Helen took care of! She was so sweet and friendly, and did an AMAZING job on my nails for my bday! She made sure to tell me happy bday multiple times ❤️ I also got my eyebrows waxed! I highly recommend them and especially Helen💕

I went here on the spur of the moment last Sunday. I was very pleasantly surprised. Its a nice size salon and has a great feeling of relaxation. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. Helen took care of me and was exceptional. She suggested a pedicure off the menu and I was happy to take her suggestion.I felt totally pampered. Helen not only was friendly and did a great job, everyone that I interacted with was great. I will definitely return here for a little pampering.

REALLY disappointed, they definitely scammed us on the price AND spent the whole time telling me how I shouldnt be getting my daughter dip nails when the receptionist told me it was the healthiest option. When I asked the price, I was told $20 but thats ON TOP of the full price manicure they charged for my 5yr old. I asked for rounded nails and they have me square-when I said something I got a jovial, square looks better response. For what we paid, the actual service we got was NOT worth it in the slightest. On top of that, they tried to tell me they were closing because of the rain (when it was not raining, but because it had rained earlier in the day) and then proceeded to take 2 customers after us. Went to take my daughter for a manicure for her first day and they basically rushed her because shes a kid. Overall just not a good experience, DEFINITELY not returning to be hoodwinked and ripped off.

Diva is a huge nail salon and easy to find. We were seated for our pedicure immediately, but when asked for the complementary glass of wine, Im pretty sure I got white grape juice instead. The water was a bit cold on our feet too. But the variety on the menu was really extensive and the prices were reasonable.

10/10 Helen did amazing on my nails, amazing work

Tom was my nail tech and he did an absolutely beautiful job!! I used a salon in Hudson oaks and my nails were awful. Lumpy and bumpy and part of nail not covered! I highly recommend Divas and Tom. He was professional, courteous and reassuring. He promised me I would be happy with my nails and I was!!! Extremely happy!

Honestly was very disappointed with the customer service. My boyfriend and I got pedicures and they rushed through both. Paint on my toes looks horrible. The ladies in there before us were still getting pedicures as we were checking out. They also over-charged me and wouldn’t give me a refund, they gave me a gift card and I don’t plan on coming back.

I will only use Tom to do my nails. He does amazing everytime and gets exactly how I ask even when Im beong difficult and different.

Grand opening today an excellent experience the whole day food and fun and even finished with a birthday for a bunch of young girls

I went in for a regular manicure. Not for nails. I was greeted & they were a bit busy so I asked how long or should I come back at another time. The lady who greeted me said it would only be about 10 minutes & seated me at a station. She when over to another coworker (male) that was on a break I assumed on his phone relaxing. She asked him something, she looked back at me then he shook his head no & walked out the front door. So I sit a bit longer...over 10 minutes at this point. 2 young ladies walk in for nails (sets) she seats them right away & he & another a available tech comes over to help them both. Id already been sitting there for 15 minutes or more & ignored... So... At That point, I walked out. Never again. Guessing it was because I was only getting a $15 mani. 🤷‍♀️

My nails are all different lengths. The color on the tips is not straight. I asked for designs and was totally ignored, so I didn’t ask again. My pedicure is awful. My toenails were not filed after being clipped. I did not realize it at the time but when I got home I had to file them all. My eyebrow wax was a disaster. My right brow is totally messed up and it got waxed in the middle so now there is a disconnect and my brows are thin anyway. $150 later...Bad experience for the first time visiting. I will not go there again.

Went in on a Friday, and had an appointment. Waited longer than expected, and the lady rushed my pedicure (in and out of the chair in 20 minutes). I get they were busy, but it was truly poor service. Probably wont be returning unless Im looking to get one in a hurry.

Helen was wonderful!!! My nails were in sad shape after working in my garden... unbelievable transformation!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!🥰

Very unprofessional my wife was very unpleasant with the nail job it was rushed. And my message was a joke then tried to charge me 25$ for 15 minutes when on there menu it says 1$ per minute

The nails are jagged the wrong color and the wrong shape.  The top coat is also covered in blemishes and bubbles.

I had a pedicure the $55.00 Milk and Honey and it was amazing everything was perfect from the foot massage to the Back massage. I recommend Henry every time. I been getting pedicures for my family and I for a long time and this is by far the best from beginning to end.

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews, when their products are of low quality. Not only did I waste my money but also my time.

Worst place ever walked I. At 4:10 by 4:52 3 different people on my hands and still couldn’t figure out what I wanted like the hell just left worst experience ever and will not go back...and he made me 🩸 bleed hurt my Cuticles

Got a full set of dipped nails, asked for matte was ignored and got gloss which came off when I washed my hands they fixed the issue and gave me the matte but then my nails were lumpy and crooked. I’ve now had them on for 4 days and they’re already peeling off and cracking. Will not go back.

Beautiful nail salon and friendly staff! Kevin does my nails and Helen does my eyebrows and they both do a really great job! Happy customer 😁Helen did my nails once and did not dip them enough so they kept breaking because they were too thin but the owner Tony was really good about getting them fixed and Kevin was the one to fix them. That was the one and only time that I’ve had an issue at this nail salon and I’ve been there multiple times and REALLY it wasn’t even an issue because Tony fixed that problem real quick lol !! I love this nail salon and will continue going here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to Diva Nails today and had the best pedicure EVER! My technician was Helen, and I highly recommend her. I chose the Lavender pedicure and it was heavenly! I’m just passing through Mineral Wells, so I’m grateful I happened to go to just the right place!

Such a luxury salon with techs that have no train what’s so ever! I gave this salon 2 chances, and left disappointed every time. The owner even said “next time you come ask for me I’ll get you someone who does good.” Save your time and go to the next salon.

Nice establishment, very friendly staff. Just not very satisfied with the ending results. My feet kill me from working alot. So when I get a pedicure, I look forward to the foot massage and She didnt massage my feet evenly on both feet. And it was like my daughter was massaging my feet. But prices were cheap.

This is the only place I get my nails done now! The whole staff is very nice and friendly, I especially like Helen and Kevin 😊 my nails look great everytime I get them done here and all my requests are met everytime. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to treat themselves too since the prices are so good.

After reopening due to Covid went by to get a pedi and put our name on the paper at 2:06 then decided to wait in the car. about 2:35, they still hadnt come outside to look at the list, we decided to call and see how long the wait was they advised to give them our number and they would call us would be about 20 mins. so we waited some more, after 3pm, they still hadnt come outside to get number we called again and told them we had been waiting an hour and asked how much longer and they said 30 mins. I asked if they were that busy because only 2 cars in the parking lot he said they had two customers and only two workers i asked how much longer and he said 30 mins. well Im still waiting for a phone call and its been two weeks. Very dissappointed

Owners are extremely deceitful, BEWARE. My nail technician that I have always gone to for years, was lied to by them. They said they would pay a certain amount of salary weekly, but after one week they just paid her very little and said it was commission based. That was not the mutual agreement that they advertised in the newspaper ads and not what they said when first hiring her. Commission does not sound so bad, but the tricky part where they lie to you is they dont give you any customers to work on all day long! I told my nail technician that she does not need to be lied to and treated like that. They are liars and scammers and therefore, karma will bite them in the rear and their business will fail miserably!
