Great experience with my nails. The owner did mine. I wanted neat, clean and neutral. That’s what I got.

The first time I came they did a good job on my nails and the customer service was great. I went today right after work and waiting to get my nails done when three people that came in after me got started on before me! No they didn’t have an appointment. So no more Tracy’s nails for me.

They were rude and bias towards my wife and I.They messed up my wife nail and instead of fixing it just painted over it and caught a attitude. They also did not explain the difference in the polish sections and were not accommodating to the fact she was in a wheelchair my wife told me they were man handling her feet and hurting her and further more my wife was having a hard time finding the color she wanted and the lady told her to hurry up Im so disappointed that she had to go through this. I was hoping to give her a good day for her birthday but the energy their made her sad for the rest of the day. We will never be coming back to tracys nails again 😒.

I asked for a very simple design and a fill in and I have never had worse looking nails. The design is completely wrong and each nail is misshapen/very noticeably crooked. The nails I came in with were not crooked or misshapen. I believe the owner did my nails and I cannot believe she let me walk out with that awful of nails to represent her business. I ended up paying for the nails and was asked to leave a tip. I will never be going to this salon again.

Excellent service, very professional. Nail tech did not rush my manicure or get in any hurry just because it was close to closing time. They were very nice, very accommodating, and did a superb job with my nails. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

The younger girl that did my nails text the whole time she did them. It wasted a lot of time including mine!!! She also was not wearing a mask@ Tracy did my eyebrows and did a great job. I will not be back and will not recommend this salon to anyone! UPDATE! My nails were done last Wednesday and started peeling off Saturday 😡😡😡😡

Best pedicure ever!

Left with my car hit by manicurist and the opposite of the design I asked for- Went in to get full set french and showed my manicurist what i wanted. She told me the price, said she could do exactly what I showed her. It was nothing complicated. Long story short, halfway through did a totally different color and told me what i chose would look horrible so she did something else. Charged me more than I was told at first, oh and when i walked out there was a man standing next to my car saying one of the manicurist HIT MY CAR when she left and did not even stop to look if it was dented/damaged. The most unprofessional place. I will never be going back nor will any of my family or friends. I have gone many times here prior to this experience, but will NEVER go back.

I like my nails for the most part, but the shape wasn’t right. On one of nails the right edge is round and the left edge is more square. Still like the color and the speed of the business, but felt like the woman doing my nails wasn’t listening to what I was saying about what I wanted. The shop is also very nice and clean-looking and I appreciate that in a nail salon. Overall a good experience, just wish the shape was more symmetrical!

I went to Tracys to get my SNS removed. While the nail tech was taking them off she first told me to scrub my nails with a paper towel because she didnt feel like doing it. Secondly just left for about 10 minutes, while Im doing her job. Lastly she left pieces of the SNS on my nails. While all of this was going on two younger girls came in wanting SNS with alternating colors on their nails. The same nail tech told them No that is too much work. Pick something else I will never be going back there again!

I really like this salon. I’m new to the area and of course I needed to know who was the best. I looked up reviews and this place was one of the best rated. My first visit I got the SNS powder manicure and a regular pedicure. The manicure looked amazing and it lasted a little over a month. The nail tech and owner are great. Also, they do brows and Diana did mine. This was my second time only having someone do my brows and it was good. Second visit was this Saturday and I got the gel pedicure only. I’m so happy that they do gel pedicures. Where I’m from, they do NOT use gel on toes.

Service was awful they were rushing as soon as your feet went in they started to work on them not even allowing them to soak. Then next it’s time for my manicure, normally I’m use to soaking my nails in a water bowl but they put my hands in a plastic bag with cuticle solution in it. I asked him why they were doing it like that, he said it softens the cuticles faster. It was the worse gel manicure I ever received. They don’t communicate with you they just be wanting your money but the service is poor. The gel was painted on awful within the next week it was peeling. I recommend not going here, it’s better service elsewhere.

Place was filthy, and my mother-in-law watched them take something out of her tub and put it into another without cleaning it. Went from one customer to another w/o practicing proper sanitation. Lack of communicating and meeting customer needs. My nail is also crooked, they didn’t fully explain the prices well, and polish was bad quality/ not painted correctly. Mine started peeling off not too long after I left. I figured from the reviews it was a nice place but I will not be returning.

Very nice staff, great prices, best place to get nails done in Milledgeville. Ill only be using Tracys from now on.

Nice, new, clean nail salon. Owner & employees very pleasant who do a great job. Many options to choose from. This salon uses disposable plastic liners for pedicures which are the most sanitary for customers.

Nice and clean salon...the pedicures are emaculate!!! I love the sanitary incentive of the plastic liners, this seals my decision of long term business for me...GREAT JOB!!! Very pleased!!!
