Wonderful experience with Amanda and Samantha! They were so quick to answer my phone and all of my questions. Made me want to move in even more being around great people. Highly recommend working with these two ladies.
I have stayed here 8 months paid my last month rent and now they are saying I have to stay TWO EXTRA MONTHS because I didn’t tell them I wasn’t going to stay here!!! Plus it’s been 4 new people in the office since I’ve lived here and they are not communicating well at all! Then I ask for corporate number and they refused to give it to me remind you I lived here before the two new lady’s came in! The new lady printed my lease off the last month of me staying here! DO NOT MOVE HERE they don’t care !!!! They will not inform you of that information at all and everybody in the office is new and confused and don’t know anything!
I’m a first time renter, and thanks to Amanda, she made my application process very simple and easy! How she represents her employer’s company in a professional/helpful manner, should never go unnoticed by management!
Amanda was very professional and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
Stayed here for two years and there was SEVERAL office changes. When I left, Tammy told me there were stains on the carpet and dishwasher. On my pre check in form I stated there were already stains on the carpet and noted the dishwasher. However, Tammy then tried to charge me. It took me over three weeks to get in touch with her, after several voicemails, emails, and being sent to the companies call center I finally received a phone call from Tammy. She stated she had been on vacation. A few days before, I had got in touch with the companies management. When asked Tammy to provide my pre check in form, she couldnt. Management over turned Tammys decision. If there is a problem, call the company management, they get stuff done. Tammy tells more lies than a car salesman.Other than my departure, the property is great, quiet, and I enjoyed the large patios. However, the current office workers have no business working in customer service and should be transferred to another department.
Tammy is the bomb .com highly recommend her….went ABOVE and beyond to help me thank yall so sooo much
Tammy, amanda and sueellenDid very good helping me with my move in helped get things going thank you i love my new home
I have lived at Sinclair for four months now, and I am very happy and comfortable here. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a nice park a little ways down the street. I really love the layout of the apartment, it is spacious and has cool architectural designs.I havent had a lot of experiences with the staff (which I consider to be a good thing) but those instances have always been pleasant and professional. The office manager Shanique was so welcoming when I moved in, it added to the experience. Randy, the maintenance man always responds as quickly as he can to the few requests I have had. I really appreciate Randy, he has a lot of apartments and I often see him running around with tools. My only issue was during the first month I moved in. My sliding glass door wouldnt slide open. The maintenance request was ignored at the time because it was not an emergency. I do not blame the staff at Renew, I believe this policy is the fault of the owners. I had to pay out of pocket to have a contractor make the repairs. But even in that I was given help from Randy on who to contact.Bottom line I like living here, the apartments are old so they have issues but they also have a charm that no other apartments in Midland have.
Shanique is very easy going, nice, and professional. She is also very helpful. My overall Experience has been awesome! Hands down!By the way I had to put in a order to get something fixed and the maintenance worker (Randy) came within 3 minutes no joke! Fixed everything and was friendly yet professional. Both individuals communicate well in detail.Very grateful.
Was okay until management switched. A lot of things seem to have gone downhill. We love Randy though! He works hard and is always on the move. We’ll definitely miss seeing him
Tammy is so nice and very helpful!!!!
I just wanna share how awesome the assistant manager Ms. Arielle and the maintenance supervisor Mr. Randy is! 11/10!!Every time we call regarding a concern they always make sure to take care of it in a very timely manner! They are very friendly and very easy to talk to. Very nice people. Im so glad that every time i go in the office i get that welcome and friendly vibe.
Shanique has helped me so much since she came to this office. I was able to get my rent lower during Covid. Randy is quick with the work orders too. Quiet community and good people
First of all, have to say, what a great move in experience we had, thank you Shanique..all the new paint on outside is so updated and clean .. Randy has the pool ready for families to enjoy .. would encourage everyone to check out Renew Sinclair apartments!!
The maintenance here is fantastic. Randy always makes getting any repairs done a priority. Its always done in a timely fashion and he always goes out of his way to be friendly and professional. Definitely an asset to this community.
I’ve been a tenant for a year now and Shanique has been so gracious and helpful with helping me renew my lease. The process couldn’t have gone smoother and even with COVID, me working nights at the hospital or being out of town, she made communication available. Shanique goes above and beyond as our community manager. I’d also like to give a huge shout-out to our maintenance man Randy for always being pleasant every time I see him on-site. He’s always seen doing something and personally eager to assist. Apartment work orders have always been timely addressed. I can’t thank the staff enough for maintaining such a great place to live — the community is quiet and ideal for people who work days or nights, pool is actually available during the Texan heat, and we recently got a gorgeous modern exterior update that makes it all the more exciting to stay at home. Thank you for all you do.
We just recently moved in, but so far we have had one of the best experiences our whole 2+ years living here. Hillary has gone above and beyond for us helping us get in here and to help us with everything we needed she is one of the nicest people we have ever met, and especially here where almost everyone is rude and mean. I like the apartments I have no complaints on anything about them. And we the price is not bad at all especially compared to our last place, but as we have found out everything in Midland is expensive, so the price we are paying here is actually really good.
The maintenance is really good here and the maintenance man gets his job done well.
(Update) July 23, 2020Am currently being threatened a 140$ fine for not being able to move my car because Im under quarantine for having covid-19 and cant go to a shop to get a battery to move move my car for a day. I just needed a jump. Thanks ReNew(Update)New management is raising my rent during this economic collapse with everyone supposed to be quarantining and not working. I asked them what their plan for the covid-19 outbreak was and that I would be not working because of my job closing for the time being and I was told that they arent able to evict right now, but they are raising my rent. They may be overpriced as all of the apartments are here, but from Ariel in the office to Randy the maintenance man, we have recieved friendly and efficient service from the staff. Ariel has always been nice and straight forward with me, and Randy has also been very friendly and was even able to suggest some places to visit in the area because we are not from here. They recently changed management and I was able to put a bunch of maintenance requests in, within a week Randy had all of the problems processed. And that is even with the management team being short staffed at other complexes. The only real cons of here is the price of rent and some older appliances. (Unless you go for an updated unit for a higher cost.)
Terrible i have a 6000.00 bill from them. I would show pics of my roof downstairs and upstairs falling in from water. This will be addressed later if they dont remove it. Yes i mived out because of the many issues leaking toilets broken window floor tile missing and stairs the rails fell. Took them forever to come look at it. Keep in mind i said look. They have the nerve to say i owe them six thousand dollars for it. If i could post the pics i would i tries to ask them to take this off but i guess i have to go thru different channels. I will they leased my apt several times whe. I signed my lease then when i called them on it i was told i wasnt worthy enough to live there even after i been living there for months already. Terrible terrible terrible . i am a veteran also they was suppose to give me a discount as was promised after i asked them why havent they tjey told me month after month it would be fixed. Thats the way they treat veterans .
Pretty good place so far. Marissa in the leasing office talked to me like a normal person instead of a sales robot unlike the agents at other places and helped me get set up ASAP when I got an oil job on short notice.A few of the details on the room are kind of ugly, like some paint stains and crappy outlets and stuff, but who cares? My place is $710 a month, and were between Midland Drive and Loop 250 so all of Midland is close.
HorribleThings hardly ever get fixed in a timely manner if at all,I have two daughters and am currently pregnant and we’re still waiting on our A/C to be fixed maintenance is usually always a no call no show around here unless you call and bug the office enough time then they finally send maintenance over to look at the problem but not fix.We constantly have a ant problem because the pest control has only come by to spray once when we moved in and we are now towards are 1 year lease (we were told they would be by monthly to spay)I’m sure they only sprayed the first time because my husband got attacked by a huge swarm of ants in our kitchen when he picked up a pizza box from the night before. You would think for the price you pay (over $1000) they would at least care about there tenants and fix problems.
Horrible place to live...the apartments are not updated. They dont repair things, if they do, it takes forever and is often not repaired. The staff is always changing, three managers in one year. Many different maintenance men. When I moved out, they kept the majority of my deposit and lied about why. This is not the place you want to live. I wish I had never lived there.
This is personally my first time renting/living in an apartment, but not my husbands. I really truly like it here. The rent is higher than I had intended to pay, but the apartment is awesome so I think its worth the extra (inside carpeted staircase for two stories, large balcony, fireplace, in unit washer and dryer, large living space). Jacee is great and extremely helpful. Josh (maintenance) is absolutely awesome as well.We had a bit of trouble with a cupboard door and our balcony door, and the same day we put the work order in they were going to come right out and fix it. Unfortunately I work nights and I sleep during the day, so my husband didnt want them working while I was asleep; but we worked it out for later in the week and they fixed it right up quickly and efficiently. Josh even went out of his way to get us a new sliding screen door!I dont know how this apartment complex was before, but now you can be sure youll get great service and a safe, comfortable place to live.
Lived here for a year and a half, just moved out today (June 2014 – Nov 2015). The apartments themselves are livable, even decent: fireplace, okay carpets, appliances that arent ancient, good construction. However, that complex and staff are unsatisfactory. The grounds are mainly weeds and stickers, with trash and leaves always blowing into our doorway. The people are mostly well-to-do are quiet, but theres always a few partiers or just plain loud people. The staff is the biggest negative. In a year and a half, weve had three different managers, and Ive never seen the same person behind the desk. Paperwork and information always seems to be lost, and communication between staff members seems to be non-existent. At their best, they are indifferent and disorganized. At their worst, they are rude, impatient, accusatory, and unprofessional. I dont expect to be treated like a king, but they refuse to own up to their honest mistakes. I even had someone laugh at me when I asked a dumb question. They very rarely return phone calls, so to have something repaired, I had to submit it in writing every single time. Half of them took about a week to get fixed, which is acceptable (its Midland, after all). A quarter took two weeks to a month to get done, and another quarter were never accomplished.E.G. My wife turned in a rent check a day in advance. Later, we were informed that we had a $60 late fee. My sweet, patient wife had to go back into the office and ask about it, and they said their check scanning machine was broken, so their corporate office in NY charged us a late fee. Why couldnt they contact their corporate office to prevent that? Why couldnt they at least contact us to warn us of the faulty late fee? They said they could fix it.A few days later, I received a phone call from the office: my wife needed to sign a paper to waive the $60 late fee. Why not a few days ago while sorting this out? Im sure logistically that that may not have been possible, but the most infuriating thing was their adamant denial for responsibility of this whole incident. They blamed their check scanner and corporate office the whole time, and we never heard an Im sorry about this from the manager. Maybe it really wasnt his/her fault, but it all felt very unprofessional.Im used to service in Midland, but the staff here (mostly) sink below that.
Definitely! a good place to live...
