I’d have to say my move in process was very warming, the hospitality was there for sure.

I just moved in here recently ! I love this complex ! I have lived in complexes pretty much my entire life . This is by far the best ! Apartments are really spacious! The office ladies are super super sweet ! This complex is always willing to go out of their way to help residents like they have with me !It’s very peaceful and quiet ! Would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move !

New to this. Hope I’m doing it correctly. Love my apartment. Have lived here for years. Very quite. I love it even more now. Never once have I had service how I have these past couple months. You call they answer. You put a maintenance request they actually come and fix it correctly. Don’t quite know all of the staffs name. Their magnificent. Especially during this pandemic. Hey thanks everyone.

The girls in the office are wonderful they made the process of moving in and processing the paper work and all the info I need to get into my new beautiful apartment a breeze and I do mean beautiful! The unit is freshly cleaned, maintenance thru n thru and smelled wonderful. The view, the amenities and the community itself is mind blowing for the price point.. Love it here.

Beware Unethical practices, company advertises that apartments are available NOW on their web site and encourages you to apply online and pay their application fee, once approved, the apartments were supposedly no longer available.I asked why the web site still states available NOW and was told that just this morning we rented all the one bedrooms. When I asked why the site still had available NOW, I was told it takes 24 hours to update the site. It has now been THREE days and still states the 1 bedrooms are available NOW. Appears to be a ruse to get your application fee perhaps they want to take advantage of so few rentals currently. They need to refund these application fees because they are falsely advertising.

I have lived here for over two years now and the staff, maintenance and manager has always been super friendly. I love my apartment and I always run into super friendly neighbors. Pretty quiet neighborhood and everyone minds their own. Whenever I run into any issues with rent, have issues that need to be fixed or just questions in general they always try every way to make things better or get things fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend living here if ever asked.

This isn’t my first time living in an apartment, but it’s my first time owning one. The process was smooth and low stress. The management responds and is always polite as long as you are respectful of the rules and regulations. Maintenance has always gotten back to me within an hour or so of me calling which is perfectly fine with me. The atmosphere is safe and quiet and parking is open to residents. I have never had much of a problem with parking too far away, and what’s wrong with a little exercise anyway!? I like to have my privacy and we tend to keep to ourselves for the most part so the independence we are allowed here is perfect for us. No it’s not perfect but for the price I couldn’t ask for much more. I’m glad I found this place and would not mind renewing my lease at the end if we aren’t ready for a house yet.

Super rad apartment complex, nice friendly staff who are there for anything when you need it. A nice view on top of the hill, and you’re close to everything! I can play my guitar without any complaints, and a lot of the tenants are super nice or they just keep to their own. Fair price, great 24/7 maintnece.

If you have to move somewhere and you absolutely have no other choice and this place was one of your options... Make this your last choice! Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. The Maintenance man that is on site really is only used to clean up outside and do apartment turns. High maintenance man turn around during my stay. A lot of broken promises so be aware. washer and dryers on site but can be a hit or miss if the card loader doesnt work, better off going down the street to the laundry mat. I would state more about I have wasted enough time.

The buildings are not maintained properly wiring is all kinds of messed up plumbing is the same and then the laundry mat never works the card machine never wants to load money call and complain but nothing changes
