Just renewed my lease. Im happy with my apartment and my upstairs neighbor. Its unfortunate that I probably will have to move next year because of costly rent & fee increases. Seniors on fixed incomes should be given consideration, especially when theyre good paying tenants. Repair responses are very adequate and so are the staff.

Snow is always cleaned up the next day, parking lot & walk ways are cleaned up the next day. parking is unbelievable. People take up two parking spaces. When it snows less parking spaces. Heater makes a bunch of noise. Very thin walls! Laundry room, washer and dryers need to be updated! When the shower wasn’t working properly it took three weeks for someone to come fix it.

Im a new resident so far everything has been Great. I wish Covid wasnt a thing at the present moment to I could explore more. How ever Monica in the front office has been very helpful

This places leaves a lot to be desired. Intermittent hot water issues, noisey neighbors, incompetant maintenance staff, dumpsters overflowing, occasional pot smell, and an ever increasing rent.

Life at Imperial Garden Apartments is wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained, the maintenance team are absolutely wonderful, and its home since 2013. Im glad my roommate and I found this place. Its so convenient to live here with all thats nearby too.

Place is just ok. The little kids have no respect for anyone or anything, and run around with no supervision and do whatever they want. Tried to talk to the upstairs neighbor about all the noise but they don’t care. Walls are so thin the screaming and noise from upstairs keeps me up. Not a good neighborhood, they sit outside and smoke weed constantly, blaring their music and leaving trash everywhere. No consideration for the people around them.

I have been to the leasing office on more than one occasion and spoke to the wonderful woman at the front desk. She was pleasant and did her best to assist me with what I wanted. I do not live there but I am looking and searching. It seemed to be quiet and clean. I want the 1.5 bath but it is for the second floor only. Due to my husbands illness the steps will not work for us at all. I am considering a move to Imperial Gardens. Also it looks a little cut above Imperial Park to me. My opinion.

I have not moved in yet however, I must say the staff has been very patient and helpful. They were able to meet all of my needs and address all my concerns and some other inconveniences that I had. Im so eager to move in! Everything looks so neat and clean there, I enjoy contemplating at the floor plans. The apartment is also located in a great neighborhood, it is a very convenient spot. I have lived here for 6 years. I’ve lived at 3 different apartments. I have been very satisfied with the community I live in, and take pride in where I live. I have read reviews from people that state that this place is a nightmare. I disagree wholeheartedly. If you work to make your surroundings pleasant then it will be. But if you are a slob and don’t take pride in your surroundings then don’t complain. The staff is not responsible to keep your home clean. If an issue arises maintenance will do everything possible to correct the issue in a timely fashion. I have had some issues in my home and had to wait for a replacement. However an inconvenience I understand that somethings need to be ordered or a more serious matter is at hand in another residence that require immediate attention and I have to wait a day or so, It happens. But what’s important is someone will call to advise of the delay, that’s called professionalisms. The Property Manager and staff here are amazing compassionate, caring, devoted and hands on. I highly recommend living here.

I submitted maintenance requests several times now for the sewer like smell in my apartment they keep saying they finished the work from outside but it has been ongoing for 3 weeks now and the drain in my kitchen also keeps spurting sewer water all over the kitchen floor and countertops. They are really bad at keeping their apartments maintained

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hurts to even give them 1 start.Take my advice and don’t ever consider renting there. Moved in back in December to an apartment that was supposed to look the this beautiful model they advertise but was I wrong. I was assigned an apartment that was never renovated. The only thing that was done was the carpet. The apartment was never cleaned. I had to take it upon myself and clean the entire apartment myself because I spent over a week waiting for their cleaners to come which they never did. The apartment smelled like an ashtray like someone had just moved out the day before I moved in. What made it worse is the apartment was infested with fleas. Management is very unprofessional and could care less about your complaints. Worst living experience I’ve ever been through. These apartments aren’t worth your hard earn money. Invest it somewhere else not in these outdated slums

I have my apartment unlivable, I request by all means changes and repairs and nobody responds, the maintenance service is very bad, they do not maintain anything, nobody is responsible

I had a little problem in the beginning to move in but overall everything is perfect. I love the staffing and the maintenance workers . Very respectful and on time to a call.. I just moved here and i’m comfortable

This place hasn’t changed since I lived there in 2009. The recent reviews have made me tell my son to look elsewhere. You should take pride where you live, instead of being afraid to walk outside. The walls and floors continue to be paper thin as per all of the reviews, just like it was back then.Appliances are still outdated and the cabinets are throwbacks from 1980’s. If you are going to take people’s money, make it a nice place for them to have pride to live at. Get it together slum lords!’Don’t allow your loved ones to live here. Totally gross place!

Rent has gone up every year, very old outdated apartments, paper thin walls hear everything my neighbors say and now they charge monthly parking fees. Heat went out twice in one week the second time Im in the cold for days and they only provided me with a very small space heater to try and stay warm!! not even worth one star!!!

I regret moving here 6 months ago. They claim its income-based but they wont re-assess you rent when you income goes down. I called the main office, no one answers the phone or returns your calls. I went to the leasing office in person and explained my pay is $10,000 less because I had to change jobs due to the long commute to the city and could no longer do it. I was told I they dont reassess the rent. Whatever you get approved for the first time, thats what it is and there is nothing I can do except to move if I cannot afford it because if I dont pay the rent,it will add up, along with late fees and then they will start eviction process. I even tried to call the regional manager for the property and she never answered the phone or return calls. When I was considering renting, they always answered calls and returned messages. Once they get you in, thats it. I have no other choice but to move. Its unfortunate that people are so uncaring and do not abide by what they advertise. You shouldnt claim to be income-based if you refuse to reassess income when residents financial circumstances change.

I have read so many negative reviews about these apartments and I must disagree. The property is well maintained, the management is very friendly and helpful, and it is not noisy. If you work full time you will never notice anything because you are not home. Even so, I was on maternity leave for 3 months and unless the joyful playing of children bothers you then maybe that is your issue.I have been living in Imperial Ridge for 3 years and am very happy.

Had an appointment tomorrow to view an apartment and was told I needed to bring $200 to hold the apartment, however my mind has drastically changed after reading these reviews. I refuse to move into the same thing Im fighting to get my family away from.IMPERIAL GARDENS, you really need to take heed to what is being written from your tenants and come to some conclusion on how you can make things better...THEN IMPLEMENT ITthank you, but no thank you

Where do I start, we just left this place and could not be happier. The cops are always at this place and our neighbor was arrested multiple times. There was also a possible gun threat and about 10 cops showed up and one pulled out a rifle.This place seemed nice at first but now I know why they said they always have apartments for rent....it is not for a good reason. Most of my neighbors have moved out and we got unsuspecting new ones. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. They even fired Monica and rehired her after they even talked about how bad she was with paperwork after she “lost” our referral form and prevented us from getting our rent credit. Depending on who is on duty the pool is not skimmed of leaves and bugs every day. They charge for cold water and parking and the late fees and pet fees are outrageous. The washer and dryers are mediocre and you are better off going to a laundry mat if you did have to live here. Steer clear of this place, I would never recommend it to anyone especially people with children and the kids that do live here have no respect for others property.

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.IT IS KEPT VERY CLEAN AND THE WORKERS ARE VERY RESPECTFUL. THEY WORK VERY HARD TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN GOOD SHAPE!!

Where to begin, after I first moved in I noticed a leak in my ceiling and not just a small leak. After 3 months of me calling and emailing with no response it took a health inspector and them almost getting fined to fix it. Ive also made numerous calls and emails regarding other things just to be told they dont fix this or that or Ill get done once I move out. Meanwhile I live with mold, water build-up, foundation problems and a refrigerator thats been fixed 3 times yet it still leaks and the freezer doesnt freeze. My heat has to be set to 90 for it to work so its either extremely hot or its cold. I have pictures from when I moved in, the problems I inquired about throughout my time here and videos. Rent goes up every year, they are charging us for parking and when you put in a maintenance request it doesnt get done for a long time after.

Highly regret moving here. The price to live here is not worth it for highly outdated apartments with cob job maintenance guys . They constantly try and stick you with fees . Garbage is constantly overflowing out and spread all over the place . Management never answers or returns calls . Take my advice and stay away from this place

Lived here one year. Will not be renewing . Ill be moving to New Jersey for work. My issues are the management office never returns my calls. Ever... Recently our mail stopped coming and our rent is due this coming week. I called the office to see how to precide and still havent heard back. That is important, they made a big deal about my roommates money order told her they didnt except them any longer and asked her didnt she get the notice. Apparently not if she was giving them a Money order. Very pricey for a un updated complex. Parking is horrible there is about three motorcycles in my unit and they all taking up spaces. They should a different area to park those near each other . Not the best kind of people have lived Here. Thankfully they all have left . I wouldnt move back if I had to

Not the Safest apartments in Middletown.. Hardly any Lights in Development..Counted 12 Consecutive lights out in 2 Separate sections...unsatisfactory

Where would you like to start? Between the matinance requests taking over two months for them to address and not fully complete the job requested. The rent goes up every year plus now theyre charging parking fees. My monthly bill had gone up 100 since I moved in January of this year. The money card machine that allows to reload the funds for the washer and dryers breaks down for weeks.If you dont mind almost hitting peoples cars/kids while they all line up waiting for the school bus ( some of us have to go to work and its very rude to block the entrance) and parents who dont watch their kids as they play in the streets, leaving the bicycles in the streets and racing their scooters into residents cars. #hitandrunsALSO Please dont respond with a generic response from owner I am so sorry to hear about your experience because if you actually cared you would have a higher rating

Horrible!!! Youll never have a consistent monthly bill. Always hidden charges. Floors are uneven, walls are thin, toilets and tube always back up, horrible prison mirrors in bathroom, appliances not updated, etc. I can go on and on. Management NEVER available unless theyre collecting money. Neighbors are loud, druggie and alcoholics. Now I see why people are always moving out every weekend.

Worst place ever. Tenant below us played the TV so loud, we could hear it over ours. Was told by Management that they had been here for years and there was never a problem. Day 2, the cigarette smoke was so bad we could smell it in our apt. Kitchen cabinets were disgusting.....inside and out. Asked to be moved because of smoke smell. Had to fight with Regional office for weeks for that to happen.. Was sent to look at another apt without property employee. We were given the key to an occupied apt, and told it was empty. The list goes on. We were finally moved to another apt after threatening to contact attorney general. People continually were speeding through the parking lot, creating a hazard. Management was very rude and incompetent. If you want to live in the ghetto, move here. They never fix anything, until you make threats.

Im a current resident nice staff good apartments some of other people talk bad about this apartment but to me are beautiful apartments to live you call to maintenance they come very fast recommended 100%

I was forced to leave because my neigh or beneath me moved in with bedbugs epidemic. And my balcony had holes within the base and squirrels got in and it ate through everything from my pantry to the pictures and books shoes and clothing.But I really would like to thank them for the opportunity to live there, and the maintenance people that always show up when I needed them. Thank you Keith and the rest of the crew.

Horrible place to live. Not worth the money, laundryroom is always dirty and the washers and dryers are always broken.worst of all we found snakes in our apartment and nothing was done about iteven though they knew others were complaining of the same issue. Then we were charged $3000 just to move out.. smh they also have bed bug infestation in the gardens lets not forget our cars getting scratched up by kids playing outside and the snow plows

I LIVED THERE FOR TWO YEARS, AND MANAGEMENT ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.. MY SON HAD TO MOVE CLOSER TO HIS JOB, AND IT WAS A SAD DAY FOR ME. I FELT SAFE THERE, AND WAS RESPECTED BY EVERY WORKER, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT!!!!! THERE WERE NEVER NO BEDBUGS LIKE INDICATED, AND IF THERE WAS WHY DIDNT YOU HAVE IT CORRECTED AS THEY ARE USUALLY ON THE MOVING TRUCK WITH YOUR OWN BELONGINGS. I HOPE ONE DAY WE CAN MOVE BACK TO THAT WONDERFUL PLACE, AS I MISS IT SO MUCH.THE GRASS ALWAYS LOOKS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE!!! THE LAUDRY WAS WONDERFUL, BEATS THE LAUDRYMAT!!!!! Plan on staying for only the year, rent is raised drastically every year, you can rent a full house for the prices they charge for a 2 bedroom. 2 different families lived under us, BOTH smoked weed daily and it would fill my daughters room and the apartment with a strong smell of weed, we couldnt even let our daughter sleep in her room because the smell was so strong. Its super ghetto and wana be thugs hanging outside blocking the roads all hours of the night and act like they wana fight you when you finally squeeze by since they refuse to move. I think management has caller ID they will pick up once, but then ignore every call after, id call from a diff number and boom they answer. Apartments also get a ton of people living there so very noisy. I got lucky and the inside of my place was nice and having heat included is great, snow clean up is fast, i had no problems with maintenance guys, but like i said you can rent an entire house for cheaper in a non ghetto area for the prices they charging. I also heard they always keep your deposit and charge you for everything even if you leave your place spotless. Oh no one cleans up after their dogs, theres dog crap EVERYWHERE, its disgusting and super annoying when you cant walk 2 feet without seeing dog poop

Terrible place period. God forbid you dont move your car in time they tow it away and make you pay around 300$ to get it back. i actually saw my car getting put onto the lift, ran out there and the guy wanted 175$ right there..my car was parked there for maybe 6 hours because i got home late. Plus they damaged my car and wouldnt pay for it
