Visited yesterday to get a set of acrylic nails, pedicure and eyebrow wax. All were wonderful and it was only $75! Great value and the 2 employees were friendly and efficient! ❤️

Husband went for pedicure and man done very poor job. Left him setting 4 different times to go to back room. Will certainly not recommend this shop.

They did a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure! Very friendly!! They even gave my husband his first pedicure!! I love that they take walk-ins

Looks cute but didnt clean nails just jagged clipped them off with old nails still on didnt make sure tips where all the way down before adding the powered

The man who did my toes did a really good job and the staff was friendly. They had an absolute nightmare of a lady come in today and they handled it so well! Check your attitude at the door people. If you wanna drive to Dallas, go. Dont come in demanding detailed stuff and not wanna pay for it. Pick your color, pick your package and sit back and shut up so the rest of us can enjoy the peace and relaxation!

Very expensive, the nails fell off after 1 week and I didn’t get what I asked for in the first place. They were still pretty but not my normal length. The service was ok though.

Service could improve. Rushed through mani / pedi in short time. 2 days later nail polish is chipping off each nail & toe. Wont be back. Sorry

I would rate this place a 5 star because the quality of my nails is always good but I asked for oval the last time and got stiletto shape, I was charged $35 for a fill which I think was a little steep, and during my pedicure the technician took a lot of rests to watch tv.

They are very nice and professional! I went today because I was stupid and tried to take the powdered gel off my nails on the right hand and totally messed up my nails so I went to see if they would remove the gel on the left hand. They were crowded but the owner said come on in, and 15 min later they had me in a chair and did a great job of taking the gel off. I could kick myself for not going in yesterday! They are excellent! I highly recommend them!

I went for my first time yesterday with my daughter. We both had pedicures and I also got a full set. Everything was wonderful!! The staff was great! I will be going back!! 💗

I went here because I was tired of driving to Irving to get my nails done. I have tried to go to one of the nail shops in the area but I am big on customer service and the couple of places I tried to patronize were not. So upon walking in, this place is in fact beautiful. I sat down and then noticed all the bugs that were flying around but it is summer so I proceeded. I asked for a regular pedicure and a fill in. It was then explained to me that a regular pedicure doesnt include callus removal, in which for $30 it should. I pay $20 in Irving. I didnt mind because I have a Master Cosmetology license in Texas and I can do this part at home. So I thought what I said was understood. So he starts my pedicure and then does the callus removal anyway. This was strike number 1. I also noticed that the polish I choose was clearly old. This is my fault because I know to bring my own polish and always do. Nail salons tend to hold on to polish for too long. So I get to the chair to get my fill in and the lady insists that she needs to soak off the acrylic because of the lifting on the sides. When I go to the nail shop and they are lifting, they glue them down on the side. 🙄 This was strike number 2. I told her no and she kept insisting and I was short on time so I agreed. She was fast in soaking them off so I was okay. Keep in mind, no prices were posted. So I knew they were going to work me over and I just said to myself, this is my first and last time so its okay. As a licensed professional, you dont assume your customer has extra money to spend. Period. So my nails ended up being pretty. Just thicker than I like. The total was $75. I am guessing I paid for the Margarita that was offered to me. I paid and then I left. I was irritated but I felt better upon leaving. I went to check my account a couple days later and they changed the amount I signed for which was$75.00 to $80.00. Strike number 3. Now I was furious. I went back up there and the owner was leaving but he listened. He told me to return the next day and he would find his receipt, as if I would lie about $5 and would refund my money. Next day, he found the receipt and as sure as I stated, someone changed the amount. The lady who did my nails couldnt look me in the eyes so I take it, she knew. He said he would talk to his employees. 🙄 I am not buying that he didnt know. If I didnt check my account, I would not have known. See the problem is you running up my bill for me then on top of that expecting a tip. Then, stealing your own tip. Then acting all nonchalant about it. When I say, never again. Never again. I hope that my money was well spent. I will continue to go way back to Irving where they listen and dont steal. This place cant be trusted.

They are friendly and do a great job. I go every 2 weeks and they do a wonderful job. Id recommend others to go too. I only do my nails though cause not into pedis.

I wish I could do no stars. My daughter was taken there tonight with a friend and they did a horrible job. The nails are longer than she wanted and arent even.

Nail broke after one week and ripped half of my real nail off exposing the nail bed. Never have u had a problem with my nails like that

Went in for a pediLady was friendly,but it was 50.00 and it took 10 minutes to do.was not happy with paying all that to listen to her and other lady go back and forth in a language I couldnt understand.supposed to be relaxing..this was rushed,loud and way over priced...WONT BE GOING BACK!!
