Save yourself the headache and aggravation and do not use this company. Terrible workmanship. Hires people with little or no skills. Very poor quality of work. Lack of supervision.• I began the contract end of June 2020 and in February 2021 they still had not completed the work. They blamed the delay on the tile not arriving. I provided 50 % of contract payment in June and they stated tiles were available.• Waterline tile - the space between waterline tile and coping varied at different parts of the pool. You had sections with 1/4” space, 1/2” space, 1” space, or greater than 1” space.• Pool coping – They ripped off coping (twice) in different instances due to improper installation. The first time they replaced the tile was because in one of the long sides of the pool they installed tiles with different tile measurement than the opposite side. The second time was because of the coping around the arches of the pool was installed without keeping the integrity of the shape of the pool plus the coping were cut into different shapes and sizes.• Coping – the coping in some areas is into the pool > 4” and less in others. Measurements vary throughout the pool.• The coping final installation is not leveled throughout the pool. Now, when the pool is filled with water, on one side the water is closer to the pool deck than on the other side.• As a result of ripping of the coping they damaged the waterline tile. The repair work they did to the damaged waterline tiles was done horrifically. See photos.• The tiles ordered were ivory French pattern travertine. The first delivery of tile in July 2020 was a chiseled (not the type of travertine I ordered). Second delivery of tile was In August, but again incorrect tile delivered. The tile delivered was Walnut color tile (not Ivory). Third delivery of tile was in December and it’s unknown what was delivered because they had no support for what was delivered. No one from the Pool company was ever at the job site to verify and confirm the products being delivered where correct.• The steps to enter my pool in the shallow area have different heights.• Pool deck is unleveled, and batches of water build up in various areas. There are obvious slopes in certain areas. Tiles are not flush. He increased the height of my pool deck a minimum of 4 inches. This is resulting in additional repairs to my yard in order to level the grass area with the pool deck.• Pool deck was “polished” leaving the travertine with scratches. He polished the coping half way into the tile so the copings look like two different colors and textures. In addition to the scratches, there are uneven tones (white blotches) in various sections throughout the deck.• Through the entire process, debris of work was left abandoned, i.e., broken tiles, their equipment, etc,., throughout the back yard severely damaging my grass / landscaping. They would clean out the buckets of cement and throw the left over throughout areas of the yard and left my wooden fence and metal fence splattered with cement.

Horrible Experience! He did not know what he was doing and my brand new pool (thankfully not built by them) got black mold . The office never answers and the owner kept on blaming my dog for the mold in the pool. He was charging me 3 times what the new salt filter would cost and I had 2 reputable pool companies come and they both told me the same thing, that the alkaline levels were off and thats why the pool got the black mold. Please, read all reviews before choosing any company. Unfortunately, i I didnt or I would have never chosen this company.

Just fell when the tiles dropped below me. Ive tried calling the company and all voicemail boxes are full and no call backs. I was told not to worry about their work on tiles... well this pool is not a year old ( it was completed December 2019). Keep away.

Horrible in communication and they do not finish their work. I’ve been trying to contact them and they never answer.
