This company does nothing when their caretakers yell at tenant guest and scream racial slurs and sexual comments to women. Anoka caretaker Mike is an extremely racist old man who does not clean up the common areas let’s his dogs feces stay in the grass so young kids step in it. His wife sue screams out the window and calls the tenants name as well. It is an extremely unsafe and abusive environment. I’d recommend staying far away from this apartment complex in anoka on 6th street. Place needs to be condemned. Mike and Sue do not need to be in a position of power at all. Multiple phone calls were made to complain and the company did nothing to make tenants safe at all. Hope they can clean up to justify $700/ monthly for a 500 sqft apartment
