We’ve lived in the North Maplewood Townhomes for 15 years and have loved it! Bryan has been amazing and the maintenance staff are super helpful!! The townhome is spacious with a fenced in backyard, located right across the street from a park and walking path. Couldn’t ask for a better property or location!

We have been renters of north star properties for the past 6 years and couldnt recommend them more! Bryan and his team are excellent in all they do. He cares about the tenants and any maintenance issues at all and the staff are prompt and thorough, going above and beyond to take care of it. We are a family with 3 small children and this place is very clean, well maintained lawns, beautiful landscaping, they have an incredible grounds caretaker who truly makes riverwood feel like a home. Very safe area as well.

We have had an excellent experience with Northstar Properties at our place in Uptown. Bryan has been so easy to work with--always quick to respond and accommodating. The maintenance guys are some of the friendliest people youll meet, too. Loses 1 star because of some building problems, but issues are addressed as promptly as possible. Only leaving because our specific property isnt pet-friendly and wed like a dog. Would recommend!

I would not recommend renting from Northstar Properties. We had a horrible experience with them. Bryan Jones is a dishonest person.

I loved living at their property in Fridley. Bryan was a great landlord and so easy to work with, very responsive and helpful! Pam, the property manager was very communicative and cared about each resident. I was more sad about losing Pam as a property manager than moving out of my first apartment! The building was regularly cleaned and actively maintained. I know that many residents there have lived there for years! I would have stayed but left because I was going back to school. I would highly recommend northstar properties.
