I do love my apartment with the exception of; I have called the office multiple times about the new tenant above me who plays their music or TV too loud every single day up until 12am. They have not called me back once to inform me they have told the tenant. With the last tenant I was told to just wear ear plugs because there isnt anything they can really do about it. That is very unprofessional, and a courtesy call would be nice.

So far we have no complaints. My fiancé has lived in weidner apartments and they have always been good. This is my first year and so far i am loving every day. At first we accidentally froze our pipes. We love it cold. We told them, maintenance came down that following day and the next to give us detailed information on how to keep control without freezing. When it still didnt work during the weekend we were able to contact the front office via text and that following Monday in the morning when they opened, maintenance came in fixed it all up and it was working too good lol we finally turned the heater on which is something we rarely do but we love it here. Ever since we moved in everything has been perfect. The appliances are great. Brianna, Trevor, and Hannah are excellent and so caring. They have no negative vibe whatsoever. Weve been enjoying our home life for once and thats with no complications. We love it

My wife and I stayed for more than a year at Wildflower. During this time, we really enjoyed our stay and we did not have any major issues. If for some reason something is down, you put in a service order and they send somebody the next day to fix the issue. The place is very quiet and people are courteous. The leasing office team are professional and always try to serve their customers as well as possible. We would have stayed longer if we did not buy a house. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I enjoy living at Wildflower apartments from the start Brianna was very helpful in getting me into my apartment. It is safe and quiet here I am very comfortable. Anytime I call Brianna she answers or call me back right away, she really gives great customer service and is very friendly

Subpar. They seem very friendly and professional but they lack accountability. They don’t keep their word. I moved in 3 weeks ago. Unbeknownst, to me, my garbage disposal was not working. I didn’t realize till I had already put food down there. I immediately called and requested maintenance. I spoke to the property manager herself and she informed me of a reset button under the actual disposal, I tried to reset it and still nothing so, she put in a work order and she told me someone would come fix it. A week later she called to follow up on money I owed which is fine, but my disposal still hadn’t been fixed so I asked why. I was told they came by to fix it and did not have a key so I was to go to the office so they can make a copy. I did so 3 days later because the office was closed every time I went there on Friday and the weren’t open over the weekend even though Google says they’re open on Saturdays. On Monday last week (2nd week of waiting) they made a copy of my key and I was told the maintenance guys were working on an emergency that occurred over the weekend and that they would come fix my problem as soon as they were done but not to worry, it’ll be the same day. I went out of town for a week, before I left there was a sign that said they’d be spraying for bug prevention. I know nobody entered my apartment because I left my door a particular way and when I returned, it was the same way. Also, I can’t imagine anyone spraying in the kitchen, seeing the sink and not reporting it to the maintenance department. Meaning, when I came back, the disposal still wasn’t fixed and now there’s mold growing in my sink. I called the emergency maintenance line and 4 hours later nobody has come or called so I called to follow up, I was told that it is not an emergency and that I have to wait till Monday but nobody even bothered to call me to tell me that, as far as I knew someone was on their way. See attached photos of how I’m expected to live till Monday (>3 weeks since the initial report of my problem).***update they came out to fix it and cleaned out my sink. It was quick and the guy who came was very polite. Apparently I was supposed to use the portal to submit he request which I was unaware of and I’d thought since I’d told someone, it would be handled. Nonetheless, I’ve changed this review from a 1 star to 4 just because the guy who came was polite and he even cleaned out my sink.

Let me just start off by saying that the customer service and the attitudes of the employees here are UNMATCHABLE. Everyone is so sweet and made the move in process a breeze! Trevor, Hannah, and Briana made everything so easy. A huge thank you to them for all the help! 😁 the apartments are very homey and nice! 10/10 reccomend! 😄

I am so grateful to have been guided to Wildflower. Ever since we started the searching process, we narrowed it down to here because Hannah, Trevor, Briana, and Niles are awesome and made us feel so welcome! They have helped us in so many different ways and our apartment is so nice, peaceful, and we love living in this community where everyone helps each other and is so kind! The maintenance, Enrique, is wonderful as well and always willing to help!

Lived here for 2 years. Staff in office are professional and actually care. Service request are taken care of in a timely manor. Great location, family friendly, quiet, and great school zone. Would live here again if I find myself moving back to Midland.

Trevor is a pretty upstanding guy he helped me thru the whole process.I have to say the approval process was pretty fast.The previous day we got the ball rolling got approval and move in was set for today. If you are looking for a friendly staff look here. The proper is located near tons of shopping centers. If you ask me the prices here are the best in town. Holla at my boy Trevor he will do right by you.

So let’s start by saying the location is good. Now when I first moved in they said everything was good and in good working condition. First ticket I put in was for the garbage disposal. That sat there for almost a month until I fixed it myself and emailed them that I fixed it that’s when they decided to respond. I put In a ticket because I was getting no hot water. Their response was “because I was using it during peak hours” I didn’t realize that 4am or 1230 am when I normally shower are peak hours. I put in another ticket for the AC that didn’t get fixed until 2 days later when temps were high. My last tickets and I say tickets because I put in 3 for the heater. It kept tripping the breaker and 3 times they closed the ticket and said it was fixed and yet here I am resetting the breaker over and over. When temps were as low as 20 degrees outside. I was told that they would fix them on 2 different occasions and yet still nothing. So I had to go buy heaters and logs for the fireplace. I pay to much to not have things in working order.

We have lived here for 2 and a half years. The staff and environment is GREAT! They are very friendly, attentive, loving and welcoming. Whatever is needed it is taken care of in less than 24 hours. They are a very family friendly community with lots of events for the kids to enjoy, they also have a great tennis court and pool area where you can enjoy yourself and meet other families! There maintenance staff was very quick and efficient at fixing or replacing anything that we need, just absolutely GREAT! We just Love it here!!!

Lived at this complex for 5 years with my husband and dog. This was our first home as newlyweds and we absolutely loved it. We felt safe, secure and most of all...happy. Office staff and maintenance always helped us and took care of our every need. Highly recommend!

Wildflower provided me and my wife a safe and comfortable place to live for almost 5years! Living in an apartment you deal with common unavoidable issues, but the staff always made sure we were notified of maintenance to our building, and always made sure our needs were met. I highly recommend looking at this complex if you are in need of an apartment in the Midland area!

This place is fantastic! Meghan and Trevor in the office have been helpful and attentive since the day I moved in. Maintenance tickets get handled quickly, and all the neighbors I’ve met have been extremely friendly. Would highly recommend these apartments!

I have lived here for two years. The apartments are clean and affordable. The staff is friendly and quick with maintenance. The units are dated but in good condition. My favorite things are that the apartment is centrally located and fairly cheap.

I’ve would advise you walk away. Even if it means living in your truck. This place has comple disregard for the law, yet alone having the slightest resemblance of professionalisms. The staff is very friendly while you tour the grounds and sign the paperwork. They will verbally tell you that the water and trash are included in your rent and then bill you for the water without explanation of usage. They will also bill you for electricity even when you are paying the electric company for your usage. And it’s not even a reasonable amount. I received a bill for $270.00 for an electric surcharge. I paid my rent but did not pay this amount because I’m already paying my electric company. I figured this was a mistake on the bill and made an attempt to have it resolved. When I spoke with Trevor he demanded that I pay the amount owed and that if I didn’t I would be locked out of my apartment. ( In the state of Texas this is illegal if the rent is paid, regardless of other balances that may be owed. Trash, water ext.) I was firm yet polite in telling Trevor that the balance would not be paid now or at any future date. He continued to belittle me over the phone and demanded that I meet with him in person. I told him politely that I do not have the time as I work 100+ hours a week.The following month I paid my rent and all other changes with exception to the $270.00 electric charge and the now $85.00 late fee for not paying the electric charge. This late fee will also not be getting paid as the charge the fee is for is invalid. Now at this point I have received demanding phone calls from Trevor and notes left on my door. And have received threats of eviction due to nonpayment of an electric bill they have no legal right to charge. And again you can only evict someone for nonpayment of rent. Anything else is not legal.Even if all this had not been an issue, I still would not recommend this apparent. Yes the place is dated. But other issues like thelight switches not workingbad electrical workgetting shocked when you turn on a lightlight bulbs popping when you turn on the lights, having to fight the door in order to open close or lock itpaint all over the carpetconstantly not having hot waternot being able to park at the apartment half of the timeAnd the smell.I’m not the kind of guy that buys candles, I’ve bought a lot of candles sense moving in to cover the smell.If you’re looking for a place to live, do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Im a current resident. When I first moved in, I was told by a maintenance employee that they could help with the fact that pigeons live in the crawlspace above my apartment.Every night, I get to listen to them coo right above my bedroom. I opened a ticket today because I finally had enough. They are everywhere in this complex. I have cleaned up huge amounts of pigeon poop off my balcony twice. Now, again, the space is completely unusable because of how much pigeon poop there is everywhere. Including down the door of the storage closet and all over the handle. I submitted a request asking them to help with the situation and to help resolve the pigeon situation including possibly putting up spikes on my patio. I was told that they have no responsibility in this area because my cleanliness isnt their issue, whatsoever, but that they are glad I make this my home......I know there are things that can be done, including sealing the area where they get oi to the crawl space. This refusal is just laziness.Similarly, I had no screen door on my patio when I moved in. I was told, also by maintenance, to submit a request. Then that request was denied, also by maintenance, because they dont replace screen doors...... Seriously?The office staff are nice enough but this is ridiculous. Counting down the the months until my lease is up.

Not at all worth what you pay to live here, maintenance is awful. The air conditioning sucks. Hot water is always off because of “boiler room problems” the pool is disgusting. They spray paint the counter tops looks like the apartments haven’t been updated since the 80’s. Would find something better if you can.

The buildings are falling apart the siding, the stucco is crumbling and some parts have completely collapsed (laundry area and apartments in the back. The only thing kept up to date is the landscape which is useless because of how bad the exterior of the apartments are. If the exteriors are fixed these apartments would be okay and not such an eye-soar. The parking is another big issue that needs to be fixed. The staff is friendly anything you need they help. The maintenance crew is time friendly. Ive lived here two years and im not sure I will be staying because of how bad the exterior is, it just doesnt look safe or stable. Ive been hoping they would do updates but havent.

Every negative review you read about this place on the internet is accurate. We have had the worst experience at these apartments, due to the staff in the front office being incompetent, and most of the time down right rude, especially the girl named Toni. A few more than half of the wall outlets dont work, the lights are wired incorrectly so the light switches wont turn the overhead lights on, doors fall off on a regular basis and none of the locks work, other than the deadbolt. Weve had to get our washing machine (that we rent from the apts) fixed twice and our stove fixed twice as well. And we have lived her for no more than four months. This place is God awful and I would never recommend anyone wasting their money here. Midland is an expensive town to live in but one would be better off finding a small rent house than this dump. I read all the negative reviews before we moved in here and figured people just like to over-exaggerate, but now I regret not taking their advice. Absolutely horrible place to call home.
