I have been coming to Rose for over 10 years and absolutely love her and her business. Today was my first time back since the pandemic started in March. Rose is always super clean but today was top notch. The safety precautions put into place are amazing. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available when you first walk in and are available all throughout the spa. If you like the dip powder like myself you will be happy to know that the powder is poured into individual cups so the only one who touches the powder is you. After every service, the chairs are thoroughly disinfected as well as the entire space used. Rose and her staff have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe during their visit to her spa. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Rose since I was 2 years old, so for 22 years now! Every time has been a great experience! Today is the first day that she is allowed to open during this pandemic. I noticed that right when you walk in she has all the proper and necessary steps to keep customers and her staff safe and clean! Rose has clear acrylic inserts in between the staff and customers while getting your nails done and she only has every other station open so we are all properly distancing. She is also only doing gel and dip powder right now so everyone can get their nails done in a faster and efficient way! With the dip powder she is pouring out the powder in separate mini cups so each person doesn’t dip there fingers into the dip container. She is sanitizing in between each customer and using a new package of tools for each customer. She is most definitely taking all the precautions for everyone to stay safe and still be able to get glam!!

Do NOT waste your money!!! The tech I had was HORRIBLE...very slow, more worried about her brush then shaping my nails. Told her several times I wasnt happy. Theyre paper thin after I told her I need them thick. Theyre all shaped uneven. The owner or boss when I complained said I shouldve told the tech I said I did SEVERAL times. $45 seriously for me to have to pay to get them fixed?!?! Dont understand how this place gets buisness at all. I only came here because my nail place is still temporarily closed due to pandemic. Save your money people unless your just getting your feet done

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the island 5 years ago. I will not let anyone else touch my nails!! You’re always greeted by first name and with warm conversation. Rose & Tina are my two favorites, but the quality of service and treatment by all technicians here is incomparable.

A couple months ago, a negative review was posted under my name for Roses Perfect Nails. I want it to be known that I did not write that review!! (My account was hacked, I believe). Roses Nails is by far the best salon there is! Rose does an amazing job, and is always courteous and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

A large number of technicians working so we were able to make a last minute appointment. Nails looked beautiful. Staff is knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. Facility is clean.

You get great quality for a good price. Theyre very gentle and do such an amazing job. Although I only gave 4 stars because they tend to be worried about more than one customer at the same time, I personally like all the attention on me when its my turn.

Great salon for the price. No frills services but they do a great job and are usually very fast and accommodating when scheduling my appointments. I have been going to the owner Rose for years and also Tina for my Acrylics. II recentl switched to their new Genesis Powder sculpted nails and I am extremely happy with it. Micheal does amazing pedicures aswell. He is definitely a perfectionist.

Love themI have been going for a few months now, they are priced equally with other shops on the island, and are 100 times better. They may be more than some places, but you get what you pay for! I will not go anywhere else, Rose and Lee are wonderful! Always happy and friendly, I love going after a stressful day at work.

I’m in the area for business, and broke my nails while traveling. My nail specialist was friendly and did a wonderful job repairing two of my nails. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went in for a rush mini pedicure and gel manicure and the took me right away, did a great job and had me out ther door in 50 minutes. Exactly what I was looking for. I would go back but I dont live in the area.

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I got a full set and asked for them to be short. Well I guess to her they were considered very short. She ended up cutting me 4 times and did not apologize once!! Not to mention my blood got on her nail file and she stuck it back in her drawer to be used again on another client. Extremely disappointed in the service and lack of cleanliness. It was supposed to be a treat for myself now I am stuck with bleeding fingers and unsatisfied with my nails. Would 100% not recommend nor will I be going back ever!

So the nail place I was going to changed owners so there went my nail guy👋🏼..! Now to find another that knows what their doing. This place.... DEFINITELY NOT!!! First the guy whose doing my nails is gonna tell me how im going do/shape my nails, and not care what I want or ask for... Okkkk. Then he cuts the tips down on my hands, does NOT check to see if there even on both hands...WHICH THEY WERENT!!! Then proceeds to apply both the pink and white acrylic sloppy... with spaces between my cuticle and the pink acrylic YOU JUST PLACED...!! Oh maybe that because hes paying more attention to his phone in his pocket that keeps ringing...! EXTREMLY POOR CUSTOMER!!! Do yourself the favor, save your money and continue driving!! 🚗💨
