I inquired about a property to the listed agent. His name is Scott Nardozzi. I had one or two simple questions. The response I received from Scott was that I would have to sign a contract to receive an answer. They are the Bomb! Not only do they find excellent tenants, they take all the worry and stress away. They really care about their customers needs and communicate very effectively at every step of the process. They are fantastic people and it clearly comes through in everything they do. When I sold one of my properties they suggested taking back the management of it myself, saving me money in the process. I will be hiring them in the future to screen new tenants. I considered a condo to rent that was managed by Cavanaugh. They would not release the lease for review without the first months rental as a deposit ($1.9k). After finding the lease unacceptable, we requested our $$ be returned. A month later, still waiting. Would NOT recommend them.
