I went in for a refill. I called earlier and they said it’s going to be $20 that’s why I went. I show up and they say it’s $45. The lady I had was very rough and not professional. I went there today without an appointment and they fit me in right away even though they were busy. I went with pink and white ombré gel nails and Scott did a beautiful job. The shape, thickness and design are all perfect!

Ive been going here years the amount of care has declined,no foot or leg massage, for the increase of price extra 15.00 in one year for basic manicure and basic pedicure. They said its cost of products but from what I see the overall place has declined. Less hours open ..no specials...dropped their nice website they use to have.

I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. I had gel nail polish on both my nails and feet. Asked the gentleman to replace the gel polish on my feet with regular polish. I was told to pick a color for my toes and the same color on my toes would match my gel nail polish. Incorrect, not only did the colors not match, at the end of my service, the gentleman charged $75..... NEVER in my life have a paid $75 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure without a design.This place is a rip off.

Les Nails is very over priced compared to other nail salons in the area. I was HIGHLY overcharged for the gel nail/pedi color change I received. On top of that, the nail technican that serviced me was very rude! I will never come here again!

I came in to get my nails cut down and repolished. A man did my nails. I didnt catch his name, he did a good job. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. I was greeted as I walked in the door.

I called ahead and scheduled a refill my acrylic nails. Upon arriving in noticed that they had no listing of service or prices. When I asked how much the cost of a gel refill the technician acted as if she did not understand me and when asked again theanager stated $40 total for gel refill. I was than switched to another technician who was rushing to finish and kept shoving my hands back and forth, I politely asked her to slow down because she also kept skidding my skin with the drill which ended up breaking my skin on 2 fingers. She continued to apologize after doing so but continuously kept rushing . When she finished she didnt even put lotion on my hands and did the absolute bare minimum and than stated my total was $70!!! I asked to see where she got that price for as I was told it was $40 and when she showede her price list it clearly stated $40 and than tried to say it was because she did 2 colors that it was now $65and not $70.... I explained that I only got a refill not a whole new b not in the slightest worth even $40. I had set up 2 spa pedicure for Monday but told them to cancel and that they were very deciptful and Id never return. They deliberately do not have their prices listed so they can pick and choose whatever price they want. I asked how much the pedicure would be n she told me $20 for regular and $60 for spa however when another customer entered the store she was told $40 for spa pedicure, I should have known right than what this place was about smh . I am reporting this business to the police and to the inspector as well as the better business bureau and to middletown news and I will continue to make sure everyone knows how deciptful this establishm google and all social media

I’ve been using their service since last year Feb, they are good at their jobs but the staffs are rude especially the one does the lashes, her customer service sucks and her attitude is woeful. They don’t sterilize the nail clippers and usually customers are suppose to wash hands during manicure but not at this store.

Scott did an amazing job and was gentle and nice. I would definitely recommend him to others and I will be returning.

I went today to have a manicure full set done. I showed her a picture and she tried her best on the design I ’ll give her that but her attitude was HORRIBLE!!!!! She cut me 4 times and the UV light burnt me after each coat she applied. While filing down my nails she used so much pressure it hurts to even move my finger. She did not even sanitize my hands after I was done. my nails are crooked, way too thing and long after I told her to go shorter she would not listen. I will never come back to this place. TOTALLY not worth the money I paid!!!!! I will not be back.

I arrived about 18 minutes late due to traffic. I didn’t get his name but he was nice and had me sit down right away. We didn’t talk but it was nice and calm inside. The UV lights hurt a bit around the last layer of polish and the top coat. I’ve had gel manicures at a few other places before this one. I didn’t get a massage or lotion at the end but this was a pretty good place. My nails look great and I’ll see how they hold up! Overall it was a good experience

See Damon, Eric or Tammy. Do NOT go to Linda. She does sloppy work. Owner had to fix her disaster of a job. I wish I was exaggerating, yet Im shocked she had the guts to even ask me what I thought when she was done. The thing that bothers me the most is she completely destroyed my real nails which forced the owner to trim them way down and put tips on!!! Also, they had no problem charging me full price after making almost every nail bleed. I shouldve taken a picture and insisted on a discount, but, the owner did make things right. As a business owner myself, she would no longer have a job.

Jimmy did a great job on my nails. He was very friendly and made some recommendations that I was pleased with. I definitely plan on becoming a regular customer and choose Jimmy.

I never ever give a bad review but felt it was necessary this time...tried to speak up at the time but there was a language issue...we made an appointment and asked to sit next to each other..after being basically ignored for 15 minutes, we were then taken to opposite sides of the room for our nails. it was really slow too so I dont know why they split us up...the technician barely shaped my nails at all and seemed totally bored...so as I finished drying my nails for 15 minutes, I noticed one was smudged..I pointed it out and was then lectured how to dry my nails properly...totally annoyed with me..we were the only ones in there at that point! Nails lasted about 3 days before chipping..I know gel lasts longer but I have had regular manicures before that lasted longer than a week..would not return..not friendly or welcoming ...I even tipped and Im not sure why!

I went to the salon with my friend we both got full sets and got cut while they were doing our manicure leaving us both bleeding they did not sanitize the product afterwards and continue to use it on other individuals. They also left us with residue all over my hands and charged us double the amount it said on the website. I feel that because we were young we were taking advantage of because they thought we didn’t know better

This place is really excellent! It has a very welcoming atmosphere and I felt at ease. The nail tech working on me was very gentle and very professional. Filed my nails neatly and removed the cuticles with ease. She also comply to my requests and fulfill them all. After she was done, I was really amazed with how lovely my nails looked! The services here is amazing! Definitely worth the money getting your manicure done here!

Today I went with my sister and niece to finally get our nails done. We have been coming here for years and usually never have a problem however today the nail techs all had extreme attitudes and were very rude. We all three explained how we wanted our nails and not one of them listened and ignored us and our requests. Then when they finally very rudely asked what color depended we show them a picture of what we wanted. I then asked if i could have my eyebrows done and that was a mistake because i asked if i could have the best person they have for eyebrows because i am very picky and particular about my eye brows. One of the ladys stands up and says ok and what do you know she waxes half my eye brow off and when i said you took almost my hole eye brow off she says no i did not it grows like that...like ummmm i think i would since i have had the same eyebrows since i was born so not only did i pay three times the amount then any other nail salon i now have Crappie nails and a missing eyebrow...like look i get it covid-19 hit and everybody has been out of work including me and things are stressful but at least have good customer service and do a good job.....we will not be back they have lost three loyal customers after today.

They have to best colors collection ever. I have a whole lot of different choices which just what i love. I really like how they work in the salon, really professional and still friendly as well. The signature manicure was amazing!! My tech worked perfectly; she understood me completely so my nails were fixed really well. They look gorgeous now. They didnt charged a lot at all, a great deal actually. For sure i will be back

This is the BEST place to go BECAUSE OF JEFF!!! I have been to almost every nail salon and tried every nail/waxing tech in Delaware in search of the best. After nearly 2 decades, I have FINALLY found the right place, but most importantly the right PERSON! I ONLY GO TO JEFF NOW! He does my gel nails, pedicures and waxes my eyebrows. His work is flawless yet so fast! He takes great pride in what he does and will ensure that you leave looking your best! I never right reviews and as much as I didnt want to share my hidden gem with anyone, he genuinely deserves a great review. You will never go anywhere else after trying him just once.

I went in for a pedicure, the man did not ask me what kind I wanted so I assumed they would do a basic pedicure. They had a book of prices ranging from $30-$50. After the most basic pedicure of my life (literally just soaking my feet, painting my toenails, and lotion on my legs, he charged me $65. I did get gel, but even then, there is no way a basic pedicure with gel should cost $65. I walked out in shock that I just paid so much for so little. Needless to say I do not see myself going back anytime soon as Im pretty sure I could get two pedicures for that price elsewhere, and have my feet scrubbed too.

Jimmy charged me 40.00 for a fill, I went back into salon and asked why? He stated in his language to another gentleman that he repaired my nail, I had NO repair done. Than stated I let my nails grow for months, I had 3 weeks growth. Jimmy than went to his machine and said he gave me a 10.00 refund and showed me a ticket for a refund BUT NEVER SWIPED MY CARD. So I did receive the refund.This place is a rip off I will never go there again nor will I tell my friends to go either!Hey

First time having my nails done getting them done before hand surgery because I wont be able to paint my own nails he suggested the perfect color for surgery and I will be back in 3 to 4 weeks to get a cool fun color this was a wonderful experience I have not have my nails done and 30 years I am hooked

Went to Scott on May 10th for an acrylic fill and eyebrows. First he overbooked and rushed through my nails. My design was not even AND then he said he wasnt going to have time to do my eyebrows so come back! Meanwhile another customer was soaking for a pedicure! This was MY 930am appt! Then he tried to charge me$50 for an acrylic fill with a design on JUST the ring fingers with no eyebrow wax! When I said something about it he got really huffy and argumentative. Way to go on making client feel like just another dollar! Will NEVER go here again!

My daughter and I have tried every nail salon in Middletown. We have never had the service we were used to up North at our previous salon. She was told to try Le Nails by a customer and is so grateful that she listened. She said her experience yesterday was what we were looking for! He was fantastic! I cant wait to go to my appointment tomorrow!

I dont know what everyone is talking about. This place has been my place to go for years. They always fit me in. In the past there was a lady who was not very friendly. I believe she is still there but she behaves like she has sense now. Also, SCOTT is thee best. Very friendly and he knows his stuff.

Today I went to Le Nails because my daughter told me that I should try them. My daughter said that the staff and service was great. She was right the Nail Tech Helen did a wonderful job on my feet and Eric did a wonderful job on my nails. I will be back. Bye Bye Jennys Nails in Bear.

My mom and I went for Mothers Day pedicures and were not too pleased with our experience. They rushed us through and didnt really take there time like other places we have been to normally do. The salon itself was clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was pleasant and friendly but we had speed pedicures with hardly any effort put forth. My technician seemed like she was new as she pulled a piece of skin instead of nipping it, therefore causing me to bleed.

Ive been a couple of times, and walk-in wait times are often long. Appointments are the way to go. That said, I only ever get the basic mani/pedi, and I have not been impressed: leaving hang nails, not buffing out nail ridges, cutting toenails improperly, distracted technicians... Just overall sloppy work.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff and service was excellent. Very gentle and know what they are doing. My boyfriends daughter and I went for pedis and she got acrylics and I gel and they both look superb. We will definately be back.

I just heard that the technicians here a very wonderful! It was so relaxing and they did such an amazing thing for my stress fingers! They did a lovely job and I definitely recommend.

I went there to get a pedicure and fill with gel. This is the second time I’ve been there. The pedicure was wonderful but when he did my nails it was horrible. This is the second time I went there and what they say is suppose to be gel polish on my hands and toes starts peeling off in less than 5 days. Both times I spent almost $100 there. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Went to this place 2 weeks ago. Bam did my nails and they looked horrible. The crystal he put on was thick and he polished my nails like my 5 year old great niece. Wont be back. Was told about another place by a neighbor and will try them (Envy Nails). Wont be back to this place!

Its sad that this is the closest nail salon to my home, because the three times that I have visited left me with less than average service. I was pleased with my nails on the last two times but this time the rudeness of the woman who sits closest to the front desk was too much to handle. She is impatient, annoyed with her customers, and snappy; all things that made me walk out today and decide against paying for a gel pedicure, soak off and dip full set. I can go further and receive much better service.

Be aware- they try to upcharge by giving higher spa packages than requested, and try to give gel pedicures automatically. Their work is good though, and the staff very polite.

This nail salon is by far the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to if I could give no stars I would. I went for a service that cost 42 dollars a week ago and my nails are TERRIBLY coming up. I called the salon and told the manager about the service and he said they would fix it. When I came in they said it was my fault my nails were coming up and he didn’t see anything wrong with the service they provided me and he would neither give me my money back or fix them for me. I would NOT advise anyone to go to this salon due to their unprofessional business. It is probably why there is never anyone in that nail salon. I will take my business elsewhere where they know how to do nails the right way and aren’t so rude to their customers.

Not impressed. Scheduled a pedicure and stillnneeded another one when I left. My feet were rushed, not filed even and the polish looked like a three year old painted my toes. After advising the technician who was nice other technicians came over and made rude comments about how Im complaining etc etc. then they begin to speak in Vietnamese and laughing. Will not return. Not worth the $40 I paid!

Place looked nice. Staff friendly. Nail polish on my manicure was lumpy, wrinkled and thick and all the polish on each nail is now creased within an hour. Won’t be going back.
