I want to thank Igui pools, especially Marcelo for selling my above ground pool, installing it and giving great customer service. During this pandemic I work from home and I needed to get out of the house and there is nowhere to go. It’s too hot to be outside unless you are in a pool. A regular pool was double the price and they said at least 6 months. I was able to get in my pool in 6 weeks, that included building a deck around the pool. Due to the Covid there was a shortage of wood that delayed construction a few days. I want to thank Alfredo Rohaidy for the beautiful deck. I love my pool. Thank you Marcelo

Im updating my previous one star review because I think the company has earned it. It was not an easy road to completion. There was alot of fighting with ownership, frustration, and fear of having been taken advantage of. But at the end of the day ownership kept their word and they did complete my pool, close my permit out, and take care of the contractor issues.

The company installed this pool in a friends house. The pool is beautiful!

They refuse to respond. I went in twice, I sent my home survey, I called over 10-15 times. One of the gentleman even came out to my house for the cost estimate (after missing the appointment he originally set). Ive had to continuously contact just for him to send me some email, that he has STILL never sent me. If you dont want the business just say that but this is completely disrespectful for me to have to run you down to get some sort of assistance and business. I literally live down the street and the associate lives IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD...He makes it seem like Im not a potential customer or my money isnt wanted. I see them on instagram all the time. They have time for instagram but not to help a potential customer. Sad! If its hard trying to get them to answer now, imagine when you give them your money. Would not recommend them at all unless you feel like hounding them for months just to get them to return a call. At this point if I could give zero stars I would. Save your money and take your business elsewhere, where they care.

Amazing experience, what more can I say but WOW!!! The staff at IGUi pools were extraordinary, kept me well informed on the entire process from the first day, the whole process took about 3 months (permits is the biggest delay). Now im ready for summer, I definitely recommend them.

The worst customer service. Please make sure to know exactly what a survey is and what to send to them or else they would immediately loose interest and begin ignoring you. They do answer phone calls and emails if they dont find you stupid... I did not even get to quote the job and I am even more thankful after reading the other reviews.

This has to be the worst pool company ever. Not only was the installation done wrong but the pool is cracked and warping all over. Our skimmer leaks and where the cracks are it’s also leaking. We have been complaining and asking for the company to fix all the problems and HONOR their warranty but to date they have done nothing. We have no choice but to seek legal action. What I have to say can serve whoever concerns. I work I construction making layout of buildings, so I am used to the problems that arise in construction. But when I considered investing in a pool I made my inquiries about the options that exist in the market, and assessing risk cost and life span, I chose Igui pools . So when I met with the executives in their offices, I told them that I had knowledge of the reviews of the company, and that it would give them the benefit of proving that we could reach a successful conclusion in a contract. We signed on 08/11/19 an concluded 01/06/20 so I am satisfied to conclude my project, thanks to Igui pools worker’s

Its was a bit of a drive from my house but I staff was helpful and friendly and prices were good.

IGUi Pools helped me along the whole process of my pool purchase. I was kind of lost at the beginning, but they were able to explain me everything and guide me to make the right choices for my needs. The staff was helpful and the service was truly great.

Consumers beware!! Do not believe the positive reviews. I signed a contract in August of 2018. They took a $13K deposit and never even started my pool. We emailed and called them for 9 straight months and always got the same answer, we are starting next week. Of course, nothing was ever done. Unfortunately, we had to back out of the contract after nearly 10 months. Now they will not return the $13K deposit and we are seeking legal action. They will reply and say the money was used to order the pool, but when we signed the contract we were told the pool was in stock. They feed a continuous stream of lies and have no respect for customers or customer service. I encourage you to look elsewhere. Nightmare of a company, owner sold company, employees left and opened their own pool company, they oversell pools with no intentions of honoring contracts signed. All this straight from the new owners mouth!! RUN!!!

I bought my pool from this company in June of 2016. They finally finished the pool after several delays & violations at the end of February 2017. The experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. The management was a disaster & no company structure whatsoever. Only after getting the owner involved did the project get finished. Now nearly a year & a half later, we have the tiles around the pool sinking from a leak that took them forever to fix. We have been waiting for over 8 months to get the problem solved with no resolution in sight. Not even the owner has been able to resolve this problem. I don’t think my situation is uncommon. I would suggest you contact other buyers of your choosing before purchasing.

Before I signed a contract with IGUI Pools when we met at a Miami Home Show I did some research and never found negative reviews. After signing, the previous management which I had to work with had issues with their contractors and even one of the contractors actually stole money from the company plus caused a huge financial situation for IGUI and also left work undone as well lead to a huge delay. Since then new management is now lead by Ronei and all issues were resolved and Im happy to say Im a happy pool owner. If you read around, the negative reviews were mostly related to the previous management and issues with contractors which were all resolved and a lot of that was out of their hands and unexpected.

Nine months ago I start my nightmare journey with Igüi Pools, they promised me that once the contract was signed and submitted the installation of the pool wouldn’t take longer than two months. Since then I’ve been calling them every week because they don’t work on my project. They spent 4 months dealing with paperwork issues they had with the city of Miami, after it was resolved it took another two months to installed the pool, ever since they haven’t show up in my house again. My lawn is all spoiled and the pool is full of dirty-smelly water, we cannot even enjoy our terrace because of the mosquitos. We have try to talk to this company but they always lie to us, giving us falses promises or just not picking up the phone.Please do not choose this company to do your pool. It don’t matter how beautiful they describe their projects and process, they just don’t do it that way. They don’t care about their customers. You can also read others bad reviews that unfortunately customers had posted describing how they have been stolen and betrayed by Igüi Pool.

I wanted to build a pool, and then, I started to look for prices and pro and cons about fiberglass vs concrete pools, at the end of my research I was convinced to build a fiberglass one, near by I found IGUI Pools. Thanks GOD!, since the beginning everything when smooth, the only problem was a delay bringing the pool from the factory; but finally we have our beautiful pool, especially thanks to Roney, who was very helpful in every single part of the complicated process.

For the past 4 months Ive been trying to reach igui Miami.. Ive left messages, text, whatsup messages and Never have received a call back,Lets see if they answer Florida Building Department of Regulation, Miami dade Compliance and filed lawsuit being prepared at Miami Dade court, for the last 5 months I had a hole digged on my back yard more than 30ftx16, now all I have is invested roches and frogs.Ive had enginner plans and submitted eletrical, pool and plumbing permits. Its very negligent from this Igui company to make false promises and never returned communications.We are certified Contractors too, currently working over 2 hotels, University and 11 residential projects ongoing and as professional courtesy we RETURN our calls same day!!

Fourteen months ago, I put a deposit on a pool here. Buyer beware !! When you sign the contract, Youll notice a large clause stating you must sue them in Florida! Thats there for a reason. Two weeks ago, the installed a mosquito pit in my yard. In the meantime, they worked on other peoples pool while this mosquito pit festered! There are 47 mosquitoes which cause health hazArds here in the keys! Its all about who pays more and they have absolutely no loyalty to customers! Do not buy a pool here! You will regret it!!it is the most aggravating $30,000! Ive ever spent! Buy your pool somewhere else! Not here!###been almost sixteen months and the unprofessional, incompetent staff has decided to lie about the installation of the concrete in my contract! I had to get my lawyer involved for them to finish the concrete walkway around pool, they told him in two weeks they will do it. In the meantime, they left an ugly orange fence and a huge hole in the ground. Who would want this done to them?? Spend all this $$$ and have it look like hell.! If you need a good laugh, read the brochure where the speak of how quickly they install pools! DO NOT BUY A POOL HERE!!! yOU WILL REGRET IT AS MUCH AS I Do! Today I finish my complaint w the State of Florida license board as well as the better business bureau.

Had an awesome experience. We began with the quote in mid-February, and for 4th of July weekend we had this :-D . It could have been done quicker but my local municipality had a backlog at the zoning/ permit department. The team at Igui was quick to move on to the next phase as the city gave them the green light to proceed.Im a handy person myself but pools is something I never dealt with until now. It was great interacting with the install team in the backyard. I was learning watching them work and they were helpful when I had questions. The install team and the admin team were professional at all times. My wife and I felt that we were involved in the process every step of the way, which speaks wonders of the level of clear communication the Igui team utilizes with their customers.If you want a pool for the family, these are your guys! If you want a pool to increase the value of a house you want to flip, these are your guys to work with!

He promised us that before the end of 2020 we will have a swimming pool, we trust that it will be so and we understand his position given the circumstances.It is not our intention as a family to affect the credibility and professionalism of IGUI Pool at all, I limit myself to expressing our experience.Today he contacted us again letting us know that everything is almost ready to start work. Hello, I was visiting my brothers house in April 2018. He sought to build a swimming pool with this company, because he thought it was fantastic because of the promotion it has, since according to them they provide safety, quality, speed and seriousness. Everything is PURE DECEPTION.Being there, they were slow to start first. Then they opened the hole and left it open for them that I left, and they came to work again after 3 months, it had rained in those days, and the accumulated water with all the debris flooded the entire patio, and it even reached The house entrance. They said that they would go one day, and they would appear when they understood. I recently went again, and 7 months have passed, and they are still not over. My recommendation is that they do not get carried away by what this company promotes, they are not serious at all, nor professionals, much less work with the speed and quality that they say in their comments that they are leaders in swimming pool construction, for Please do not be fooled, everything is pure story and bad propaganda.

Hello, it is a terrific experience, since February I signed the contract and it is not ready to use the pool, I do not recommend it to anyone, they do not have professional ethics to treat the client, everything has had a problem with the engine, the pever around the pool, they are broken. The Electrician inverted the cables the patio a disaster I have to clean it I full of frog and mosquito a disaster I do not recommend it I am paying it I have not been able to use it
