Visiting Miami from 1700+ miles away and our car stalled, I will admit it was a bit of a long wait most likely due to the roadside assistant end but the guy who came out ( wish I would have gotten his name) was so nice and helpful, did everything he could to make us feel better about our situation and pinpointed exactly what was wrong with our vehicle. He went beyond the expatiation and we are grateful to have had him for our tow guy!!! God forbid our car ever does this again while visiting Miami Ted & Stans towing will be our goto guys!!! 10/10 highly recommend..

Had my Work Semi truck and trailer break down at intersection of sw8th street at 7am on a Thursday. Took them less then 45min to get to me. About 15min to hook up. Dealership to fix truck had no room for trailer. They towed trailer back to their drop yard. Week later after my truck was fixed. I called drop yard. They were there within 10min so I could get trailer. Excellent Service! Thanks guys!!!

This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don’t even wanna give them one star they deserve a negative rating. My roadside assistance ordered a tow for me 5 hours ago. They keep repeatedly lying to me about the location of the driver. I call every 30 minutes and everyone seems lost and confused. Please don’t do business with this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Call ANY other tow company. Ridiculous.

Extremely unreliable tow service company. Was supposed to tow my car at 11am, and they didn’t even show up after I called them 5 times. They had cancelled on me without even notifying me. Do not trust this company when you are stuck!!!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!If you try to use this company, you will be WASTING YOUR TIME! Literally!!!I hired this company through CitizenShipper to haul my boat across the country. I had a good 7-10 days or so of availability (meaning it could be picked up at any time) and I chose this company because the other drivers on CitizenShipper are mostly people trying to “fill returning loads”.In other words... if they haul something from California to Florida... they try to book a shipment from in/around Florida (to in/around California) for their drive *back to* California. The problem with this... is if the shipment *TO* Florida gets cancelled... the driver will typically cancel the “returning” shipment *FROM* Florida as well.Needless to say, I didn’t want *my* load being cancelled due to someone *else’s* shipment being cancelled... so I booked Ted and Stan’s towing because they were located just 4 hours from me, and I didn’t think the problem (that I described above) would apply to them as much as a regular trucking company.So anyway... at first, I was told they could pick my boat up on Tuesday. So we booked Tuesday. Then they said their load for Monday was cancelled—so now they could pick it up Monday. (Perfect, I thought! Planning a cross country move is stressful and I wanted this boat GONE before we moved. So Monday was even better.)Then on Sunday I get a message stating that they got “caught up” on a load that day... so they wondered if they could push it back to Tuesday again.Totally... no problem. We understand that there are delays. Then Tuesday evening rolls around and we give them a call and 1) they sound confused as to who I am, then 2) tell me that there was an emergency with the driver so they would see if someone else could be dispatched.Mind you... they are 4 HOURS from my location, and the driver continued to “read” my messages without responding (see screenshots)... so by the end of the day... I think there was PLENTY of time to fill us in as to what was going on.When someone finally called us back, they simply told us that they were still looking for a driver. Then we asked for a discount and they said they’d call us back after speaking to someone about that possibility.Not only that... but they had a 3rd party vendor reach out to us... and when we’d try to follow up by calling the number listed for Ted & Stan’s Towing on Google... we kept getting the dispatcher who “doesn’t know anything because she’s just a dispatcher” and can only take a message.So, needless to say... we didn’t use this company after all. In fact, I couldn’t take the risk of this happening with another company so I had to drive the boat across the country, just to drive back before my planned-move across the country.And 2 weeks later... (even though I haven’t officially cancelled the shipment yet) they still haven’t followed up!!!EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Like how are they even still in business?

Towed from an unmarked/sprayed over sign, song with many others. They purposely sprayed over the sign so that people would park there for this busy marina, and then on the other side of the vacant lot, where nobody parks they have one sign where nobody can see it. Criminals looking to extort you out of $180 - cash only.

Julio was very nice and skilled at loading my Volvo onto a flatbed quickly. He made sure to check the oil level on my car before cranking it.

Horrible service rude unprofessional. I went to pick up a trailer for my job the lady that came out ask do you have an appointment I said no my job send me. Then she tell me it’s put in place so people like you don’t just come up here(the tune was extremely rude). But when I called them on the phone because it was recorded they where very professional.

My motorcycle was stolen a month ago today a I received a call saying it was recovered by this company. I arrive to the company and ask what condition is it in they act as if they knew nothing till I paid them $151 after paying everyone is still acting like they are clueless where the motorcycle is, they sent me to the gated storage area to meet with the man who would take me to my bike he also has no idea. They then walked me into there business where there’s a motorcycle frame on the floor and literally nothing attached not even a swing arm or handle bar. So I was charged $151 for nothing because it’s no way they recovered that from a parking space when it could easily be removed by hand. I’m now under the impression that they know who stole my bike because who in the hell recovers a piece of metal and call it a recovered vehicle. These people are criminals

They dont even deserve a one star, worst company ever, stay away from these people, my car broke down and they were the company hired to tow my car, they said their estimated time of arrival would be 45 minutes to an hour and a half, 5 hours went by and they never made it to pick up my car, everytime i call they would tell me another 45 minutes to an hour, i finally got in touch with my road side assitance company and they canceled the job with them and sent me another company, if i would have been told from the begining that they were going to take sooooooo long i would have made that call a long time ago, but this company kept lying about how long they would take to get there, stay away from this company, save your self a headache and a lot of time, this company should not be operating and guess what?? The only thing they got to say for them selfs is sorry that our service was not to your satisfaction blahh blahh blahh, HORRIBLE COMPANY, DONT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Car was towed by this very shady business in a location with barely a sign indicating they would tow. The staff was unfriendly, uncooperative and the place looks like a run down and abandoned building. Not sure how a company like this stays in business.

They will try their best not to release your car by any means, at the 3rd day they put a *Lien* on it and add you a fee to the bill ect ect, the 2 fat girls that manage the place wont even put you in contact with a superior or owner. This place basically will want to rob your own car. The place is a Joke! Horrible!! Its a scam.

Scam, they do not take credit card and only require cash to remove car. The whole company is a scam and an illegal way for a bunch of low life’s that take people car regardless of time being on the parking meter just to make money. I definitely recommend fighting any legal issues against this company in court because they are breaking laws with the knowledge that Miami police department has no jurisdiction over these civil matters.. When they towed my car there was 1 hour and 35 mins left on my timer that I paid for. They are all scums...

Had my car towed today from this company, they are very professional and friendly. I had called before taking an Uber to get my car they explained everything that was needed and fees, I Was treated very well greeted very professionally.

A very disgusting group of individuals, even down to the lowest level of workers. The wife is very unprofessional and rude and charges an extra $50 for Cash App payments after claiming that their credit card machine is broken stating that it’s a “personal favor” so she HAS to charge extra. Also be wary because they do steal and sell the cars they tow. I witnessed a couple come to retrieve their towed car and it was no longer in the company’s possession and they had very poor excuses which made the couple rightfully cause a commotion. Overall, they are very money hungry people who have no form of human compassion or empathy towards people, especially if you’re Black.

My suv was towed from wynwood. The picture shows my back bumper touching the yellow line so it was towable to them. My car wasn’t there very long. I was told it would be $131. I had a credit card/debit-they do not take credit cards, yet have a credit card machine. Thankfully I also had cash. I gave the lady $140, she then tells me she didn’t have change. I asked her to call her boss, to see what could be done. It didn’t happen. The lady told me I should come back with exact amount or come tomorrow. How do you not have change if you only take cash? My friend had to get the $11. They needed ID, gave my passport. They needed DL, gave them that to. Just keep your composure and get your car because from my experience every level was frustrating and unnecessary from beginning to end.

Towing is never a pleasant experience but these people do not care and will actively work to make it as inconvenient and exasperating for you as possible. Their rhetoric is insensitive and rude and they truly only care about the money they make. Under no circumstances should a car that YOU towed dissappear from your companys possession. It is VERY unprofessional and sketchy. The lot of them lack compassion and empathy. This is a very pitiful and morally repugnant way to make a living.

Biggest SCAM in Miami. I paid to park my car in a lot in Wynwood area and my car was towed. I had a paid receipt which does NOT state anywhere that it should be displayed in your vehicle. Meanwhile I had my car towed because “someone “ called this company to report I did not have a receipt displayed. However, I entered my license plate in the pay machine which validated the date, time, and amount paid and expiration time. I was back well before my time expired to find my vehicle was not there!! I had to Uber 25 minutes away to get my vehicle for $150!!OF COURSE this towing company and the parking lot owner are in cahoots to scam honest people. Sad way to earn a living.

If only I could give 0 stars. I’ve had my fair share of encounters with anti-black hispanic people but these people are by far the worst. If you’re Black, prepare to have to jump through several hurdles to get your vehicle back all while having horrid customer service at the same time. If you’re (un) lucky, then your vehicle won’t even be in the company’s possession when you come to pick it up. Overcharging Black customers, attempting to deny official notarized letters from Black customers, and having condescending and disrespectful rhetoric and attitudes toward Black customers are staple characteristics of this establishment. I hope in the future they treat their Black customers like human beings instead of having a devastating lack of empathy towards them and making it disproportionately harder for them to get their vehicle back in comparison to other customers.

These people are scammers! They towed our car after we paid $13 in Wynwood for parking. Then they demanded we pay $131 ($11 more than what they list on the sign in their shop) in cash at 1:00 AM to get the car back! Their credit card machine was broken. I requested to see the manager of the lady who I was speaking with (who was extremely rude btw) and she refused. Wouldnt give me the managers number or name and then kicked me off the property! Had to call the cops and surprise surprise they were just there the day prior. Terrible experience and terrible company.

Not like these reviews matter since you arent choosing to use them but they dented and scratched my brand new car by hitting it against the one next to me when they towed it. Then they denied it like cowards and liars. If you call in and ask the managers name they say they cant release any information on employees. Terrible company the owner should be ashamed

I got a loan 3 months with rapid auto loan and this company is own by the same rapid auto loan company I was late almost 3 weeks with my Payment and they repo my car and they play me because they make me pay my late fee saying i was getting my car back and wasnt true they told me after I pay i have to pay the full amount of my loan 5000 thousand i almost go crazy plus this towing svc scratch my car and a lot of my stuff were missing theres to many irregulations here i wont rest till this go public every deserve to know

The car was towed in Wynwood. Although the friend repeated the address where we can pick up the car and repeated it wrong, the lady on the phone did not warn him that he was typing the wrong address. We paid $ 40 for a taxi.The tow had to pay us a debit card, they probably had a bad terminal, because the card works, credit cards were not taken and we did not have $ 131 cash. Finally same friend took a tow truck to the ATM, and left for it to pay another $ 20th Very unpleasant experience.

They take the cars at their convenience, they do not tow the managers cars, even if they break the law, I will report a report to this company.
