Ive been here for 35years in July and the staff is always helpful especially with maintenance. Everytime I come in they have the best attitudes and help me get my phone set up for payments or anything else I ever needed without hesitation.

They were the most helpful complex I have dealt with and the only ones who kept up with me in the interest of an apartment. They helped me out in the office and made things really easy going. The staff is really friendly, Lilly and Sierra were awesome and helpful.

Lily, Angelica, and Sierra have always went above with everything Ive ever needed from the smallest thing that may not seem that important to just telling me to have a good day they really have a big impact on everything that goes in here. If you ever need a friendly and amazing place to live I recommend choosing here you wont regret it.

What I appreciate most about the new leadership is, the effort made by Angelica and Lilly to learn the culture of the complex, create relationships with residents, and their prompt response to concerns.From my vantage point, the new leadership has integrated an emphasis to detail on the aforementioned focal points, that were previously lagging.Case in point, I had a few work-orders that were in pending status for months, with prior management. After Angelica and Lilly became aware of them, the work-orders were completed within weeks.For such reasons, Angelica and Lilly have earned my trust and is why I enjoy calling Northridge, home.-TC

This is the best affordable place you can get it well taken care off and honestly they have the best staff down from maintenance to even the office people. Lily, Angelica, and Sierra are the people you definitely need to talk to when look for a place they’ll help you with all your needs.

The staff just doesn’t listen. The last 1.5 years have seen a significant deterioration in their service. You have to call multiple times for them to even acknowledge any problem. They say that they will send someone and then nobody comes. There is a significant mice problem in the complex and they just don’t take it seriously. All the nice reviews that you are reading seem to be planted/fake. Stay far far away from this apartment complex. It’s just not worth it. You will also see a generic response from them to this review that they take everything seriously and are on top of it which is nothing but a big lie.

The 5 star reviews on this apartment are lies. lived here for over a year and had a motorcycle stolen, car vandalism AND break ins, crackheads outside of my apartment, and witnessed them actively doing cocaine in the laundry room while i tried to wash clothes. and of course the cameras “don’t work” or just don’t exist whenever it comes to damage to your personal property. not to mention the times, yes more than ONCE when i was woken up to gunshots outside of my window, still don’t know what happened because the office refused to give information. maintenance wasn’t the worst but we did have our ancient refrigerator go out, and lost all of the food in it after it took 2 days to have it fixed. all i’m saying is if you value your personal safety, try a different complex. i ended up not even staying here the last month or so of the lease because i was too afraid to walk my dog or be outside alone. not to mention way overpriced for the bs i dealt with.

Brittany makes this place feel like a home. Affordable apartment and probably the best you can get in midland. I I recommend that everybody come down here and just move in because it is such a fantastic place I have been here for 19 months and have not been disappointed yet.

Had someone move above me and all day and night there is stomping and banging. My babies have a hard time getting rest because the woman keeps letting her kid run around and yell like no tomorrow. Contacted the manager and guess she could care less. Cutting my lease and moving out. This is ridiculous.

Not pleased with this complex at all, Ive asked a couple times for certain things to get handled and all I was told was they needed to get with management about it. Well I guess they either didnt care or just plain ignored me because I was never gotten back to. I had scheduled with them to come take a look at my current apartment I waited all day for them on the day we decided on an they NEVER CAME. When I was in the office discussing these issues she pulled maintenance in an he just had an attitude about it all. If he doesnt like his job he should find another one then. Ive even called Maintenance before the office was even open an he said I could only call after hours an needed to call the office. BUT IT WAS BEFORE THEY EVEN OPENED. very unsatisfying with them.

I live here now and woke up to get ready for work and there was no hot water. Called the office they said it was because of maintenance to another building and they were sorry it would be off until the afternoon and nothing they could do but to give me the key to another apartment to shower...So is that what they do here? They fix things by allowing you to go to another apartment to shower? I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced in my own home to take a shower for a job that I need to pay the rent here!! Not cool at all!!! It was supposed to be my first day at a meeting job... and now I won’t be able to even make it dealing with this mess. THANKS ALOT NORTHRIDGE COURT

I really enjoyed living here. The apartments are older but are well taken care of. The staff has always been friendly and any time I needed something they got back to me immediately.

I had a wonderful experience moving and Brittney was amazing. I was really dreading the process but she made my transition so seem less that it was actually enjoyable. She took care of everything including my electric service and had me ready to move in the day she told me she would. She makes herself available anytime I need anything help and it’s just one more thing I don’t have to worry about. She doesn’t know this but I jumped into a bad relationship after my son and wife suddenly passed away and it’s my first time by myself in a really long while so I was lost and really embarrassed about not knowing what to do because I always had a home which I lost because I went crazy for awhile. I’m sure she sensed my desperation but said nothing and made me feel at ease, even helped me on the computer. She is a keeper and I know as long as Im here she will have my back If I need anything. I don’t know what you pay her, but that girl needs a raise, lol; especially if she treats everyone like she does me. I’m just getting my life back and she was more than just an apartment manager, more like a friend that helped me tremendously. Thanks again.

The staff here is amazing every time I had a question they responded so quickly and even when I had to have maintenance come in they were helpful and always told me to call them if I need them to come check back. I honestly felt valued to them.

I loved my experience there because apartment was very comfy and whenever I had issues maintenance was there as soon I put in the request,very professional and very prompt.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible disgusting place to live at. They are infested with mice you can hear them running through the walls. And you can hear the mice crying outside the laundry room. Had two mice hiding behind the stove. We put in a work order so they could take care of that and they never did. Wouldn’t recommend living here 🤮

I have had some great experiences. Anytime I need anything fixed, repaired, replaced or looked at the response time is amazing. The maintenance team is incredibly friendly, quick to respond and understanding. The management is incredibly friendly and they have helped our transition here be a great experience. They are hard working and I have seen them maintaining and improving things everyday.

This place is good considering its an older complex. The staff is helpful and pleasant when there were issues with anything in the apartment. They took care of anything that would break like the AC or what not right away. Great service.

Visited a friend that moved into this complex. it was well maintained and neighbors seemed considerate. the premises were clean and staff was friendly. one of the maintance engineer’s i spoke to was very friendly and down to earth. i would consider this complex if i ever moved to midland area

My daughter lives here and since she has been in the hospital I have been having to go in to pickup her packages left in the front office and all of the people in there are very nice and very helpful. Even if they are busy they make sure they take care of me with a smile and even ask how my daughter is doing as well.

I lived at Northridge years ago and would recommend it. It is in a good location. It is not new or updated but you get good value here and the same company has owned it.

I have lived here for over 3 years now and have no complaints. The office staff has always been good to me and my work orders are completed in a timely manner. I really appreciate Arturo Hinojos for all his hard work and dedication when it comes to getting my work orders completed.

The office will respond if allowed I have not seen a door replaced that has deteriorated away on the bottom maintenance sometimes takes two years without a result but the people are very kind and people show up within three days I will stay for a third year

Went to visit some friends that live there. The apartments were clean, quiet and a nice size. Neighbors were friendly as well.

Ive been here for almost a month and I have had no issue. Yes, they are old but they are fairly clean. The washing machines do break sometimes but you can usually find a working one. I was really afraid of moving here due to previous posts but the apartment people I have interacted with have all been very friendly and helpful. No mice or roaches thus far. I doubt there are mice since everyone here seems to have cats that roam the property so if you are highly allergic to cats, dont live here. Will keep this post updated as I learn more.Update 5/15: I moved out a few days ago because Im leaving Midland soon. I will keep my rating the same. I did find one cochroach but after placing some poison around the apartment, I never saw another one. They do come and spray often but if your neighbors or yourself arent clean, good luck. Overall, I would recommend this apartment especially for a short-term living situation.

Everything was fine at first. Found several cockroaches after a few days. Had to make multiple complaints to management over several weeks before the problem was addressed.AC worked intermittently.Some outlets worked.Some didnt.Management seemed unconcerned.Moved out over a month ago and now they tell me over $700 in damages was done to the apartment. No! They are cowards who wont speak to you face to face.

As soon as you move in to the apartments you’re treated kindly and respected and as soon as you move out they treat you like trash As soon as we were doing the walk-through the lady treated us like trash saying that the kitchen and restroom was dirty After we spent a day cleaning the whole apartment painting the walls clean in the restroom and kitchen make you feel on appreciate it

Maintenance is very very very bad here.Moved in, nothing was ready AT ALL.got things fixed weeks later only cause I was always complaining.Moved in nothing was clean, windows and restroom walls dirty.Got washer & dryer, FROM THE COMPANY dryer doesnt dry .Complained, said it was never ordered. & it has nothing to do with north ridge ?But yet Im renting it from north ridge..So not sure when Im getting a new dryer.Have clothes in washer thinking they both worked.So crappy here.I hate it.

If I could put zero stars I would. Worst apartments ever! We lived there for 6 months. There were 3 mice, bugs and a rancid smell in our apartment. We had trouble getting maintenance to do anything. The carpets were disgusting. The apartment reeked of cigarettes . We had to wait a week to move in after signing our lease.The manager was horrible. She told us nobody else was having the problems we were having. Lies! Do not move here! It will be a mistake! Unless you like moving in infested apartment.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I had a water leek in the ceiling of my bathroom, maintenance would come and fix it by draining out the water in the ceiling, but it was an on going problem throughout my 6 month lease. They even charged me for it and kept a huge chunk out of my deposit. The stove tops where wired wrong and only two worked. My move out charges were over $1000 which is 3 times the amount it took to move in. They try and keep as much of your money they can. The apartment was dirty when I moved in and they required my deposit before I could even look at the apartment. These people are rude and shiesty. I paid way to much for their crack shack apartments. I am now in a way better, completely updated, gated apartment complex, with extremely nice staff, and my rent is $88 cheaper!! Northridge is slowly falling apart and they have had two fires within my 6 months of living there in my opinion these buildings should be demolished with in the next year. Bottom line they suck.

The apartment is good and the maintenance guys act promptly anytime I require maintenance. The customer service representative at the apartment office are professional in answering questions.

My lease is up next month and I really have no bad things to say about this place besides rent is high, but thats Midland for ya and maybe a few old things(fridge, tile, tub) but overall I havnt seen one bug like a I did at my old apartments(Coventry Point)! I would reconsider staying here also if you like large spaces the town homes are very small! But overall this is not by any means a bad place to stay.

Wish I could give this place zero stars! Had the apartment cleaned and still will not be receiving a deposit back. The place was horrible apon move in. I was not able to see the apartment before hand because they told me it wasnt ready. I only had days to move out of my previous place so was not able to find anything after seeing how disgusting the place was. It was and still is infested with roaches among other bugs. Spent 2 days cleaning it while moving in and another week before we could buy any food for the place because exterminator couldnt make it at the time. Walls are thin you can hear people above and behind you. Parking is horrible, appliances never worked properly and they wouldnt replace them. Young kids run around the apartment unattended and steal stuff off patios. Then there are the people openly smoking drugs outside in the day time. Ive lived in a few apartments in this town and hands down this is the worst experience I have had i would not recommend to anyone. Make sure you lock your cars up!

Clean property very well kept up

I wouldnt tell my worst enemies to live here. These apartments are gross. They have a serious rodent problem and I talked with neighbors that had the exact same issues. Their way of fixing a mice problem is putting down glue traps and not telling you where they put them. We caught 3+ mice per glue trap. The mice ate through carpets and cabinets. They would use sprayfoam to fix these issues.This place is a health issue .Theyre seriously outdated for $1100+ a month.We did a final walk through and Weldon told us that three things would be taken out of our deposit. Then we received an email stating they tried calling and emailing us to discuss our payment. Weldon calculated how much we would be getting back, then they took our whole deposit and wanted $306 more. He never mentioned anything more.The neighbors smoke weed and it smells up the apartment. Children run crazy. These apartments are ghetto. We only moved in here because we were in a bind. I would rather live on the streets than in these apartments.The water in the shower changes temperature the whole time youre in it.Dont take this as bashing the apartment, I just dont want someone to not know the full extend of this apartment.And please, if anyone doesnt believe this review, email me. I have pictures of EVERYTHING.Update: I was never informed of a paper for mice. If I was, I would have signed it. Who wants to live with mice? These people LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH. Especially, Mariana and Weldon.Absolutely do not rent here!

Loved living in our townhouse. Our refrigerator stopped working and they fixed it the same day. When I accidentally dropped a spoon in the garbage disposal we put a online work order and they were there within the hour. There was always someone cleaning up the pet poops outside when the owners were the ones that were suppose to pick up.

My family and I lived here about a year, it was bad. They refused to do maintenance on even major things - dishwashers, cracks in ceilings, holes, etc. not to mention letting the tennis courts go so bad that my kids and I couldnt play in there. They have no pride in how their property looks or taking care of any of the facilities. It was as pulling teeth to try and get them to come fix things. I would strongly urge you do not move here, do not live here there are much better places in the Midland/Odessa area.

Merry Christmas! I don’t want to be a bahumbug for Christmas I’m really trying to keep my Christmas spirit but it’s really hard when you pay your rent don’t cause problems. But are not treated like you matter.. for a little over a month now I have to struggle to take a shower or wash my dishes. No hot water or just lukewarm. Please do not rent here it’s horribly overpriced and the girls in the office are rude. I know that people are out there with much worse problems, illness, homeless, etc but I need to vent I can’t take anymore. I cried and I’m posting this so hopefully no one else ever has to deal with this.

This place is the worst place to rent in Midland TX, Beware! Horrible customer service, things get fixed weeks and months later, will never find parking, water is running cold, air conditioner sucks, all appliances are old and barely working..!

What is there good to say about this place. Ummmm not a damn thing. Just got moved here for work. Bedrooms dont have any lights in them. Bathrooms have issues with faucets. This isnt a nice place at all for the price. Hell they should start putting some of that money back into the apartments but nope. I would find somewhere better to live

THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!!! Don’t EVER stay here! There are so many people on drugs who live here! SO many rats we have caught in this apartment! Probably about 15, no kidding. Roaches and ants!!!! Disgusting! Maintenance is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I have ants all in the pantry, can’t even buy groceries no more. Rats are eating up everything. We hear them every night! And coackroaches around the house. I hope they knocked this apartment complex down soon!!!!!!!

Let me just jump into the nitty gritty details of this place and why YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. I have lived here 6 months (signed on January 1st of this year.)Want to do your laundry at the laundry room? There are a measly 4 washers and dryers for at least 10 buildings of tenants. At least one of them wont be working and the property managers put it on YOU to call the company that owns them if theyre broken.Want to get something in your apartment fixed due to the buildings being old? The maintenance workers are rude and obnoxious after they take FOREVER to get to your apartment. Youll also be lucky if they actually fix it. You really can tell how they have taken care of the apartments by looking around at them. Every crack and crevice of your apartment is painted over, the crappy particle wood counters are chopped up and warped, the vinyl tiles in the kitchen are severely warped, the doorway into your house looks like that of a house that has been abandoned for years, the stairs in my townhome feel like theyre about to fall apart. Like I said, Ive been here for 6 months and they cant even fix a pothole that has been getting bigger and bigger, dead in the middle of the parking lot. There are tons of weeds everywhere as well.Want to live in peace? Theres loud neighbors, drug dealers, yapping toy bread dogs, trashy girls who try to fight each other in the middle of the night. I had an experience with catching someone stealing my clothes in the laundry room. I told the property management and they refused to do anything. Later, I saw a news report of THE SAME GUY GETTING ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED RAPE. The only quiet neighbors youll have are the cockroaches, flies and gnats.Do NOT move here. Do NOT even THINK of moving here. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. They only want your money and dont give a damn about you or the apartments. Pathetic.

If I could give it negative stars I would! The office people will lose documents you gave them then will swear you never came! The apartments are not taken care of! Literally one building should be torn down and rebuilt if not more than one! Then my one year old niece who has asthma lives at the apartment is told the ac not working is not an emergency just open some windows! I will be calling the building code people tomorrow and let them know just how bad these buildings are and will also find out who to contact about the ac! Save your time dont move here!!

Terrible.Ridiculously over priced. $1200 for 700something square feet? The layout is attrocious, literally there is no good way to set up the living area. I am forced to put my entertainment center ON the fireplace step, rendering the fireplace useless. I cant wall mount my tv anywhere because theres no other angle for the couch in this tiny place other than directly in front of, YEP the fireplace and behind the wall is the chimney. Im not mounting a 50 LG Plasma to a chimney hahaha.The faucets are caked, with residue from the horrid water issue Midland had before and DO NOT drink from tap here. They dont bother changing the faucets when renting these out after they look like that!?The drains clog.The toilet backs up.The parking is horrendous.The neighbors are loud.One has a massive dog up past my waist, Im 55 but seriously, in an apartment? It barks at loud noises, the vast amount of stray cats that always fight outside, the other loud neighbors.The community is obnoxious.Loud music at all times of day, night and early early morning.Drunks.People asking to use my cellphone all the time.People fighting outside in the middle of the night. Verbal AND physical altercations.This place is a joke and money pit. Stay away.Oh there is one plus.I personally, didnt have any problems with rodents or pests.

Worst apartment Ive ever lived in. Besides the fact that our dishwasher was broke for the first seven months. When they actually hired an outside comepany to fix it, he wanted to take pictures of our cabinets, which look like they are from 1990, and send them to management so they could see just how outdated our apartment was. The parking lots are awful. Along with the black widows in the laundry room, We had a bed bug problem, which probably stemmed from having 10 people living upstairs, and they waited over 20 days to send pest control! We couldnt even sleep there! We threw all of our furniture away. When we asked if they could at least relocate us at a different weidner apartment, they acted like we were crazy. Thank Goodness they are rude because we got into a much better complex with the same rent and a DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT IS NOT WEIDNER! I WILL NEVER STAY WEIDNER AGAIN! Do not stay at northridge. Worst experience of my life.

Horrible customer service, people in the office not friendly. Wont let you see your apartment until after signing lease, first day walked into apartment cockroaches everywhere, was supposed to be taken care of, and wasnt, with them knowing Im 7 months pregnant with a newborn arriving soon.. Within three days living there refrigerator starts leaking creating water puddles in kitchen, took weeks for maintenance to resolve, in the process maintenance man rips kitchen tile. Took weeks for that to be fixed. Three weeks later air conditioner wires starts smoking with water pipe NEXT TO IT, is leaking water. Head in charge in office lies when signing lease when rent was due, overcharged $200. Made agreement when rent can be caught up but continued sending threatening eviction letters. Drug dealers living all around apartment building...

Lived here for two years. Dated Apts and went from $900 to $1085 to $1300. Unit not close to what was being asked but they had to keep to the market. Moved away. Not worth it.
