This place is terrible. The woman that I believe is the owner acts like it’s a hassle having customers. She did my nails one time and it was completely messy. Will be the last time I go there. Go to diva instead.

Absolutely terrible customer service! They were actually rude. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. Rushed through. I was rushed out before my polish was even dry! I paint my nose better myself. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had and overpriced even with their “special” We will not be back.

Good price point and speedy service.

Lisa put on a full set of eyelash extensions for me. I could not be happier! I was a walk in and waited less than 5 minutes. She was very professional and my lashes look amazing! The atmosphere is fun too - the technicians joke with the customers and make everyone feel welcome. Definitely coming back to this place! I have had extensions for about 1 year.Lisa is a rock star!

The pedicure was fine but they lack good, caring customer service. You enter and they give you commands not treating their customers as valued people. Mineral wells would be a good city for a couple more nail salon businesses that show good customer service without the demeaning attitudes.

I usually go here for a pedicure and they have always done a good job. I went for a dipped manicure and it was an aweful job. It didn’t last 3 days before some were cracked. I had to peel them off and they came right off.

Overcharged for an incomplete, terrible manicure that I had to fix later. The older gentleman who served me was particularly rude. Will never return.
