Truly embarrassed and disgusted at this business I’ve filed a complaint with dade county and hopes it gets shut down.I waited 4 hours and I’m still waiting by law they have to have someone here from 8am-6pm to retrieve your vehicle nobody has came the owner has lied to the police and myself every time we call.This is a bad company

This place is the worst towing company, they towed my car and went there to pick it up and to my surprise was damage on the rear fender and they denied and took no responsibility for it, they told me that they pick the car like that, LIARS, so at the end i had to pay the towing fine plus now i have to fix my car from my own pocket, these people are garbage!!!

The worst service ever seen, they take your car at any time, and they return it to you whenever they want .... they are not a serious company, in fact they are the worst in Miami..!

Needed 3 cars removed from our condo gcarage. Violators are under the impression that they can make their OWN spot due to hurricane. Corporate towing was not available to tow. Not even any rain outside. Went to a mailbox full status. not very professional if you ask me!!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF YOUR A MANAGEMENT Company!!!I am a resident in North Bay Village. Bought a BRAND NEW CAR had the community management ZRS sticker on there. The company towed my car, scratched and dented it. Even after realizing they got the wrong car and realized they picked up a community resident car. The employee refused to release it over the weekend until I disputed it with the management company. Which would leave me without my car. Basically coursing you to pay 151$ just get your car back.Straight thief’s, the towing companies location is so unsafe. Across from abandon house in a very dangerous part of the city.I honestly am so disappointed that our complex And management company ZRS actually works with them. Frustrating people to work with and just does not reflect good on any company.

They towed my car, but they weren’t licensed to do so, I got a full rebate after calling the city of miami to investigate them.

Im sure going to retrieve your car out of a towing lot is not ever a pleasant experience but do not make it more difficult when we call in advance and ask if you accept credit/debit card and when we show up tell us no you cannot. I suspect they would rather take cash to save on credit card processing fees. Also, we asked how much it would cost after they told us upon arrival that we can only pay with cash and the nearest ATM was not even on site we had to walk to a shady convenience store across the street and then when coming back they tell us it went up another $50 because the extra increment of time the car was in the lot. I will be reporting you to Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources.

Predatory towing, They are patrolling parking lots totally illegal file a complaint if your car was towed at night time. No one is calling these people to tow at night. Predatory towing. They stole my sisters car at 3AM.Florida law: Your car may not be towed unless a representative of the property owner authorizes it at the site time-stamped time at tow before the tow and specifiying your vehicle.

Worst service ever. The didnt open the office on time. I waited outside the place for more than one hour and they didnt open the office. They are quick at taking your car but slow when it comes to returning it. If I ran my business like these guys I wouldnthe have a business. Total disregard for the customers and the advertise office hours.

After Finding Out That My Car Was Wrongfully Towed, The Owner Was Upset Because He Lost Out On Some Money & He Started Being Disrespectful & Rude To My Boyfriend & I, Using Derogative Language & Even Threating To Fight My Boyfriend ! $160 cash only to release a car held for a half hour. Parked in the wrong lot (didnt see the sign) and they damaged my fender. Nice enough people but extortion none the less and higher price to release then anyone else Ive come across.

They toweled away my car, and I contacted them immediately, they gave me the address and told me to go to pick up the car, in less than 20min I was at their office and Ive been here waiting already for more than 3 hours. And now they just dont answer the phone. Now its 1:26 in the morning and we Im still waiting, the place is dangerous, the people around are drunk. I just wanted to pick up my car !!

Extortionists. Gone for 10 minutes and came back to find driver about to hook up my car and would not move his truck. As defined in Florida Statute 715.07 if you arrive and find your car about to be towed, the driver must stop and the vehicle must be returned upon payment of a reasonable fee of not more than one-half the posted rate for the towing or removal service, and the driver is also required to provide a receipt. This driver overcharged by $20 and did not provide any receipt. Would not be surprised if he pocketed the cash for himself rather than giving it to his superiors. Well, this is Miami after all--a third-world country--where scammers and scumbags abound. Not recommended. Take your business elsewhere.

Ive only used their services once so far back in early December; I called for my car to get towed home and they told me that would be at my location within 15 minutes. Theyre located at 79th street while I was at 52nd street, they arrived exactly within 15 minutes. The driver was kind and very courteous and I was only charged $70 to get up to opa locka.

The worst towing experience i have ever had, they have a sign that says they open at 8:00 it was 11:00 and there were 4 cars outside waiting, they tried to overcharge me for an extra day when it clearly said on the paper 1:30 am. And my copy receipt had no time of pick up...on my way home i go to look for my inverter and it was stolen, another $60. ...this is abuse ...comon these guys get away with whatever they want

I broke down last friday over at Mid Town . Lets just say I was very affriad for my girlfiend and I it was 3 am and all the tow companies I called had a wait time of 2hrs OMG. Finally called Corprate Towing I explained my issue and the owner Jorge said he would pick us up himself . He was there in 30 min, my car just needed a jump . He advised me to change my batt asap . We made it home safe thank you Jorge I still cant believe you did not accept a penny from us my parent really appriciated that aswell. People go around every day talking about how there is no good people left in this world I CANT AGREE!

Lied about receiving an address for service, I called back, insisting they confirm the pickup location and they lie and tell me I gave them the address, when I hadn’t. They refused to send a pick up and hung up in my face twice. They should honestly just shut down if they don’t want to work. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

The custom scam. Marriage partners gathered in an office. With a single objective to extend the stay of the cars to liquidate your finances at an adulterated price without government control.

As it was, it did not occur to me to read before all the bad experiences that have been exposed. Today was one of the worst days of my life. This guy Jorge is super rude and not to mention the woman. While I addressed them with respect, they answered me with insults and very rudely when I asked them to explain to me why I had to pay $ 200 for 24 hours that they had my car and they certainly took it away for no reason. I will also do everything possible to make them pay the mistreatment they have with clients so much so that even with a panic attack I got out of there. In the end I ended up paying that exorbitant sum and even so it took 1 hour to deliver the car. It is a mafia what this company and the condos have set up.
