Excellent service during a rough hit and run accident!! Driver was caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Main office was also very helpful. Very pleasant experience in a difficult moment.

I understand this is Miami and a Towing Company on top of that, but wow was this one of the worst experiences Ive had with a business. My vehicle was stolen and towed to their lot. The back windows were broken and the vehicle sat in the lot for two weeks with no covers on the windows and it rained almost everyday in those two weeks. On two occasions I went in to get things out of the vehicle and sign some paperwork, there were two gentlemen at the front desk and they took their sweet time attending my needs. On both occasions, one just sat there doing nothing and did not even acknowledge my presence. They lacked professionalism, courtesy, and tact. I had no choice where my vehicle was towed but I would never use this company.

They are very professional. Note: If you are signing your vehicle over to your insurance please bring your registration and license. I wasnt told by my insurance beforehand so I had to leave and come back with my registration.

Omg, our day started out awful, we got a flat tire on the turnpike at 6am. My daughter and I were frantic, we didnt know what to do. Thank God for AAA sending Ray to our rescue. He exhibited phenomenal service, very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept us engaged and even made a few jokes, he really brighten up our day! We would recommend this towing company to our family and friends they are truly amazing and we appreciate your service!

Highway robbery. These people are absolute trash. Extremely rude. Vehicle caught fire on the side of the interstate, I told law enforcement I had a tow enroute and not to tow it, they said only if you can beat excalibur towing. I had to way to get back to Miami to get my vehicle out and they refused to let a friend of mine pay and take posession on my behalf. A week later the bill was over $1100. They put a 5 year wreckers lien on my license not allowing me to renew registration. Maximum allowable by law lien for tow is $495. I could not pay thru the dmv, I was required to contact them directly during a 2 hour window, 2 days a week. Once the $900 bill (not 495) they would supposedly release the lien in 10 days. I cant say enough bad things about this fraudulent company. How do you sleep at night taking advantage of good people? Just look at all your bad reviews of all the people yall have hurt.

There very slow at attending customers, and are not rude but actions speak louder than words! A bit more improvement on customer service and I think things would be better.

If I could give them no stars I would.My daughter Gad a freak accident this morning where her car lost control on the turnpike. The state trooper called Excalibur to come get her because she had a flat with no spare. She was no more than 10 miles from the towing yard. The car got to Excalibur’s yard around 12:30PM and her auto repair picked it up at 3:30PM. For that amount of time and the tow they charged her $352. That is THEFT!!!! I have never heard of a towing service charging this amount in ONE day. DO NOT USE THEM.

We were in a car wreck near Miami Florida. Jose came to tow the car and went out of his way to give us a ride to the gas station to get an Uber. He was very nice and very good and a big blessing! Thanks Jose

This page towed my truck after the police recovered it from being stolen here in Jacksonville. They claimed to have sent me a certified letter, but that was never attempted to have been delivered (my retired aunts address, so always home) They threatened to sell my truck if I didnt get there by 5pm that day; since it had been 30 days since they towed it, but only an hour since I CALLED JSO here to follow up on case. They charged me $1,825.49 (which $175.25 was to tow it out of their gate so AAA could change the ignition switch!) They also charged me 2 extra days of storage, even though I had someone down there to pick it up!!! This business is as crooked as they come, and I will be seeing them in small claims court! Making me pay for my own truck that was stolen... they never sent the letter, and couldnt produce it when I drove overnight to them and had to pay them. Terrible business!!!

Got a flat tire late last night. Tesla Roadside Assistance uses Excalibur as one of their towing providers. Waiting for a tow always takes a long time no matter which towing company you use, it’s the nature of the business. When Paul arrived he was apologetic for the wait and an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained the whole process and I knew I could trust him with my car. Please give my many thanks to Paul!

Why is This truck for no reason trying to run people off the road on the sidewalk trying to cut cars off makes no sense

I recently was in a crash and the police automatically sent my car to this establishment because apparently they have a contract with them and they deal with all towing affairs in Miami. They only strived to screw me and my family over with their fees, even though the crash wasn’t my fault. I recommend to be wary of were you park in Miami and that whoever is unfortunate enough to cross paths with them to deal with their affairs quickly.

Ill never forget. Crashed my car, they towed...a priceless watch (gift) from my wife was taken along with my professional camera. I knew exactly where they were bc I put them in what I thought were secret compartments. They literally went through and found these compartments and took these items. When I confronted them all they could tell me was WE DONT KNOW. I went up to management and they had the same answer. These are people that have families themselves but are very low life people that run this company. Karma will get them if it hasnt already.

DO NOT USE THEM !!! I got stranded on the highway I made my call at 5:29pm and at 7:22pm I’m still waiting and they just keep canceling the tow drivers and saying that they are others with more priority. Please do not waste your money with them !!!! The worst company so far !!!

Received a tow from Excalibur through AAA. Very fast service. Arrived within 5 minutes of call. Very pleasant driver who was very careful getting us off the side of the highway and into the truck. Dropped up off at Hyundai Dealership. Would highly recommend

Be careful this towing company. They have a habit of towing your vehicle from a disable parking even though you have your disable permit on your visor. When you go pick up your car at the tow yard your handicap Permit you will find it either in the glove compartment or in the center counsol. They open your car and they will put the permit in either place. Thats the way they rip people off. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Bad and complicate service, and expensive

A bunch of crooks. Wouldnt recommended at all. Vehicle was involved in an accident and towed there. Went and gathered my belongings and was told needed to pay the bill of $265 or I could sign over the vehicle. Signed over the vehicle so wouldnt have to bother junking it. Fast forward 7 months I go to renew my registration and was told they put a lien on my tag. Spoke today to a Maria (straight attitude from hello) and she tells me I didnt sign the car over and I now owe then almost $1000. This place is a scam.

Eddie went above and beyond after my car had been totaled. Most tow truck drivers are a-holes, but Eddie was different. He helped to tow my car home and gave me excellent advice and helped to make the situation better after I had been in a car accident. He didnt leave until I was safe at my home and made sure that I had calmed down after crying for so long after being in shock. It is very hard to come across nice tow truck drivers but Excalibur gets the job done when it comes to great customer service.

I was in a serious car accident while in route to my kids elementary school. The car was totaled. I left my $230.00 pair of Oakleys in the car. They were not in the car when I went to pick it up. Also - They left a mess at the accident. Witnesses seen the owner of the home (Elderly lady)picking up the mess left there from the thief and lazy Excalibur employee who was called to get my car.

This company is full of crooks trying to make money. .I refused to pay them almost $800 for a towed car that I purchased for $900. On top of that, it doesnt work due to mechanical issues. I dont usually go out of my way to write a negative review for anything. But my experience here has been above and beyond dreadful I feel the need to write one. My mom was in a car accident and unfortunately this company towed the car. I called beforehand to see if I can personally go and release the car ( Im the daughter ). They told me it had to be my mom yet she is in the hospital and cant leave. This is extremely frustrating seeing that the longer the car sits there the more money it will be to get it out so of course I see why they would put up a front for me not to release the car. Only other option was to get a notary. I show up with the notary. Apparently the notary letter wasnt enough because it didnt have the information of the car. But obviously had the information of both my mom and mine. Mind you I called beforehand and this was not explained to me. They also told me that I need the registration or the title. Again. This was not explained to me. They didnt let me even go to the car to get the registration. So how exactly am I suppose to get it? Over all the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No wonder this place looks like a junk. The 2 men that i dealt with are repellents. If you have a choice for towing do not come here.

My car was towed there after an accident prior to my insurance towing it to their garage. Went to go pick up my plate to put on my new car and its gone. Conveniently their camera in their tow yard doesnt work so they cant tell me anything.

Victor was an awesomely good driver, helpful towing professional. He found me quickly in Miami, got my Subaru up on the flatbed, and got me 38 miles up 95 to my dealership. His cab was clean, his AC was kicking and I felt very safe and comfortable the whole ride. This is obviously a team of pros much like my Broward Family at Allways Towing and Storage.

My Nephews Motorcycle was stolen at gun point. Later that day the Motorcycle was Found and recovered. The cops requested this company come to pick-up the motorcycle. When we got there . The employee where very rude and stated that some one broke in there yard and had stolen the motorcycle again. ( if you ask me how can it be stolen from there yard with cameras and gates and no one saw anything ) I told my nephew to go speak with the owner of Excalibur Towing to get their insurance information. Obviously if youve read these reviews youll know for certain that this place is by far the worst towing company in the city of Kendall. Or where ever they are located. I have never seen such unprofessionalism nor have I seen a place that condones such unlawful practices. For a place that works with the police department, I must say. Horrible! The police should consider getting their money out of such a business because it is not going to be in business much longer. After a good lawyer touches this place, (and I do not doubt it will be very soon) they will for sure be out of business. Their manager Hector is rude and certainly out of touch with reality if he thinks his little towing company will last another two years. They will make up rules and regulations as they go along to keep your vehicle in their lot for as long as possible. I am not surprised because how else will their business stay afloat? They charge too much expensive, they literally abuse people my car was towed at 5 pm and supposedly they charge you per day therefore until 5pm the other day they had to charge the full rate however I took it out in the morning and still paid 182 dollars apart they damaged my car by towing it carelessly, they are scammers, thieves and very bad people. They should be imprisoned or at least closed.

In Miami there are many towing services companies and this is one that should not be open. The customer service is terrible, even if you arrive with the best attitude in the world, you receive the most miserable treatment from the staff since you call them on the phone ... After being able to talk to take my car, I called triple A and they came to pick it up at 3:25, they later told me that they too was triple A, but I had already requested the service and another person was going to pick up my car ... at 3 oclock the tow truck that came to pick me up my car and he told me that my car was not there that they told him that it was already delivered, I called and the man who is providing a service told me that I did not care who took my car that I only It mattered that my car was delivered to the workshop and that they already did it for the triple A contract, something that I did not authorize, and the man yelled at me all the time until he hung up on me .. my car was delivered to the workshop at 5:05 pm, then at 3 oclock when the tow truck that I requested went to pick it up er well there it was still. They are scammers, liars, and they do what they want with a car that is not their property no matter what their client demands. A company that does not provide services with respect should be closed. I recommend that you call any other company except this one, and if it is the last one, leave the car where it stayed ... My car went to stop there because the policeman was the one who called you, not me ... NEVER USE THIS SEVICE !!!
