I work night shift at the hospital so I mostly sleep during the day. The apartment building had scheduled routine maintenance to repair cracks in the walls, apparently they had placed notices on apartment doors to notify residents but I never saw one of these notices. To my surprise I woke up to a strange man entering my bedroom while I was sleeping and waking me up which I absolutely not ok. I was very upset and startled having a stranger in my bedroom and when I brought up the issue to the apartment staff they didn’t seem to be very understanding or accommodating to my situation.On the positive side the amenities and group events are some of the best in the area. I love the location being so close to the lakes and walking distance to tons of restaurants and stores.

I would give 4.5 stars if possible.Like many others have already stated, the staff at Daymark is top notch. They are always willing to help out however they can and truly care about their residents! The amenities are great, but I especially love the calendar of events. In one month it includes events from goat yoga to food trucks to movie nights! Taryn is excellent at planning truly unique community events every month.My only complaint is we went about a month without air conditioning in our unit. It is finally fixed now (fingers crossed!) but it was difficult during hot summer days with a kitty at home. However, staff gave us a portable unit and kept in touch while we were waiting. There is also no garbage disposal or ice maker in the units, but we knew that when we moved in.Overall, as someone who has lived in several apartments over the years, you cant really beat the staff at Daymark. They do their best to find you your perfect apartment. They are friendly, professional, and they listen! They will do their absolute best to solve any problems that may arise. Weve only been here a couple of months but are very happy with our decision to live at Daymark! (Being so close to the lakes doesnt hurt, either.)

My girlfriend and I enjoy living at Daymark and find it to be a good value. The staff are always super friendly and courteous. The management design and host exceptional events for the residents to comingle and make apartment living a real treat. We are thankful we found Daymark when we did and highly recommend it as a community to live.

Been here since May. Love it! Courtyard is serene, the views are awesome, the rooms/apartments with balconies are amazing, and so far, all residents have been kind and courteous. The staff is extremely nice as well, and they host fun events for the whole community quite often.

I have lived here for a few weeks now and love it! The staff are very responsive and timely for anything that you need. Everyone that I have chatted with in the buildings have been nice and friendly. Great choice for an apartment in Uptown.

I moved in about 3 months ago and I have been so happy that I did. The entire staff here is so friendly and helpful. I love all of the community events that we have had- like wine tasting, drag bingo and live music. The pool and hot tub are really nice and I love all of the amenities. My unit is beautiful and has everything I want like a large tub, walk-in closet and really nice finishes and appliances.

We have lived in Uptown for over five years. Apartment living seems to always come with a catch. Great location but poor management. Or great management paired with super cheap building materials. Daymark bucks that trend, and then some.We’ve finally settled in after one of the kindest, easiest, stress-free move ins we’ve ever experienced. Andrew, our leasing agent, accommodated us at every turn, anticipating all of our needs. You can tell the team - from maintenance to event coordinator - loves what they do and are happy to be here. They work hard to cultivate a positive community - something we didn’t realize had such an impact on day-to-day life. No surprise that Daymark is filling up and I can only hope management maintains this level of dedication and support with its staff. Happy to call Daymark home.

The best place Ive ever lived—and Ive lived in a lot of places! A friendly and helpful staff focused on customer service is on call 24/7. Taryn, Jessie, Cindy, Andrew and Danielle are amazing. The whole staff is stellar. Mitch and DeAngelo are a spectacular on-site maintenance team. The whole vibe of the Daymark is warm and welcoming and wonderful. Plus its in immaculate condition: new construction, beautiful apartments, so many great amenities. I cant say enough good things about it!

I recently moved in and I could not be happier. Andrew helped me when I was looking into moving into the apartment and during the actual leasing process. He was absolutely fantastic! Extremely helpful and professional. He wasn’t pushy and was straight up with me throughout! I moved here from out of state without ever visiting the city and he took the time to do multiple virtual tours to ensure I got the exact apartment I liked while also offering suggestions. As far as the actual apartment goes.. It’s more than I could ever need or ask for from a place and it comes at a reasonable price. It has every amenity possible and is in a great location with plenty to do and plenty of places to shop around (grocery store right across the street) I’ve lived in quite a few apartments and this place blows the rest of them out of the water. Definitely recommend Daymark!

The staff at Daymark have made my moving process top tier. They are very friendly and care about your needs. I worked closely with Taryn to find the perfect fit for me and she was very helpful and professional- seriously nice! I have two french bulldogs, and they were kind enough to give them a goody bag with treats and toys, along with gift cards coupons and wine for me! They have carts for people who are moving in or carrying a lot of groceries, which is convenient and im surprised not all complexes do this. Overall, the units are very spacious and well designed. My boyfriend and I were SO impressed during out tour at Daymark! The facilities were stunning and our tour guide Taryn Rubino was beyond amazing! We left feeling incredibly welcomed and excited. Taryn was warm, friendly, professional, and made us feel so special. We cant wait to participate in all of the awesome events Daymark hots, its the main reason we want to move in!! It was truly an awesome experience and we cant wait to be apart of the Daymark community.

Lived here for a couple months and cant say enough good things about this place. Great residents and amenities, outstanding staff across the board, nice location, and exceptional service. Staff is committed to providing social events which are always a great time! Rent/parking can get pricy, but totals are comparable to other places in the area. All in all a great spot to live!

Living at The Daymark has been SO much fun. I had been in communication with the staff for awhile while trying to figure out next steps in moving and every single time I needed to communicate, the staff was quick to respond, so helpful and so kind. Now that I am living here, I am experiencing the same thing! Not only do I love my apartment but I love the staff that work here. They take such good care of their residents and provide so many fun opportunities in which people can get involved. The amenities are a whole other good story. To be a Daymark resident is a whole lot of good stuff 😊

The buildings are top notch and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and has a no problem attitude. Cindi, was the rental agent I worked with. She went over and above and still does! However when Cindi is not available the rest of the team does not miss a beat.

Each year I generally try to switch to a different apartment complex to find better deals, experience new scenery, and meet new people. I no longer feel like I need to do that. I feel like I’ve found my home away from home. There’s always going to be some doubt when touring apartments. I manage real estate too and typically sell on all the high points about my unit. But I feel like Taryn underpromised and overdelivered. The entire staff knows you by name. Taryn schedules frequent and really fun and unique social events. Maintenance team are in-house and on top of any concerns. There’s a DAILY cleaning crew. There’s even a security guard that patrols the buildings at night making me feel safe. This is the BEST place I’ve rented from in my 12 years of living in New York, Ann Arbor, Baltimore, Boston and Minneapolis.If I could think of any downsides, the gym feels a bit small for such a large complex. The studios do not have garbage disposal, a kitchen, or wash/dryer but the shared kitchen and W/D on each floor make up for it. It takes a bit of getting used to but the bonus is no cooking smell in your apartment or noise from a W/D. There are shared cabinets you can use to store things too which could make some people feel uneasy but there is a security camera monitoring the area.Phenomenal job Weidner and what a catch, having Taryn on the team! (All the other day and night staff are great too, I’m just terrible with names)

This place is incredible. I don’t just mean my beautiful apartment and the amazing common space. The staff. I LOVE how they treat their residents. They have gone above and beyond for me, even offered to water my plants when I’m out of town. I’ve moved around A LOT in Minneapolis and this place is HANDS DOWN the best. Best decision I’ve made for renting.

Great place! Sent a message of interest and was given a call less than an hour later. The staff, specifically Cindy, answered all of my questions, gave me good insights, and even did a FaceTime tour of the building as I am moving from out of state. So excited to move in. BEAUTIFUL building and fantastic location.

First of all, it’s important to note that I have lived in four different apartment buildings in uptown alone, and within those buildings I have lived in six different units/floor plans, spending a minimum of one year at each building. To say Daymark has been our favorite residence so far would be an understatement. The whole building is less than a year old, so everything is top notch, new! Our unit hadn’t even been lived in prior to us! There are hundreds of tenants, since Daymark has two separate buildings(it’s a large community), but the staff will still know your name and be kind to you. It also doesn’t feel overcrowded, or noisy at all, even though there are a lot of tenants. Everyone, staff and resident, that I have come in contact with so far have been really kind to me. There are tons of events here to go to, such as live music events, food truck events, bingo events, workout events, etc! There is also a wood log fire pit outside that often has a fire going in the cold months, and it makes the property have such a home-y feel to it during those months. The amenities are great! Two event/community spaces, two gyms, an outdoor pool and hot tub, a dog park, a HUGE outdoor relaxing space, and one of the community centers has a 360 walkable patio with an amazing view of the city! You can see the Minneapolis skyline, and even see Saint Paul from up there! The lobby area has a coffee bar that offers unique coffee offerings and things like açaí bowls as well! I haven’t confirmed this-but I think there are even community bikes you can rent from the building that I saw with the Daymark logo on it! Oh-and if you do have a bike yourself, they have a FREE locked bike room that you can only access by first accessing the building with your key FOB, and then you have to use your FOB again to even get into the bike rooms, which has been super safe! At the other apartment buildings we lived at, bikes would ALWAYS get stolen and we once had our bike lock cut at that other building! So I extremely appreciate an actually safe bike room here at Daymark! The building is in an extremely walkable neighborhood-I think it scores like 98% walkability. As someone who doesn’t own a car and travels by foot or bike, I never have an issue finding walkable restaurants, grocery stores and fun things to do! The building is only 2 blocks away to the bikeable/walkable Greenway, which will take you to the Lakes, shops like Whole Foods, Downtown Minneapolis, and even Saint Paul! We got a great move-in deal, and the building also offers 5% of rent per month for people who do not own a car, as part of a green initiative, which I really appreciate! They also let us move in a day early, free of charge, just because they’re awesome! The building is very pet-friendly. There are plenty of cute pups and cats! This building is truly its own community, that you can feel like you have friends and things to do here, or you can just do your own thing and no one will judge you! I feel confident in recommending Daymark to single people, married couples, and families alike! I’m extremely picky when it comes to apartments, and Daymark has me pleasantly surprised thus far! Check it out! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Firstly, Cindy is amazing! We just moved in today. Cindy was so great and responsive. She made sure all of our needs were met and all questions were answered. Cindy, and all Daymark employees went out of their way for us - they truly care about their residents. I cannot recommend her more! And special shout out to Jessy for helping us on move in day while Cindy was off. Its clear that all Daymark employees love what they do and it shows in their treatment of tenants. So excited to be here!

The actual space is super nice for the price but a lot of what youre paying for in these types of places is the company and people in charge, and Daymarks have been really stellar. Probably the smoothest move-in and prospecting process Ive had across 6+ residences like these. Personally I think Ive gotten tons of added benefits compared to similarly priced places I toured and I did some real research before picking.

By far the nicest place Ive ever lived. Overall the staff is amazing They really do a great job of over exceeding your expectations. I have to definitely give a shout out to Andrew because it wasnt for his persistence and checking in with me and answering all my questions I dont think I would have signed the lease because I was so busy with everything going on but he really took the time to walk me through the different apartments to make sure I was comfortable with what I was signing.

This is the best apartment complex in uptown hands down!! The reviews on here are all accurate and true! Cindy at the front is AMAZING! She really caters to what you need and accommodates you specifically! She goes out of her way to make you feel at home & welcomed. The complex itself is always clean, fresh smelling, & kept up with. The entrance is beautiful. Whoever designed this place did well! As far as the apartments, all modern & energy efficient. The finishing touches really make the place feel upper class. You can tell there was a lot of attention to detail when being built & finished. I also really enjoy how secure the building is. Everything is key fob access only & during the night there is someone at the front always!

Andrew has been wonderful to work with. We haven’t moved in yet, but we can’t wait. He’s helped us with all of our questions and has gone out of his way to keep the process stress free. Can’t wait to move here.

I was looking for a new apartment and this was the 3rd place I toured. I can’t say enough good things about Cindy’s customer service skills and passion for her job. Quality apartments overall and friendly staff. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the quality of the kitchens are good, but not great (no ice makers or garbage disposals, they are small, counters are avg and stove is a coil top). I have heard the top floor kitchens might be nicer though. Other than that, a solid building in a busy area of Uptown with a high walkability score.

Absolutely Love this place. Staff is super friendly, its peacefull/quiet. Rooftop views are amazing. Today will be my first day living there considering yesterday was spent moving untill bedtime. And Im looking forward to my nice home after work. Ask for Jesse!! She was a huge help!! And got us approved, and signed off on our lease immediately. Pretty much got us in there like the next day. Plan on staying at this place for a long time. Especially if I can get my hands on a Standard studio

They have a garage system installed that has a loud voice go off every time the garage opens or closes. It is very distracting and annoying to hear at all times of the day, especially when I’m sleeping or working from home (which is often right now due to the pandemic). The apartment complex has been unwilling to turn the voice off in the system despite calling numerous times. The woman who responds to my calls is nice about the situation but this garage system has got to go!!!

Im a new resident and the reality of my experience has totally met expectation, thus far. Ive lived in other Weidner properties for a few years and they are very professional. Perfect location, enjoy a walk to a peaceful corner of Bde Maka Ska in a matter of minutes. Walk across street to groceries or grab a bite on a rooftop within steps of the apartment. Common areas look to be coming along nicely with an elegant touch! I most look forward to pool season and the uniqueness of an common ice rink area come winter. Interiors constructed with sound walls, top notch appliances, awesome views and different gym experiences. If you enjoy getting spoiled with new smell, new feel and friendly staff-Daymark checks all the boxes.
