The haircut was actually pretty good I remember the young ladys name but I dont wanna embarrassor her or get an in any trouble but I will say this she charged my car in an additional $10 thinking that I wouldnt notice and that I wouldnt notice the haircut was 2020 I tip 5 I gotta build for 35 so so I think Id like a little scam going on there

Stylist Kansas saved my morning after a disaster of a haircut at SuperCuts. My husband brought me here since this is his normal go to, he explained to the girls what happened and what style hair cut I was originally trying to get. 1st great thing they did was they pulled out their phones and looked up references to better understand what they were up against. Easy enough, they got me! Kansas took me back, figured out what went wrong and how to still pull something adorable from the mess. I can say if you have a shorter hair cut you are eyeing, go see the great stylists at SportsClips they know what their doing. You have hair cutters and then you have hair stylists, today I clearly saw the difference.

I love Sports Clips just not this place! Will never come here, was not able to check in online, arrived a little over 30mins prior to closing and they wouldn’t take me. Said that there were other people ahead of me, but they were not there yet.

Hair stylist could not follow directions in system and gave my son a terrible haircut. Have been coming here following the same directions for a year now with very few problems. Lady did not spike hair like told to, but just combed it to one side. Haircut looks ridiculous. Wont be coming back.

Worst Haircut I have ever received. I am not picky when it comes to my hair but this truly was the exception. Had to shave it when I got home. Also a terribly pessimistic, negative, and inconsiderate young lady. Was also at the top of the list for worst conversations I have ever had at a hair place. I think her name was Arkansas or something. Will not be back again.

Location on 54th in Chandler has great service. They’re not overly pushy about upselling, very clean store, friendly staff. Ashley in particular always does a perfect job with my hair.

I don’t know that punctuality ties into this but overall the wait time and the time it took with my hair was fair. Melissa got straight to work on my hair, I apologized in advance for the thick, and ton of hair. She did an amazing job, I am very pleased and more than satisfied with my hair cut.

Got a great haircut at an awesome price. Made an appointment online, once I got there I got in and out in no time at all. Neil does great work.

My husband waited an hour to just get his hair cut and there was only two people in front of him. Place was fully staffed. They keep taking walk-ins before him. We actually got up and left after waiting an hour. Sorry but this was just down right now acceptable.

My son received a very poor haircut at this location. My son has thick but straight hair and it was at a length that looked shaggy. I told the stylist that we wanted it shorter, she then put her fingers at a length of his hair of ~2 inches and then asked if he parts his hair to one side and we said no. I sat down and watched the TV for a few minutes and when I looked back at my son, she had shaved off one side of his head - way more than two inches. She then finished cutting his hair to a style that requires him to part his hair to one side. No, my son is made fun of at school because of how bad the haircut looks. So, yeah, bad experience. After I submitted feedback through a survey, the owner did call to apologize and offered to fix the haircut after it grew back but we probably wont go back again.

Me and my fiancee both were trying to get a hair cut. After trying to find somewhere for a while we just went here knowing it was more of a mens barber shop. They did explain they could do my fiancees hair but nothing to crazy due to not have all the hair stylist tools for that. Melissa was who cut her hair just a basic trim with layers and my fiancees hair looks really good. Melissa did a better job than alot of the salons around town and this hair cut is the best she has had in a while. I just recieved a skin fade which was also done really well. I do not remember the womens name who cut my hair but I believe she was some kind of manager.

This was our first time at Sport Clips and I brought my 2 boys (ages 3 and 5). Leanne was absolutely amazing. She made the boys feel comfortable and special with the MVP treatment. We will definitely be back!!!

So I had gotten a really bad haircut from another location that was an hour away, and didn’t notice until the next day when I was home. Shara, at this location was happy to help me out. She fixed perfectly and didn’t charge me even though it wasn’t her fault. Definitely coming to this location from now on.

Went to this barber shop 2 months ago and got a terrible haircut. Decided to go back a few weeks ago and got another terrible haircut. I think that all of the ladies need to go back to barber school.I would not recommend this place to any man who wants a decent haircut

Good service, but I waited 30 minutes for a haircut and someone walked in right before I was to go and they went in front of me. I was told he was here but left and had to do a errand. This is a joke because I have been going to this sports clips for awhile now and am always told that if I leave I loose my place in line. Because of this sub par customer service I am only giving them 3 stars.

Staff has always been welcoming and the service is fantastic, but more to the point, Ashley at the Chandler Pavilions location has given me two of the best cuts Ive ever had. This most recent was especially well received by family, friends, and co-workers; Ill definitely be returning.

The shop is convenient, and its very handy to schedule on line.Evan always does a great job on my hair and has become a friendover the years. Being able to schedule a free neck trim between haircuts is a big Plus.

Ive been here twice with my boys. 4 of us in total. Both times we left with at least 2 bad haircuts. Staff is very inconsistent in terms of training. Not worth the cost vs. Great clips, super cuts etc.

Worst experience ever. Waited over 40 minutes which should of only taken 15 minutes of wait time. From what I gather every place takes only walk ins no appointments. I guess this place just does what it wants. The staffs work ethic is akin to sloths rate of speed. Ended up leaving because they took two people in front of me. Avoid this place at all costs!

Been to several of these places and they all do one thing; they never clean u up. They undo the neck wrap, cover and blow hair all over u, if your hair is wet they never give u anything to dry off. They send u out the door like that. I give haircuts and I dont treat my customers like that.
