Worst experience ever! The lady was so rude. I paid way to much for what I had got, she didn’t do nothing I asked for an the acrylic was to thick

Horrible, be ware. She put regular nail polish on acrylic nails instead of gel polish and then tried to blame me when I complained about it. Never again will any of my family use this place

First off I want to say, when I first walked in the lady that greeted me was extremely rude. She looked at me with a stank face and talked to me in a very rude tone. I decided to get acrylics, and the nail tech was very nice but my acrylics were thick and lifted in less than a week. On top of that, after she was done with my nails and I was drying them she STARTED USING THE DRILL ON HER TOE NAILS AND I HOPE SHE CLEANS THAT DRILL BEFORE THE NEXT CUSTOMER COMES IN TO GET HER NAILS DONE. And not to mention the chemicals for the acrylics made my skin on my fingers sting and burn.

This is the worse nail shop EVER! The lady who did my nails was rude and she got upset when I told her how I wanted it done. I sat in the first table to the right as you walk in. Not even a few hours after I got my nails done, the gel began to chip and peel. I called to speak to the manager, who they said wasnt there. A man got on the phone and told me that that is my problem and that if I dont like the job to just go to another shop. Gel is supposed to protect the nails even more than acrylic. This shop is the worse I have been too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! I HATE that I have to give them ANY stars but the system makes me give at least one. They dont even deserve that.

Very rude!!

My husband and I had been going to KCs since they 1st opened. Tina was always our tech and did a wonderful job. However, for the past 2 years service and attitude have gone down the drain! The gel nails didnt even last a week maybe 3 - 4 days max. When she started cutting me, on the pedicures, I tried to be patient, but after a few months of this I told my husband Id had enough! Even preset appointments were being abused. The last year wed gonefor our scheduled appt to find Tina gone and her sisters would say shed be back in a few minutes and sometimes in a hour. Wed sit there and wait or come back well within her time promised and shed still be gone. After many attempts on our part, the last time we went in for a scheduled appt her sister said she didnt know when shed be back. My husband said just forget it. We wont be back again. That was almost a year ago and weve found several good shops since. We really hated to have to find another shop but it seems KCs has lost interest in their customers and really doesnt care anymore.

Love mi she does my pedicures and she is great

This is the only place I go too I have bad callus on my feet they scrub and make sure your feet is well done compared to other shops I been to they barely scrub my feet the way I like it

DO NOT GO HERE. Ive tried this place before and it looked a toddler painted my toes, but they were running a special for mani/pedi so I thought I would give them a try again. I walked in and no one acknowledged me for at least 10 minutes then I signed in and waited some more. 35 minutes later (with only two other customers) a woman told me to go sit in chair number four . Only the manicure stations are numbered, not the spa chairs, so I sat at number four and the woman physically assaults me, smacking and grabbing my arm and shoving me. I work in customer service and am usually a very calm and understanding person but I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I snatched my arm out of her grasp and walked out nearly in tears. Please do not spend your money here. I suggest Diva Nails by Kroger or My Nails and Spa across from Walmart, they are kind and do a great job.

I went to KC nails on 1/21/13 it is now 1/25/13 and one of my nails popped off also they had did VERY VERY SLOPPY i was not happy with my nails it was a man who did them there not the same size the white tips dont fit my real nails I will however be going back to KC nails ONLY to either get my $23.00 back or i will get my nails redone and KC nails will pay for it i can go almost 3 months with fake nails on and not have a problem with them im so UPSET about this not only I had a problem with them being VERY SLOPPY another girl had hers done there and said same thing I WILL NEVER GET MY NAILS DONE AT KC nails AGAIN

Worst nail shop ever false prices you will get charged if want more than one color if you want a defined shape you be charged on top of that rude attitude

Lady got rude with me yelling at me because I told her she didnt do my nails the way I wanted them done I am the paying customer she just flip out on me in the last 20yrs of getting my nails done I have never had anyone treated me with such a awful manner I am surprised they are still in business
