I was helping my son search for his first apartment for his upcoming move from Los Angeles to Midland. As a parent I had a million and one questions and Nancy answered them all! She never made me feel like a bother and offered additional information about leasing and unit options, a description of the apartment community, and a few virtual tours during the unprecedented 2021 Texas Freeze. What a down-to-earth person and great leasing agent! If Nancy was unavailable (very rare) Samantha jumped right in to assist. Samantha was super great to work with, too. If you are looking for exceptional service in the Midland-Odessa area that is so hard to find these days, then Cypress Pointe is the place for you.

This is a great place to live. Amazing staff is always willing to help especially Hannah, she is always very nice and caring, ready to help with any needs you have. They have a nice business room that tenants can use for Internet or to print, etc. - a life saver before you got everything set up in our apartment. The maintenance staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. Usually same day service! I really like that you always see them around the property, so they notice problems and take care of them even before tenants are aware. I really appreciate how the property is picked up every morning. The apartments themselves are great, but it is the staff that makes this the best place to live. Awesome location, close to stores, restaurants and shopping center.

I love Angel and Alexis, the service technicians at Cypress Pointe. They are some of the hardest working folks Ive ever known. They make me feel very safe and secure when they come go my house and fix everything that needs to be fixed, even things I havent asked for. They are great!

I really enjoyed my one bedroom, first story apartment at Cypress Pointe. I was lucky enough to get a covered parking spot almost daily (which was a blessing with the hail we get in midland). I never had any issues with the office staff- in fact, the opposite. Hannah and her team were always prompt and easy to get in contact with. My bills were always really low which was nice too. I also had a really nice upstairs neighbor who looked out for me (and vice versa).

I am huge on customer service. If you treat me and my family right, you’ve made a customer for life. The staff is so friendly and the manager, Hannah, really helped out my family when they needed a place to live and QUICK. In addition, if any little maintenance request popped up, it was resolved quickly. The grounds are pretty quiet. Never had a problem. It’s a great little complex!

We have lived here for a year now & love it. If we have ever had a problem it is quickly addressed. Hannah is awesome, she truly cares about the renter & she handles everything professionally. Anytime I have had a question she responds quickly, a lot of apartment complexes have terrible property management, but not this one! I would totally recommend. It is also in a great location, close to everything & I feel safe living here which is a major plus. It is also very quiet, we have never had a problem with noise! Definitely would recommend!

The girls in the office, especially Hannah genuinely care about the property they manage and are so easy to work with! You can tell they take real pride in everything, from making sure the grounds are maintained, to each apartment unit. Hands down, I would pick Cypress Pointe out of any apartment complex.

I have lived here since the summer and I will never live anywhere else. Any concern or issue that I had was taken care of within 24 hours. Unlike anywhere else in Midland, they actually want you to LOVE your home and be comfortable. Hanna goes out of her way to accommodate residents. They also keep the common areas very nice. They just upgraded the laundry room, put a new roof on and are constantly bettering the property. The rent is such that I’m actually getting more than I pay for- Which is so uncommon in the Permian Basin. I give the highest regards to Hanna, Susanna and the rest of the Weidner team. You guys are the best😊 Last but not least.. it’s very pet friendly with huge courtyards for my dog to play in.. He loves it too!!!

I just moved in at Cypress Pointe apartments . My experience here since the moment I enter the Leasing Office was amazing, greeted with a smile and best customer service. They worked with me to move me quick and have my apartment ready, the best move in experience I ever had. I feel right at home.

I’ve had a great experience so far. I moved to Midland in January after graduating college. The apartments are nice, and it’s a quiet complex in a convenient location. Also, while having a very rough day, the manager, Hannah, listened and talked and gave me a gift to try to improve it; it’s evident they care about their residents. They also have little gifts or gift bags and prize drawings in the front office pretty often. I love being in a place that actually values me ❤️

I visited the property and I was pleasantly surprised. The outside was nice and clean, and I was greeted with a smile by the maintenance worker that was outside. I received excellent customer service by the staff, and I look forward to making Cypress Pointe my future apartment home.

Hannah in the office is a awesome person she is real helpful with what your needs are and maintenance department is awesome it doesnt matters when i put in a maintenance request they are there the next day to resolve the problem or in a timely manner.Thats what made my decision to stay another year here.

I needed an apartment quickly and was having a lot of trouble finding one due to Midlands ever-growing population. Hannah Torres, Director/Manager of Cypress Pointe Apartment Homes, was able to help me find a PERFECT apartment for me and my pup in Las Colinas. The apartment was in a quiet and private area and it gave me a wonderful place to call home.

Everyone is so friendly cant ask for a better community. All our neighbors are just so sweet our, children play together and so do our furry children. The maintenance are fast and awesome! The grounds are well kept. Its the best location I think in the city a close distance to everything.. Now as far as corporate goes.. Well thats a whole other review!!!

I lived here for almost 2 years, and experienced nothing but problems during this duration. To start out, my move in wasnt until well after 6pm because they waited until my move in day to install hardwood floors. So my bathroom wasnt clean when I moved in, toilet, shower, nothing, even the ceiling fans were dusty. They offered me some off of my first months rent for this inconvenience and said a cleaning lady would be in the next day to clean my apartment. who never showed, so I had to clean the mess myself. About a month after moving in I started to see mice running around the apartment. I found tons of droppings under the kitchen sink. When I called the office the only thing they could do was put down sticky pads because I had a dog. So they expected me to clean up the mss again. That night when I got off work 2 mice were caught in the pads!! The next day the maintenance men went in to seal up holes. This didnt stop my mice problem, I kept seeing them everywhere until I finally got a cat. This is all within a month of moving in. From there my car would continuously get hit in the parking lot resulting in tons of scratches and dents, once there was broken glass all over the side walk, I called the office, after 3 days of it sitting there I finally cleaned it up myself, and right before I moved out I started seeing mice again. The pool was never clean, you can hardly ever catch anyone in the office, you have to call over and over again before someone answers. They even came into my home, while I was at work, without my permission, and sprayed for pests while my dog was out of the kennel. I was told they would set up an appointment with me, which they never did. Thankfully my dog didnt get sick. They had to come in and spray because I was having problems with flying ants in my kitchen. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Ive been staying here since 2011, and I cannot express how anxious I am to find a house so I can leave. How do you charge $1000 a month for a 600 square foot apartment, yet you cant maintain the laundry room? Hauling a large basket full of clothes (dry OR wet) halfway across the complex in a West Texas summer or winter may sound fun, but its not. Having to do so multiple times when a washer/dryer is not working (which is often) isnt fun, either. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, yet there is consistently an issue. No matter how urgent your need to find a place to stay is, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The apartment staff are super dedicated and hard working to keep this complex as well kept as it can be. I appreciate their responsiveness and taking heed to resident concerns.

An absolute terrible place to live. Charging nearly $900 a month for a drafty 1 bedroom apartment that constantly leaks and the heater is so bad during the winter the water in the toilet froze. Im sure Id be warmer in a cardboard box on the street corner. If you think this might be the apartment for you, I promise you its not. The staff is extremely rude and condescending, the maintenance doesnt fix anything and even if they show up. They blame you for breaking it and expect you to pay for it. I havent been here a year yet, and its by far the worst housing Ive ever had the displeasure of staying it. I dont wish for even my worst enemy to have to live here...

We are a vendor for this property and the staff is very nice and when we come to do the work everything is ready to go never any complaints

I would give it a zero if I could. They constantly turn off the water, I feel like I dont have water more often than I have water, and they dont notify anyone when they do it. The insulation in the buildings is atrocious, cant keep it below 80 without having to pay an arm and a leg for electricity. The office staff are unhelpful and slightly condescending. The paint on the walls is so thick its flaking off. The bathroom tiles are terribly done and disgusting, the kind of gross that doesnt come off with bleach. And the exterior doors are so drafty you can see light through the cracks. If I could leave this place before my lease is up, Id be gone in a heartbeat.

My biggest regret was moving into the complex. First day of moving in the dishwasher if full of green water and the garbage disposal didnt work. Ac freezes almost twice a week with several maintenance requests being filed. Water has came up from the floor in several locations such as the closet and the bathroom floor from under the tiles! Hot water heater leaks slowly and I have also filed a request to fix that. One light on the ceiling fan is completely useless and maintenance claimed to have fixed it when it literally have not touched it at all. Also the apartments are extremely overpriced and you better get used to people knocking on your door at 9 am because everyone loiters around here. The grass outside the apartments is starting to seep into the ground because of the hundreds of water leaks surrounding the apartment complex. Also when the sprinklers go off you better expect to have your front porch flooded with water since half of them do not work and just shoot water strait up in the air.

Just visit facebook page of Weigner Apt Homes and you will get an idea about how bad the property maintained by them and this is one of them they maintain. I shared my experience with couple my friends looking for a place to stay and I saw them living in a different place.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in everything is outdated for the amount of money that they are charging, nothing ever gets fixed in the apartment. Save yourself the time and money and find something else.

My name is Giezi Corp, I spent one year in these apartments in the 1911 apartment, I left on April 1st of this year (2019). The most horrible apartments, old, without any maintenance! .. everything starts when they showed us the apartments, the lady showed us another apartment very different from the one they gave us! Everything is super old! On the outside they only fix and paint but inside it is gloomy! I have videos where a lot of water came out of the kitchen ceiling and the next day they told us it was normal because the neighbors upstairs had washed (😧😑🙄) .. for me that is nowhere normal ... I have another video where I was dripping the dining room .. and another where the room is dripping !!! .. never did anything. Now they are charging us $ 300 (water, folder and maintenance) aside from the $ 300 that was left over from the deposit!
