I had a good experience living in this apt. Maintenance was quick and efficient when I put in work order. Director Susana is is the best. She had some fun activities for the community. She helped me transition out to my new home with no problem.Thank you Susana!

My friend just moved here and was looking for a nice place that’s affordable as well in Midland.We chatted with Weldon and he is on top of it!!He was so professional and knowledgeable!What I’ve learned is if the office staff is friendly then your lease will be pleasant. Let’s just say he will be moving in as soon as his lease is up at his current apartment!! Thank you Weldon for making a lasting impression on us both!

Don’t waste your time or money here. maintenance works on their time. The appearance of the apartment compared to other apts is not pleasing. Laundry machines don’t work. No amenities such as gym, dog area and etc. One star because the office manager is “somewhat” decent.

I moved into Avalon Springs apartment three years ago. I was new to area & needed to find a place fast. The first and second year (2018 & 2019) was not a pleasant experience because of the previous manager. As of this year 2020, everything is changing for the best. We have a new office manager. The customer service has improved drastically. The whole property is cleaner. At the end of 2019 I had convinced myself to look for a new apartment in 2020. Currently, I have decided to stay here. I highly recommend these apartments.

I have lived here almost 3 years and ever since Weldon,the apartment manager,has taken over our experience has changed completely! He takes care of us as much as possible and even more when he can. He stays on top of maintenance issues and cares for us like family(even as far as helping us search for our lost puppy). We can’t thank him enough for everything he has done to help me and my family. Amazing management and hospitality, thank you Weldon!

I lived here from July 15, 2019 - July 14, 2020. In the year I lived here, I experienced polite neighbors, attentive management, prompt maintenance service, and just an all-around lovely stay. Pricing is fair and affordable, the property is quiet, and it’s located in a great area close to many yummy restaurants and shopping is about 10 minutes away. Weldon is gracious, professional, and will do everything to meet your needs as a valued resident. I had 0 cockroaches, 0 spiders, and only a few flies from when I left the door open too long. The only downside is the location of the dumpsters, but a wagon or a skateboard will do just fine. The only reason I moved out was to relocate closer to work in Odessa. You will not regret living here 😊

Have been living here for two years now and just recently with the new office managers take over things are finally getting done and fixed CORRECTLY! Weldon is amazing! And is always helpful in every possible!!

The only downfall about this property is that the on-site washers and dryers have not worked in a LONG TIME. When they are working there is at most two washers working..The property needs to invest in new washers and dryers and replace every single one of them in there!! Otherwise great place to live!!

Not worth the money they charging, my rent went up 460.00 dollars, it was 1029.00. Now 1489. Plus water 110, about 1600 hundred dollars a month. Both closets been broke since we moved in. the air conditioning sucks, the bathroom in the hallway runs 24/7,the front door hardly shuts and the door knob cuts your hand.For the amount of rent we pay we should have lighting from the ceilings in each room,washer/dryer connection not the kind you plug up to the faucets, We have single parent homes, minimum wage and everybody doesnt work in the oilfield.. And the 5 stars are all lies!!! Was suppose to get closets, fixed today and all electrical plugs repaired today and bathroom tub fixed, no one came to do the repairs Smh. This the work of the maintenance man, came and put a unit in the window and tore down one of my blinds and then did not even fix the unit he put in the window as you can see... it was 5:48. And just left and went home for today.... O5/30/2018... JUST SAD!!! I wish they had Zeros, to Give because thats what they need.. And thats what they give zero f**** about the residents, but charge all this rent!!

Property is nice and well kept together. The staff is awesome and always happy to help, the property manager always goes above and beyond to make his residents happy!

Love the new property manager, Weldon Pearce, he has gone above and beyond. In just the few months hes been here the property grounds are cleaner and the lights on the buildings have been fixed.

My experience living here became home living with my mom it was perfect for just the 2 of us. Staff was friendly and always so nice. Great community as well!

Been living here for over 6 years and the rent has been up and down over time but that is how it is when u live in a oil field town. Never had problems with management or maintenance do wish we had washer and dryer connections in the place but we have been happy since being here. And the manager lady in the office is always nice and friend to me and my daughter n the kids around the apartments. I hate that we are leaving this month but it has been a great time n will miss my neighbors n the manager.

The staff was excellent, they are on there game.

Angelica is the worst office manager I have ever seen. She is never in the office and ignores all phone calls. Maintenance is very bad as they never come on time. Laundry room is always a mess. No security and car break-ins and vandalism is common and they dont do anything about it. All they do is keep raising the rents. Forget about friends, I wouldnt recommend this place even to my enemy. No bueno.

I have lived here for 4 years and can honestly say I have enjoyed everyday here. Never noisy or overly crowded a place truly worth living at.

I moved in over a month ago, stated the problems, still no working oven, broken microwave handle, bathroom lock does not lock, my mailbox broken, bathroom faucet sprays when turned on.... left two messages, always promised problem will be resolve. Also, dishwasher has duct tape around it. As a teacher, too much money being paid for no service. Would like to have a working oven.

Its a steal ... the maintenance is terrible.I pay 1050 because I have an old contract but they want to raise me to 1400 for the conditions of the apartment. I think that 700 would be fine. I have to be repairing everything because what they repair is decomposes again and apart every time it rains the water gets through the windows. the folder all dirty the current draws none works the air conditioning lousy the closet doors a nightmare.eh you inform of what does not work and last for weeks to repair it. I really do not recommend it

I lived at these apartments from December 2016 to November 2017. I loved them for the rates Midland has to offer for rent. The price was fair for this area and for what you got. The laundry mat sucked then. Waste of money and time trying to use it. Other than that it was great. Never had a problem with maintenance. Does pest control every month or 2. Every review youll see in Midland apartments (for this price range at least) that Ive come across complain about bugs. Maybe its a Midland thing idk. But get your own bug sprays to set off once a month or so. It wasnt rocket science or that hard. I would recommend these apartments.MIGHT ADD: when I lived here I was only charged $650 a month. I now see they are charging $1,100 for a one bed one bath like I had. Yeah theres no way Id pay that much for it now. Apparently midlands rent has gotten even more ridiculous.

My place got broken into yesterday afternoon during business hours. I got home after 6 pm called the police and called the emergency number but no answer or call back. I dont feel safe here anymore! So they have bad management and a non working emergency number so if you want to feel safe when youre away or at home this is not the place for you. I need to place a better place to live!

Maintenance is practically non existent,most of the plugs through out the apartment dont work. Only one room with a ceiling light. Landscaping is horrible,the usual price gouging for Midland,paying $1400 for an apartment thats worth no more than $700 to $800 a month. No amenities, washer,dryer connections nothing. Once again maintenance is a joke dont even waste your time calling or putting in a work order. Ride by on Illinois Ave.looks ok. Get out walk the grounds ask residents questions first. Everyones not paying the same amount monthly. Oh yeah no residential laundry.

Good help must be hard to find.. on my eight month and I try to keep my head low. Toilet has not been working right for several months but I don’t want maintenance in my apt. Something of value to me went missing the first week I moved in. Air conditioner started leaking through the ceiling so I went by office several times (she is NEVER there) finally managed to catch her in the office. Her people skill are less than desirable, I reported the toilet and ac. Ac is fixed? But they left the water damaged brown drop tiles in place. Widener needs to have some serious talks with the people who represent them. they also allow tenants to keep large toys strewn about, sun tents, trashed out chairs making the whole complex look even more trashy than what it already is.

Needs improvement, & better maintenance team,On the bright side, is the current guy in office, Weldon, he makes his best efforts to please clients.

My mailbox it’s been broken over a week and it’s not been fix yet and no light outside my apartment it’s so dark ever time I go downstairs I have to use my flashlight and the office been notified more then 2 times I don’t know if I need to fix it myself or what
