My husband wanted an expericed realtor that he thought could maybe sell our house or at least be able to tell us what our home was worth. He picked Maureen Mills she has worked for them at least 35 years so she came gave us a price and told us she could sell home within 1 week so decided to sell. Maureen was wonderful she took the job of selling our home on a Wednesday showed our home to 4 or 6 people on Thursday, Friday showed 8 then had an Open HouseSaturday for 4 hours and had 3 couples bidding on our home. I have heard amazing things about Keller Williams and was so excited to be on board with an agent from Keller! The agent was Stacey Wood. She was nice at first. However, I found out she was lying to me and being deceitful. She never told me that Keller had an app and never told me about the Keller Mortgage program! Not until she thought she was going to lose a sale and was trying to push me to go over budget on my new home purchase! Saying it is only a dinner a month! I think I know MY budget! She gave me codes to lock boxes, she was unprofessional, she listed my home incorrectly and never had me fill out any sort of MA property disclosure! She also told me that the offer on my home was $245k BUT failed to tell me that I was also agreeing to pay $5k in closing costs!!!! Told me I had to rush to accept the offer, I told her I was at work and said are you sure I should sign without fully reading (my stupidity, I know) and trusted her!!!! I then found out after work that I also had to pay $5k in closing costs which she did NOT present to me! The whole process has been a NIGHTMARE! I go to re list my home today and find out she listed it as temporarily withdrawn when she should have cancelled it!!! Luckily, her manager Connor who has been helpful through this fixed it! Something HAS to be done about this agent!

If I could give 0 stars I would ryan hazkins was horrible ! Contacted him to see a property he had listed and he thought he was my buyers agent! Called me at 8:45 at night because he was upset that we werent using him to purchase a home that wasnt even the listening agent for ! Horrible

Please think twice before you use Keller Williams and Danielle Almeida as your real estate agent. We hired Danielle and this firm to sell our house and buy a new one. Danielle not only let us sign a P&S with a person who did not own the property, we found out after closing that we didnt own half of the land we were told would be ours. We had to pay $2,500.00 to hire a separate attorney, just to be able to actually buy the house. I put in a dispute with this office. Nothing was done for us. They basically told us to sue them. If I could put less than one star, I would. Find a different realtor.
