Steven Scott Management replied dishonestly to my review on my rent raise. I added proof with pictures to my original review. A note to the regional manager comment. He only changed to rent to $2495 prior to posting his review. I had checked the day before his comment because that apartment is available again and was listed again at $2335. He changed it just before his reply to appear honest.

Convenient location, walking distance to almost everything needed. Dog friendly, and the fenced exercise yard is much appreciated!

If i could give 0 stars that would be better but i’ll be generous i guess and give one. I have lived in several different apartment complexes and this one has had the worst service. The management is lacking professionalism and truthfulness. They were not practicing safety guidelines for covid. I am glad i left and i do not recommend living here.

Elements is an amazing apartment building. The location is ideal, with everything you need in walking distance. The amenities(exercise room, heated parking,etc) are perfect for the size of the building. The management and maintenance team keep the place in amazing shape. They are very responsive to the needs of the residents. The residents of the building are super nice and respectful. This is the best rental property in the Edina/Linden Hills area.

I’ve rented apartments in uptown, downtown, and here, in Linden Hills. I can say living at Elements has been the best renting experience I’ve ever had. The unit, management, and location can not be beat.We ended up buying a house and moving out, but if we hadn’t, we’d have been tenants for a much longer time.
