events during the seasons. It is always clean in the lobby as well, and the amenities are great here as well.

Absolutely the best apartments in downtown Minneapolis, location is incredible. Fabulous views of both the cityscape and riverfront. A beautiful rooftop pool and community space, great for entertaining. The staff always goes above and beyond.Plus incredible amenities, they offer multiple yoga classes a week and monthly socials.

Echoing all of the previous reviews, my partner and I love living here (we have lived here since 2017). All of the staff members are wonderful and communicative (shoutout to Taryn for planning amazing community events). With a prime location, great amenities, and friendly staff...222 Hennepin Apartment Homes definitely deserves 5 stars!

The location, amenities and 222 crew really make this place special! We moved here for my job about six months ago and love it. Theres always something going on in the building if you feel like socializing, yoga classes in the evening and those who work here really make it feel like home. We have a great view of the city to boot! No matter how long you plan on living downtown, youll enjoy it here.

I love 222 Hennepin! From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with red carpet care. The director and his team there work with you and make the leasing process easy, as well as moving in less stressful. They have fun community events and work out classes, which is nice because it can be hard to meet people with a busy schedule. Even after you move in, they follow up with you and make sure your in-home needs are met. Everyone is so friendly here and I wouldnt choose any another apartment in the downtown area!

222 Hennepin is leading the way in the industry with their high end amenities, like fiber optic internet! The property has amazing aesthetics and views of downtown Minneapolis. Although I didnt end up leasing an apartment from them, it was only due to a lack of availability of the size of apartment I wanted for the move-in date that I needed. The facility and the staff were superior to all other options in the area. For those who want to experience all that the North Loop, downtown and NE Minneapolis have to offer the location cannot be beat. The fitness facility is first rate, and having indoor access to Whole Foods is a nice bonus. I sincerely appreciate all of the assistance that Kelly provided throughout the process. She, and the rest of the crew at 222 Hennepin, are simply outstanding and I would definitely consider living there in the future.

222 is the BEST in the North Loop! Ive lived there since they opened (5 years) and cannot say enough good things about the building, location and the staff. Im truly sad to be moving out! The director and his staff are wonderful, including the maintenance team - super responsive, accommodating and ready to help with anything you need. The amenities (gym, yoga room, community rooms, pools, grilling areas) are all great with amazing views of downtown. Super pet friendly. And the location is seriously the best! You have indoor access to Whole Foods, all the North Loop shops & restaurants, access to the trails along the river and bridges, and Northeast & Downtown are both walk able. If considering moving in, Id highly recommend you do :)

Cannot beat the quality of the building and apartments (walls are thick/building quiet!), location, and price at 222. A real community feel and great management as well. Property Manager Rick Parmeter is attentive to resident’s needs and really makes it a joy to live at 222. I highly recommend a tour of the building and getting to know more about 222 if you’re looking for an apartment in the North Loop!

Ive lived at 222 Hennepin for about two years now and have signed up for a third as Ive really enjoyed living here. The rent is quite reasonable when compared to similar amenities and locations, and the staff is very helpful. The gym and community areas like the rooftop and lounge are great as well!

When looking for a new place our friends that live at 222 suggested we reach out to Rick and his staff for availability. The whole process and move in went seamless and we felt welcome and taken care. I have lived downtown for 11 years and this is by far one of the best locations I have been.

I have lived at 222 Hennepin since it first opened in August 2013. I have been very happy here. Its a great location and the staff -- even though there are frequent changes -- is friendly and responsive. Dog-friendly and well-maintained amenities.

I have been at 222 for the last 5 years given the great value, amenities, and location to both downtown and the North Loop! However within the last 2+ years, the leasing team has made it a clear priority to create a community within our apartment complex. The leasing team has consistently gone above and beyond to host multiple events including bringing in outside fitness classes, trick-or-treating for both kids and pups at Halloween, a Halloween party, a Christmas party, etc. etc. the list goes on and on. Ive always enjoyed my time at 222, but the leasing team has done a tremendous job to enhance my experience at 222 these last couple years. Additionally, they are always responsive and always respective of all requests. Maintenance is done well and very timely. I love our cleaning staff. I cannot recommend 222 enough!
