The guy who picks up the phone is completely rude . Has no manners what’s so ever no professionalism.

Do not use this company for AAA. Didnt have the decency to call and pretended to have arrived but didnt. Waisted my time and my day that I need my car for my business.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would’ve. This company is the definition of unprofessionalism. We called Triple A to get a tow out to BMW. The car couldn’t go on neutral due to flood damage but a previous tow company still was able to tow the car. West Miami towing was assigned our tow at 12:30 PM and didn’t show up until 3:45 PM. We waited almost 4 hours for a rude man to come and say I can’t do the job and just left with no apology. Extremely dissatisfied and Triple A should not be working with this company.

Our rental car died at a gas station while we were on our way to return it at the airport. We were concerned about missing our flight because Roadside Assistance told us a tow truck would take 70 minutes. But Mario from West Miami Towing called us right away - and arrived within 15 minutes. He efficiently took care of the car, so that we could get to the airport on time. Thank you for your great service!

Called AAA and they sent me this company. Upon arrival, the driver told me he could not help me & that I was to contact AAA again. I asked him the reason why he couldnt help me and he didnt say instead, he left me stranded. not nice, i contacted AAA & told them to discontinue their contract w/this company. They were extremely concerned to the drivers response.

Do not use this company for AAA. They are awful. The say they are there and they are not. They try to rip you with additional miles to get extra cash. They are crooks.

Horrible!! Do NOT USE!! The left me stranded in the middle of the street and drove off! driver super rude! Use any other company except this one!!

Do not use these people if you have triple A since they will leave you stranded by telling you they have arrived if you are not by your vehicle

Like another reviewer said, if I could give 0 stars, I would. If I could give negative, I would. This company should not be in existence. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Like many other reviewers, I was assigned this company’s services by AAA (didn’t realize I could choose). We had THREE drivers from this company come to tow our car, and all three times they refused to help us. The first time the car “wasn’t in a good position” even though we offered to reposition it, the second time they “couldn’t tow a 4 wheel drive car” even though we were very clear about what kind of car we had, and the third time they didn’t even call us when they “arrived” so they cancelled the service request with AAA. I don’t believe they ever even showed up. We even submitted a fourth request for towing through AAA, for which they just never showed up after 4 hours of waiting (and us cancelling other obligations). What’s more, they kept showing up with the wrong tow truck (wrecker vs flat bed) when we specifically asked for the other. Then that was just another excuse for them not to help us. I found out from AAA that the company was telling them false information about their visits to make them seem like they were in the right). However, given the repetitiveness of this terrible service, I’m just as upset with AAA as I am with this company. No one should ever do business with this company, and AAA surely knows this by now.
