They do nails and toes very well but they are VERY money hungry. A tip is a choice they make you feel as if the tip is required and I feel like if you don’t give them a certain amount they’ll start talking about you. I also don’t like that they give you two separate people to service you and want you to give 2 separate tips I feel as if they should ask you.

My experience here was not good at all. At first I thought it would be good because even though I didnt have an appointment, they let me be a walk in and took me right away. I was wrong. They were still open for another hour and a half but the lady who took me was clearly in some kind of rush or racing someone to finish first because I have never in my entire life seen someone do my pedicure in like 15-18 mins. I soaked in the water for a whole 3 minutes. She didnt push back my cuticles, she literally just sat the tool on my nail in the motion but didnt push my cuticle at all,She ran through all the steps way too fast and when I said something to her, she shrugged it off and laughed. She literally put a dot of clear top coat on it and the color isnt even covering my entire toe, it is missing corners and is an extremely sloppy job. I will NEVER go here again or refer anyone. I have never in my life not tipped someone for their work but today was the first day. I refused to reward her poor effort to make the client look good.

I liked this place because it was quiet and not crowded. The regular costumers there seemed to be personal with the staff which always tells you how great the customer service is. Dont forget you need to make an appointment before showing up no walk-ins at this time!

Customer service is amazing. Ladies are friendly. Salon is clean with a tranquil ambiance. They have quality products and alot of colors to chose from. I thought the price was a bit expensive. Jenny did a great job with my powder set. I wasnt impressed with my pedicure however. The young lady who did my feet was sweet but did not pay attention to tiny details. My heels needed to be scrubed a bit more to remove the dead skin buildup and my toenails were not polished properly. I would recommend this salon but ensure that you are getting what you want.

I’ve been going to this salon since July of this year and I love getting a mani, pedi and wax from them. It’s a very clean, relaxing and friendly environment. All the staff are very attentive especially the owner TJ and Edith. With every pedicure you get a complimentary paraffin treatment and it is very delightful. I also love the light music that plays. I walked in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was asked if I had an appointment? I told her no and she said No, I cant. I wasnt asked can you come back later or would you like to make an appointment? Just told no! It was rude and uninviting. I will never go back.

This place is very lovely. It is quiet inside with very relaxing music instead of tv, which I personally think is rare to find in a nail salon and I love. Everyone is incredibly nice, the educate I recieved was thorough and very well done, this will definitely be my new regular place. Prices are very reasonable, I paid $25 for my pedicure. Excellent!

They do some great pedicures here. A little expensive, but theyre long in time and do a really quality job. The place was quiet and wasnt overcrowded and the staff was attentive.

Absolute delightful experience and not absurdly priced. I had the nail technician Edith and she was wonderful. She is very detail oriented, polite and works clean.

They dont take u if u have no appointments. The only lady that does acrylic doesnt know how to even shape them correctly nor she said had time for designs. Not going back

This salon has a smaller number of techs than other locations, which is why you must have an appointment. They are also THAT good so they get booked up. I drive out from Montgomery, because any of these ladies are excellent nail techs, perfectionists, and also sweet. The place is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. They are worth planning a mani/pedi in advance. All you need to do is call ahead and secure your spot. If you want a walk-in appt, go elsewhere. This place isnt desperate! Bring cash for tip!

This is by far the best place Ive ever gone in Middletown. The place is very clean and the staff super friendly.

Every time I try to book an appointment they never have anyone available. Called for one pedicure and I’m told to book another day. Called for a manicure and two pedicures I can’t get an appointment. It’s really pathetic. I’ve been there twice and I’ll never go back again.
