They did a beautiful job on my manicure and pedicure!! The staff were all so kind and attentive to what I wanted. Especially the experienced ladies do a good job and the foot massage included with service is very relaxing.

All of the reviews in reference to RUDENESS are absolutely TRUE, so beware !!! There are only 3 workers. The Husband and Wife duo are the absolute worst! No customer service skills at all. It’s like they HATE dealing with the public. Went there for a fill-in and asked the husband not to file my cuticles on my thumb because of soreness, he proceeds to say “I do nail my way, not you way”... THEN NOT WITH MY MONEY! I typically visit MY NAIL SPA, but they were crazy busy! Rating should be a ZERO

This place is so bad. They charge way to much. If you want to get your nails done. Go to MY NAILS AND SPA. THEY ARE THE BEST. Since I work at Lake Country seafood market in Milledgeville its right next door to me. So when I get off work I go down there they are so sweet. I like Austin. And John on station 10. Dont go to LUCKY NAILS. ITS HONESTLY A DUMP

Rude and obnoxious mgr. My first time there for service. Wanted a pedicure. The mgr. Proceeded to do my feet and I mentioned myPinky toe has a split nail. She yelled at me, Thats not nail, thats skin. Then this other worker butted in also rudely mumbling something behind her mask about coming in every 2 weeks for something. The entire experience was terribly uncalled for. It was as if they had an attitude and anger for no REASON. TERRIBLE SERVICE😣.

They are very rude and they job is horrible I had to go to a next nail shop to get my nail to do over my nail

Charger me the price for five acrylic nails where I received only two. The owners wife was making gestures indicating that a customer was crazy and she did this behind the customer back. The owner sister -in -law is rude. These people get paid to provide a service, this is not free and they should be accountable for their behavior.

I totally agree with the rest of the reviews for Lucky Nails in Milledgeville Ga. DO NOT Patronize this establishment. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When they pulled their tools looked rusty & un-sanatized. I literally had to walk out. Get ur nails done at your own risk at this place. When I walked in, there were no customers. I thought that was strange & now I know why. I am so glad that I didnt let them proceed w/ my gel mani & pedi. I emdiately went to My NAILS & Spa. I am literally in Heaven. MY NAILS & SPA is packed with customers & the customer service is wonderful. I wish I would have dicovered them first. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE at LUCKY NAILS. You will not be so lucky

Ive only had 1 bad experience with lucky nails and thats when the owner of the salon wife messed up my nails other than that no complaints

They have been charging me for a full set of gel nails instead of a fill in then recently looked at my bank statement and saw where they charged me 37 instead of the 35 cause even though I figured out they have been overcharging me I still tipped but only put 5 not 7.
