Absolutely LOVE my nails by John! I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I definitely recommend it! I went to 4 other nail shops in Milledgeville before coming here just because their reviews were better but I will for sure stick with John at Diva Nails!!

Got my nails done on 7/18 the next day one popped off. Highly dont recommend

So after i paid 70 dollars today i leave and my nail breaks... really seriously???they skipped my sister after she sat there 30 minutes so she went somewhere else which i will be doing from now on

Ran out of hot water for pedicures and still performed them with freezing water. Manicure was.done while in pedicure seat. Nail person talked and laughed with other employees in foreign language the entire time and my nail polish came off the next day!! Worst experience ever.

Second time going today and was still an awesome experience. My nails are on point. My feet feel amazing. A little pricey to me. But worth it. Better than the other nail salons I went to in Milledgeville!!! The mall salon sucks and they rush. The one by Walmart will have you going to jail with the old rude techs in there. Trina at Diva nails was amazing on my feet!!

I waited and was hesitant to go so soon after the Governor opened things back up. I didnt need an appt so thats why I went here. I got in fast and the pedicure was wonderful. but that was it. I chose a pink gel and a very glittery silver from the example nails they show you. The polish just looks horrible on my toes and nails. I could have painted them better. He cut my toenails to short, it hurts to walk long. My full set is lumpy and one pinky nail is slanted. They look so bad and not at all worth the $90 I paid. Also, they had customers sitting beside each other without any spacing and he kept using towels and tools he used on other people. Not what the guidelines are right now. Very disappointed!

There products are really good. They last a long time The only reason I gave them a four, and not a five, is because I took my twelve year old with me, she got her toes and fingers painted, and they charged me forty dollars for her. Everywhere else is like five dollars for toes and five for fingers.

Very disappointed. I used to like this shop. I went on a sat morning and got gel polish. Two days later all the polish peeled off. When I called and told them, I also explained that I work out of town 2 hrs away and could not return until the weekend. His response was then we will recharge you. Will never go back

I went there last evening and I will not be going back! I have actually been there a couple of times before and was seen by a young guy the first time and the young woman the second time and I was okay with the service and all was well but last night an older woman saw me and I didnt have a very good experience. She was extremely pushy about me taking a particular package that was more expensive. I understand trying to sell your services.... but when I said no thanks a couple of times it should have been enough! Butshe seemed to have a problem accepting my answer.

DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PRICES!!!my nails look HORRIBLE, the man who did them was rude and told me he could not do gel on acrylic tips. i got gel on my natural nails and he left all kinds of sloppy polish on the sides that will inevitably make the gel peel off. i will not be returning, not worth 25 dollars!

0 stars if I could!!!!Went to get a manicure. They didnt even clip the cuticle. Ive been several times, not sure why I kept going back, even though Im always dissatisfied . Ive learned my lesson. My 2 year old granddaughter does a better job painting my nails. Never again!

Gel polish lasted only 5 days before beginning to peel and lift. Upon return, employee insisted a color matched, when it was terribly different. Hard time finding original color. I requested just use another color. Se said she would charge for that! Disappointing!

I have worn acrylic nails for years and this is one of the worst fills I have ever had. They have sharp and lifting edges around my cuticle and they are so thick i feel like I have cement blocks on my fingers.There were only two of us in the salon at the time so there was no rush. NEVER AGAIN!

So i went here because i didn’t want to drive all the way to premiere nails and i REGRET it. First i asked him if he could do a little flame design on one of my nails he said no he doesn’t do those designs then he sat me down with a mad face like he didn’t want to do my nails he was hurting my nails and i told him and he didn’t care he left my finger red. He painted the nails and they look horrible. He first told me it would be $22 and i got medium length and i understand it should go up a couple dollars but he went up to $35. His daughter kept bothering by poking us with toys that she was later putting in her mouth and nose and wanting to touch us again with them. She took her pants off then another customer came in and i turn the little girl took the diaper off all she had was a shirt. Kept bothering while our nails dried after we told her to please stop she kept throwing bubble gum and i had to pay $35 for nails that aren’t right and are crooked i was not satisfied at all and after i said “THIRTY FIVE?! This isn’t worth $35” and gave him my card he gave me more of an attitude he didn’t even hand me my card back he left it on the counter i had to reach and get it. I wish i could give this no star i should have stuck with my first option.

I caught the lady picking her nose and she was digging pretty deep I kinda think she touched her brain, but after she got done digging her nose, I wanted a manicure she said she will do it I said first you have to wash your hands but she never did wash her hands.....and I never got my nails done

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Terrible customer service and the man doing my nails was very rude. I asked for S&S and a shape up. He filed my nails very short and uneven and ground the tops of my nails to the point that they hurt.... finally cutting my skin. Walked out with jagged/ uneven nails, S&S nail polish everywhere, and a cut on my finger. Will NEVER go back!

Like going to a day care to get a pedicure. Kids everywhere. Footspa was broken so they worked on it during half of my pedicure. Most unrelaxing pedicure ever. Do not waste your money. Go to another nail salon.

If i could do no stars i would... Went in on Valentines day for full set and next day or 2 they all started breaking and were so brittle i couldnt touch anything without breaking. So i went back instead of removing and starting ove they chose to basically patch the 4 or 5 nails that were broken... Long story short my patched up brittle nails ended up so thick my nail looked deformed and pointed up horrible looking will take my bussiness back to mall nail salon to remove and redo fully!! Warning dont go here waste of hard earned money!!!

Prices are better than most but you get what you pay for I guess, my nail polish on my manicure was chipped& peeling in 6 days

Worst place Ive ever been to. Man who did my nails was rude, smacking on chips then didnt wash his hands. My nails looked horrible and he charged way too much. I had to have them all redone somewhere else within a week.

Worst $30 I’ve ever spent. Screwed up a good set. He covered my cuticles in gel and my nails look like lee press on. Yes. It’s true ladies and gentlemen. The guy in here has managed to make lee press ons last a lil longer. They also have humps in them. Save your money. It’s a total loss.

My nails always come out perfect and also they dont use a Crudo blade on the bottom of your foot thats not good for you . Its a relaxing and happy place!!!

I didnt go to Diva nails, but was at great clips and all I can say is I wont go back. They didnt listen to how I wanted my hair cut but did what they wanted. So after I left I went and cut all my hair off after months of growing it out. And no I didnt pay for the cut.

Bre is awesome, the salon is always clean and everyone is friendly.

Worst place ever....my fill in looks like Lee press ons and he called the police on me after telling me he would fix my nails but didnt and walked up on me like he was gonna get n my face...Not!!
