Great experience and excellent customer service. From day one Edwin and his entire team have been there to guide me and answer any question and address any of our concerns. Very knowledgeable and professional I would highly recommend them.

It was the most horrendous experience of my life, the supposed owner Edwin delivered our jacuzzi in a timely fashion, but he looked tired and when I ask he said he was, he had a job to do with his crew, upon delivery the wrong filter was sent and no information on how to use the spa....I will never ever recommend this place to anyone, day two attitude escalated with my partner because of his failure to advise us of a needed space after he told us we could fill it with water. People beware once you pay in full you are no longer a priority. He treated us like second hand citizens and that was not appreciated on any level, retraining on Customer service is a necessity in this company.

DO NOT DO NOT BUY HERE. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE.Purchased a Wellis The Libra spa and Napolean Prestige Pro665 grill and paid in full Feb/2021. Well long story the Wellis spa never arrived and its July. After several empty promises that it was in shipment or at the port, so I ended up with a CalSpa not what I ordered. The Napoleon grill was promised to be delivery by Memorial Day weekend; then July 4th weekend; then July 9th weekend and nothing. Today I went by the store to pick it up the grill (suppose to be assembled) and again another excuse. When I saw the grill the box was opened and no assembly manual. Frankly, Edwin the owner constantly lies and I would highly not recommend this place. AGAIN DO NOT BUY HERE

They are friendly until you buy the spa, after you paid, everything is a mess, they said they will teaching you how to handle the spa, lie, we confirm our appointment a day before in person ate the store because we went out of town, the guy had an emergency, they said, bullish…, the owner told me they don’t care and not their foul that we are not at home next they, lie to me again, he gave me his Cel and never answer. I am NOT RECOMENDARE ALL THIS PLACE

I purchased a spa from them back in 2014. When the spa needed service a few years later, I could not get them to come out and do the service. A very frustrating experience in and of itself. I eventually found another company to do the repair.I now find myself in the market for another spa for an investment property. Against my better judgement I stopped in to see what they had in stock. I dealt directly with the owner. I wasn’t even going to mention my prior bad experience but when the owner tried to brag about how great they are at servicing the customer, I figured he would want to know about my experience. Boy was I wrong. He proceed to question whether I truly had purchased a spa from him or a different company. (I am 100% certain of who I purchased from and have my invoice to prove it). He looked in his appointment system and found a canceled appointment for home, he tried to claimed I canceled on them, when actually they never showed up and left me hanging!! Here I am trying to give him new business and in return he is insinuating that I am lying to him. He was arrogant, rude, impertinent and ignorant. Worst of all, he behaved this way in front of my young child. I now completely understand why they were incapable of performing a simple service call. They are extraordinarily poorly run by this owner. In the end, it was the absolute worse treatment I have EVER experienced by a business owner. Whatever you do, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.... ANYWHERE ELSE.

The Sales person was decent initially then once he received my deposit he didn’t care about our business. The delivery date was supposed to be 2 weeks and it turned into 5 weeks. Every time I called to inquire he either didn’t answer or was annoyed that I called. Then when they finally delivered the unit he sent his business partner which came to my house with a major attitude rising his voice and telling me he wasn’t responsible for damaging my landscaping.Their employee Michael saw that the situation was embarrassing for everyone and he made the delivery happen without damaging anything at all. I regret ever buying a Spa from this arrogant and disrespectful company. There was no reason to be treated this way, shop elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

Very rude company. They installed wrong liner in the pool. It was horrible to get them to correct the issue. The company came to the property and install new liner. The liner was installed all twisted it looks very bad. The PVC pipe they installed leaking. This was a bad experience dont go to the this store.

My cousin recommended them. I went in about a month a half ago on a Saturday ..saw a pool got a in person quote but no estimate was given. Someone told me they should’ve gave you an estimate to see what the package includes. this was my first place I went to check for pricing, anyway I called Monday two days later requesting the estimate. Called a few times left message for the guy who helped me sent a few emails and no response called back and asked if ANYONE can help me. Still nothing. Not good customer service at all. If the drive wasn’t that far I would’ve just gone back but 🤷🏼‍♀️ @ this point so they deserve my business?

These guys do amazing work! Went in to the store to get prices and then sat with Edwin. To be honest I was just going to build it myself. But after speaking to Edwin I knew he was the guy for the job. They have an amazing team, they are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have good communication and quality craftsman working with them. Would definitely recommend them for your outdoor kitchen needs. Dont let the picture fool you - that kitchen is 16 long! They also have many parts for your spas - IN STOCK! I have called and used them numerous times on our very old Leisure Bay Spa.

We bought a Hyrdopool spa from Edwin and Juan and got the best advice and service ever! Their recommendations for trades to do the prep work were excellent. We had a concrete pad installed promptly and the electrician they recommended was super too. We have had LOADS of questions about water maintenance and Edwin and Juan have all the answers. We love our hot tub. Cant recommend a better place to buy one!

They ask you about what you want to do, how you want to enjoy the backyard and who will be responsible, then work with you according to your priorities and sensitivities. We recently purchased a hot tub from The Pool Spa Billiard Store. We had the pleasure of dealing with Mike who was fantastic. We had a tricky installation because of the existing landscaping in our backyard, so there were many challenges that had to be taken into account when deciding which hot tub to get, and how to incorporate it into our backyard. Everything went smoothly, any small issues or other unexpected problems that came up were dealt with immediately. The entire process was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this company.

Three times they left me hanging even with an appointment, nobody showed up. I can’t talk about their product, but their service is the worst. Definitely not recommended.

My experience whit the service this store gives is the worst, pool parts were missing and the technician that was suppose to go and install everything never went. I ended up returning the pool going under stress due to the bad service in this place.

I have never experienced a level of poor customer service as I did here. Paid almost 5,000 for my unit and while still within warranty, the unit stopped working. It’s been 4 months of lies, missed appointments, broken promises and I’m still left with a unit that has warranty yet haven’t been able to enjoy it for 4 MONTHS! I’ve been in contact with the owner, store employees, technicians and even the factory direct. I’ve been bounced around for 4 months. Never have I felt so taken advantage of. This unfortunately is the downside to mom and pop or independent retailers. They take your money and you have to pray that you don’t have any issues. I have no choice but to deal with this myself. Hope this post helps others be aware.

We bought a spa on April of 2018 and a barbecue island, and we were told that everything would take 3 to 4 weeks to be deliver, but was a complete lie we received everything almost two months after and with a non matching cover, different color steps and the barbecue island had the wrong measurements and couldnt fit our barbecue and refrigerator, before a months lights on the jacuzzi stopped working, The owner Edwin Quintero promise to send us the right color cover and the fixing of the island, many calls and text was sent to him to arrange a day and time for him to come to finish the work with no luck he wouldnt give us a date and did not show up nor call to let us know or reschedule the appointment.after so many tries we even went to his shop as last resource but again nothing happened. We are still dealing with this situation. This is definitely not the right way of doing business.

Not only Mike, Edwin and the entire staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeble. We bought a hot tub on Saturday and on Tuesday it was installed, very fast considering that we had to make the 220V installation. Additionally the shopping experience was fun, my wife who is pregnant could rest in a Lazboy massage chair and almost did not want to stop it. Mike spent a lot of time answering our questions and making suggestions to us, without pressure. Even my mom is getting ready to enjoy the new addition to the backyard.

My wife and I purchased the swim spa on June 29th 2017 through the Pool Spa Billiard Store located at 300 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33122.My wife and I were told that delivery of our new swim spa would take place around 4-8 weeks from the date of purchase because these spas are made to order. Having been told by the salesman that we could purchase our spa with no money down, we opted to finance it through GreenSky financing--probably the best decision we made given the fact that we would never receive our swim spa. We purchased the swim spa for $13,500.00.As instructed to, we had a company install a concrete pad in the backyard as well as had an electrician reposition the overhanging electrical main wire that came into the house over the backyard. After the initial 4-6 weeks of waiting, my wife would call to see the progress of the spa. We were told that the manufacturer (Catalina Spa) was building our spa but they were a little backed up. Eight weeks became ten weeks, then twelve weeks, fourteen weeks, sixteen weeks and here we are now almost six months later. During this time, of the $13,500.00 we originally financed, we have made payments in the amount of $3,151.39. to Greensky financing. I also would like to go on record that my credit score at the time of the financing was 845.Most often when we call the Pool Spa Billiard Store, Edwin (the owner) is out of town, or took the day off, or is installing another spa and will supposedly get back to us. We have always initiated the call and they have never initiated a call to us to update us on the status of the swim spa. We have heard stories of things like this happening to other people but we honestly never imagined that it would happen to us.To be perfectly candid, my wife and I feel like we have been robbed. We work hard for our money and earn it honestly as we are both public school teachers in Miami Dade County. We placed our trust and our resources into the hands of Edwin at the Pool Spa Billiard Store not knowing his true intentions of robbing us of our money and our time--time is what we regret the most as there is no way to ever get that back. We feel powerless and angry that we have been lied to while the Pool Spa Billiard Store took our money and never intended on delivering the swim spa we purchased. Moreover, I regret the day that we walked into the Pool Spa Billiard Store and placed our trust in this den of thieves. I resent the fact that people like Edwin are allowed to call the Pool Spa Billiard Store a legitimate business and I am vehemently angry that he has wasted our time, energy and created this much conflict for my family as we now have to try to undo the mess that his selfish and criminal scheme has caused.Regards,J. After doing lots of shopping around, we finally made the decision to purchase one of their custom bbq islands. We couldnt be happier. They took the time to work with us on design and design changes to make us happy. The island is custom designed, and hand built using quality materials, not a big box store cookie cutter design. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. The time and effort to make the installation look perfect was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Edwin and Carlos to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor entertaining area with one of their custom bbq islands. Looking forward to enjoying many occasions using our new custom bbq island.

I bought a barbecue on December 1, the good attention, however, it came bad because the lights do not work, at first they said it was the transformer, but they are the lights and I told them for Christmas how we would solve they told me that in January for the holidays. In January I went back to the store and they made an appointment for me to resolve the day and nothing happened, I call and I have an answer and nothing, two weeks ago they told me that the part was on its way from California and still no one calls me. Today I call and a lady named Victoria attends me in a horrible way to be a client, I ask her to speak to someone and she told me that they were busy with a client and she hung up the call. I ask: and what am I? Is that the way to provide a service? My husband then called again and they replied that they didnt know anything. Well Expensive I paid and it is under guarantee with the store and they do not give me an answer
