So, I walked into CT Nails & Spa, I was told they have a 30 mins wait time. I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours before I was addressed next.I went in for eyebrows waxing and to get some short gel nails. WORST eyebrow experience ever. I repeatedly specified I want my eyebrows left think.. even before she made sure she understood me the lady said ya ya okay okay had me sit in a chair without mirror view, made swift wax pen movements on my face, slapped the cloth to strip the wax and hair off and was ready to pull the strip off. I was alarmed and moved my face away from her hands and asked if she made sure that they would be nice and thick the way I want them, she said yes thick very thick and stripped the cloth off. I was horrified to see one eyebrow was angled while the other was smooth curved in shape! Neither were thick or by any standard a decent job.. When I expressed my alarm she brushed me off and said no no it look good, I am extremely annoyed at the unprofessional and bad service altogether!!! I shouldnt have tipped but did it out of courtesy. I must say I am really aggravated to have really bad eyebrows for my birthday!Avoid this place, you will end up with what they think is best for you and NOT what you may want.

I considered their customer service to be lacking. The lack there filters over in every aspect of this business. This is possibly due to the thought they have all of the business they need. Great, because I will not be returning.

Daughter went for a full set short nails. Nails were done poorly had to call over the phone and ask do they think how they painted her nails were acceptable and her response let me know she knew she had done a poor job. Paid 15 extra for a gel polish the job was definitely not worth 42 dollars after having to be corrected

Horrible experience. Painted my nails sloppily, didn’t clean up the edges and painted a heart like i asked but then smeared it with the top coat and didn’t fix it. Paid $25 for a horrible job. Pinterest picture is what i asked for and the others are what i got.

Sooo the lady was rude she got paint all over my fingers told me she couldn’t do designs so Sam had to do it they look real sloppy and ugly

I have been going to CT Nails and Spa for 3 years now. Though everyone at this place is awesome, I always let Sam do my nails and he is THE best. I make an appointments with him (because if you just walk in, you’re less likely to get in with him because he stays booked), he’s always on time with my appointments, and I can literally just sit in front of him, tell him to “do his thing” and he ALWAYS makes my nails look beautiful. I walk out feeling like a princess every time. I get Acrylic fill ins, gel polish, almost any design and/or Rhine stones, and I’ve never paid over $60!! You can’t beat the price for the quality. (Also ladies, never go cheap on your nails 😉). Totally recommend but make sure you make an appointment!!!

I went for the first time 2 weeks ago and im.very pleased got my nails done and it looked very nice compares to the other shops I went to and my nails are still.on I will continue to go

They were rude to both me and my elderly mother. The lady who did my moms pedicure kept trying to change her mind about getting gel polish and she told her “no that color no good for you” and picked out a different polish when my mom had already picked out her color.I went in for a gel polish change, he drilled the polish off and buffed my nails. I said I need to go wash my hands now, he said you don’t have to, I said yes I do because I don’t want all of the dust in my polish. So, I got up and washed my hands. He then began to put the color polish on my nails, I had to ask, almost demand that he use a bottom coat. He said that’s not how he does things. I said well every other salon does it. They were very rude... period not to mention their work was sloppy. I will never go back there again.

I love this place so much. Everyone is absolutely amazing, sweet, kind. I cant wait for this virus/social distancing ends and can go back 💚

Made an apt for S&S nailsI specifically told them that and they did acrylic or something else. It also looks like a 2 yr old painted my nails slipping nail polish all over my skin and leaving it. I also got cut on my pinky thanks to them and to top it all off they carved me for a mask and was badmouthing and pointing at me during the visit.They were so rude and unprofessional.I just don’t want someone else to go thru this so don’t go here!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. The atmosphere was pretty quiet but nice. I requested to have a gel pedicure, the luxury spa pedicure. I have the mood changing polish. I’m pleased with the treatment and the how the technician offered different services. I’ll be back again :-)

Its a great place to get your nails done and have a pedicure spa and get your wax and everything done if you get Jackie to do your nails your nails will always look great

Sam is the best there by far, but he is hard to get without an appointment with him. He never disappoint. Everyone else that has done my daughter’s or my nails are a toss up. What I mean by that is you may get someone that’s gonna do your nails the way you want and you may not.

My first, only and LAST time going here. Now I understand why it wasnt a wait when the other salons had a wait time.

Honestly I use to love this place. I don’t get my nails done often but when I did I would go here. Well today I went in and I won’t be back again. The tools that were used on me were not sanitized, the buffer looked like it had been used to the point it was going to crumble. The nail drill bit was so torn up it was almost gone. The woman that did my manicure took a phone call during my manicure and LEFT me to talk for a few minutes. The place isn’t as clean as it use to be and I should’ve spoke up but my anxiety takes over. Please, if you choose to go here bring your own tools. They reuse on customers and it’s not sanitary.

I did not catch my nail techs names, but they were fabulous. The young lady that did my pedicure was very understanding of my tickilishness and gave me a great calf massage. Post 16-hour drive that was necessary. And the young man who did my nails was hilarious. I would go again and again!

Sam is really good at what he does, but I had my S&S done by someone else....4 chipped within a week and a half. Only go with Sam, if you go there!

****DO NOT GO HERE****I was wanting to try a new nail salon in Milledgeville and went in to have a regular fill in done last Friday.. My nail started becoming swollen, red, and hot to the touch on Saturday then by Sunday, I woke up and my left hand middle finger was 2 times the size of my other hand, black and blue, and was filled with fluid. I went to the doctor Monday morning and had to have surgery to have my actual nail removed.. Turns out I had STAPH. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!! They clearly are not as clean and sanitary as they should be!!!

Never go here. My fiance was getting her nails done for our engagement pictures, the people doing her nails rushed her nails, my fiance asked if they could fix a mistake. They then told my fiance that she was too picky, sanded the her nails and told her to leave.I would advise anyone getting their nails done and wanting a quality service to never come here. They will waste your time, and insult you.

Staff isnt very friendly, the nails arent the best quality, and they make snarky comments about your appearance. Tried them once to see if they would be my new nail place, but Ill never go back again. Pricey as well.

This place is probably the worst nail salon ive ever been to. do NOT go here even it were the last nail salon in the city. i could paint my own nails better than this place. please whatever you do go somewhere else. my nails are crooked and they look like a 5 year old did them. my niece could do better.

This place is a life saver from @naildaddy who did my nails to the young lady who greeted me at the door and the guy who sits in the front who made sure I was happy b4 I left. I had went to pro nails down the street a couple minutes before I walked in to CT with the disaster pro nails had done I was so livid I went str8 over to CT and they had to re soak the fill in back off and redo a full set my nails were in so much pain from all the drilling but it was so worth it this was my first time going to CT Im sure Ill go when driving bk to Atlanta for my nails become to much

My first and last time. I normally get my nails done in Augusta at Nail Art but I decided to go there bc of convenience. I ask the nail tech if they do lashes. He said that they do and the older lady start talking in their language. So I ask can they do them and the older lady started starring and said no. I thought that was very rude. Next time I will drive to augusta .

Not sanitary, put the nails on crooked and when I tried to show them, they just rushed me out. Also too rough on the nails and many times got my fingers instead. Won’t ever go back.

Staff were nice and very helpful. I will be returning back soon .

The fellow preparing to work on my girlfriends nails acted irritated when I walked back & asked what color she had decided on. Then when I sat down beside her, he asked me to wait up front. Trouble was, I sat down to get a pedicure while waiting. So, I went to the front and skipped it. Last visit, too much attitude here.

I know nothing about nails, tried to explain what id like done yet had a rude lady tell me me no understand what you mean, and umm no, no thank you. I u derstand the right to refuse service but they way she was sounded like she didnt understand proper english. So id give it no stars honestly.

I was getting my nails done for my engagement pictures and while she was doing my nail there was a few things she messed up and i asked her to fix them and she was almost done when i said something and without even asking just immediately started sanding the nail polish off and said i was too picky and i was going to have to go somewhere else after already being already been there 1 hour.
