Only have 1 3rd floor apartment that you can only have 2 cats on the 3rd floor

Over the past 2 years that I’ve lived here my experience has been adequate. I’ve had a few bad experiences with some young kids throwing rocks outside and breaking my window, to the multiple energy company salespeople coming to my door asking to change energy suppliers. Although in general I have had no problems with the landlord and she has given me a break on the 1 or 2 times I was couple days late on the rent.

Probably wont get your whole deposit back once you move out, but other than that its a decent place to live and the maintenance staff is wonderful. The Manager is nice and good at her job, but she does have a bad habit of assuming the worst in people and will get defensive and accusing towards you before giving you a chance to explain yourself.

Nice property 3 story apartment buildings with outdoor walk-up staircases. Lots of pine trees around the buildings. Apartments are fair for the price.

Ok until you need something.plus rent was increased without notice.then given eviction notice for requesting written notice also not all apartments on same monthly payment even though all are one bedroom.

Maps gave me great directions .

Worst experience of my life. If you look out your window everyday. You can see what looks like a bad episode of King of the hill. Thats actually your unqualified maintenance crew. The landlord is a nutbag who will lie and deny responsibility for her own incompetence, & her staffs incompetence. There is also a bed bug blaming game going on in one of her buildings. That is going untreated. As she moves new tennant after new tennant in. Beware.. Stay away.. Dont become a victim.

The neibor hood was very trashy and apartments are kind of ran down i wouldnt recomend it to my enemy

This is Kathy Kaplan - First time I went to her apartment smelled like cigarettes and marijuana - Filthy - After a moth I told her to move out - We left it cleaner than when she first moved inI have pictures. She put down a $300.00 Deposit and we want it back.
